Abstract

Currently, almost one million children each year do not receive an immunization program. 2007 data shows that only 6 out of 10 children in Indonesia receive a complete immunization program. In fact, 9 out of 100 children do not get vaccinated at all. The percentage of children who received complete vaccination for DPT was only 66.7%. The immunization percentage for hepatitis B was 60.3%; for tuberculosis 85.4%, for Polio 73.5%, and for measles 76.4%. This type of research used an analytic study with a cross sectional design, which aims to explain the relationship between parity, education and sources of information with the level of mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization. Data analysis was done by chi square test. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months in Barbaran jae village, kec. West Panyabungan as many as 31 people. The sample in this study was the entire population, namely mothers who have babies aged 0-12 months in Barbaran Jae Village, Kec. Panyabungan Barat as many as 31 people. The highest frequency distribution was found in sufficient knowledge, namely 17 respondents (54.8%), multipara parity, namely 19 respondents (61.3%), academic education/PT, namely 13 respondents (41.9%), and sources of information print media that is 17 respondents (54.8%). There was a correlation between parity (P = 0.045), education (P = 0.001), and sources of information (P = 0.026), with the mother's level of knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in Barbaran Jae Village, Kec. West Connection.

Abstract

Restorative justice in conflict resolution is an effort to resolve between criminals and victims of crime in criminal cases directly. More specifically, restorative justice seeks a way out by considering the good for all parties, be it for the perpetrator, the victim, or the victim's family. This article defines the basic concept of applying the Restorative Justice Policy as the settlement of criminal cases in the Electronic Information and Transaction Law. This article is a qualitative research using a conceptual normative approach. Data were collected through literature study, then analyzed using a data reduction process, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The application of Restorative Justice as a settlement of criminal cases as regulated in the legislation concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) is deemed appropriate considering that in the settlement of criminal cases, investigators must have the principle of prioritizing restorative justice in case settlement, and criminal law is the last resort that can be used. carried out as an effort to enforce the law (ultimum remidium), as stated in the Circular Letter Number: SE/2/11/2021 and the Chief of Police's Telegram Letter No. ST/339/II/RES.1.1.1./2021. With the process of returning to its original state (peace between the two parties), then criminal cases can be resolved and there is no need to continue the process in the judicial process.

Abstract

Air Tawar Barat Village is included in the High-Risk Zone (area with a high level of vulnerability to tsunamis) in Padang City, so very severe damage likely occurs in the event of a tsunami. The characteristics of the tsunami in Padang City are local tsunamis or short-range tsunamis, where the time interval for tsunami arrivals is between 20-30 minutes. Based on these conditions, a tsunami evacuation route is urgently needed by the community. The current evacuation route is still ineffective because the distance that must be covered is 3-5 km in less than 30 minutes. This study aims to evaluate the evacuation routes that are less effective by comparing the evacuation routes from the government with the results of GIS analysis. The method used in this research is Network Analyst. The results of this study found that the time needed to evacuate was 10 minutes by going to 26 P-TES. Where 24 P-TES are located on the UNP campus, 1 is in the Air Tawar Timur Village and 1 is a planned P-TES. The evacuation route generated from the results of the GIS analysis is more effective than the route from the government because the route to P-TES is closer than having to leave the tsunami zone so that it is more likely to be taken by the community.

Abstract

Madrasah is a place of study or formal school equivalent to elementary school, but at madrasah there will be more to learn about Islam, especially learning to read the Koran. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Kintap uses the at-tanzil method in the process of learning the Qur'an, with the aim that students can understand more quickly about tajwid and the law of reading the Quran. MI Darul Ulum Kintap will provide a notebook of the achievements of the students so that parents can monitor the extent to which the students have learned. The problem that exists in recording the student's achievement using a note book is the negligence of the students in maintaining the achievement record book, so that it can make it difficult for parents and teachers to monitor the learning process of the students. To overcome this problem, the authors take advantage of technological developments by building a system that can be used to access data on student achievement in real time. This research also adds a feature to register new students, so that parents can register their children online. In this research, data analysis uses the method waterfall. The results of the research that has been carried out are that all features or functions of the system built have run well according to their function by testing the functionality of the system using the method black-box.

Abstract

Most patients rely on the internet to access a medical information source. Patients undergoing surgery use the internet and social media to gain information about anesthesia and surgery. In our study, it has dealt with the use of the internet and social media for news in patients who will undergo surgery and the impact of age and education on this situation. Every patient who came to our clinic for surgery between August 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 was asked to complete a survey preoperatively. This questionnaire includes questions about internet use. The rate of using the internet as the source of anesthesia information was 24.3% in young patients, this rate found to be 7% in the middle age patients, and none of the elderly patients used the internet as the source of anesthesia information. In terms of operation information, the rate of those using internet as a source of information in the young patients was 29.7%, whereas it was 14% in the middle age patients, and the rate was 5.3% in the elderly patients. Some of the patients (21%) who came to the clinic used internet and social media as a source of information.
