As one of State ‘s Higher Education Institutions, the Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) must perform the education and teaching function as mandated by the tri dharma perguruan tinggi, then the function is regulated in academic regulations and implemented in business processes of attendance. Currently, the attendances data are recapitulated manually at week 15 by Academic Staff. The attendance process that has been running has several problems, namely prone to violations of the actual meeting realization and attendance count, recapitulation time that takes a long time, risk of data input errors and loss of presence sheet. Based on these problems, the attendance information system is developed (SIAP ITK). This research was conducted with the agile software development methodology with the scrum framework. The results of this research is an android  application following the business processes of attendance in ITK. Based on the testing result which was carried out during this research, SIAP ITK is considered capable of optimizing the attendance process that has been running at ITK.

Abstract

Tasikmalaya is one of the cities in West Java Province with a total population of 716,155 people in 2020 with a growth rate of 12.70% compared to the population in 2010. Cihideung District is the area with the largest population density of 13,202 people/km2 and Tamansari District is the area with the smallest population density of 2,083 people/km2. Meanwhile, the population density of Tasikmalaya City is around 3,887 people/km2. However, the number of existing hospitals has not increased significantly and is also unable to accommodate and reach this very large population. For this reason, it is necessary to add hospitals with strategic locations, one way to do that can be done with the help of a geographic information system. By using the descriptive-quantitative method, the existing data were analyzed using a correlation approach and depicted factually, systematically and accurately. Referring to the data from the overlay analysis, the determination of the new hospital land location should be placed in areas with high population density, these locations include the districts of Cibereum, Mangkubumi, Bungursari, and Purbaratu, as well as in the northern and southern areas of Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

Land management is becoming more recognized as a community-wide if not global need. Landed assets are an important source of government revenue in Rivers state, and they necessitate a land information systems infrastructure. The creation of LIS of Port Harcourt property layouts is critical to realizing that ambition. Results of this research paper has lots of potential in providing sustainable land relationships and information to decision makers (land administrators and revenue drivers) in Rivers state so that they can make decisions that are beneficial to sustainable development in the context of efficient land administration and management. This study used geospatial methodologies to document, create, and populate land information in Trans-Amadi and GRA phases 1 and 2 of Port Harcourt's cadastral layouts. According to the findings of this study's analysis, discussions, and queries, effective usage of the LIS, which is driven by many aspects of services supplied by government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, will increase efficiency and productivity in property taxation in capital city of Port Harcourt. The following recommendations were made as a result of this research: Information decentralization to make it easier to keep track of and recollect data. Fees charged for various services given are published and displayed. Official procedures should be simplified, and a faster and more efficient method of moving files should be established. In Rivers state, there has been a reduction in the time it takes to complete title paperwork for landed properties. All occupants of government lands in Port Harcourt will get a formal allocation of encroached lands and a certificate of title. A chart for employee training, particularly in ICT, should be prepared. External consultants should be taught customer service, change management, time management, project management, supervisory management, and systems administration. The state's Ministry of Lands and Survey should develop a website that enables for e-payment of grand rents, C of O applications, and land mapping. Finally, the LIS of cadastral layouts in Port Harcourt as a pilot project should be implemented in major towns and cities across the LGAs of Rivers state for efficient land administration, property taxation, and revenue generation, in line with the Federal Government of Nigeria's current land reform programme. Keyword: Taxation, information, land, systems, cadastre, and revenue are some of the key phrases.

The problem in this study is how to implement a sales information system and cash receipts at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. The type of research used by researchers in the preparation of this study is a qualitative method. The data used in this study is primary data. Data collection procedures are observation, documentation and direct interviews to the object of research. The conclusion of this study is the application of accounting information systems in cash sales and cash receipts at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya is still not good, seen from the dual function, namely the delivery function which doubles as a warehouse function and the lack of data and completeness. The analysis of the accounting information system for cash sales and cash receipts on internal control at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya is still not good and weak because there are several problems including the existence of multiple functions by the Assistant Head of the store, cash is not directly deposited to the Bank. In the cash function bill, and the amount of cash receipts from cash sales deposited in the bank on the third day not on the day of the transaction. Then there is also no periodic or sudden checking of cash balances by internal control.

Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are needed to assist national development because GIS can manipulate and analyze geographically-referenced data to support the decision making process of an organization. A problem faced in developing countries is that decision making is not always based on integrated information. This annotated bibliography is compiled for three reasons:1. The lack of GIS research in developing countries.2. Although GIS are potentially useful, because of the limited amount of publish ed research, there is little information available about GIS applications. Thisbibliography presents relevant publications to remedy this deficiency.3. It is believed that geographic information systems in developing countriesneed to be improved to facilitate the use of the integrated, comprehensive in formation to assist the country's development. This bibliography summarizes GIS procedures in general and GIS on selected countries: Costa Rica, Argentina, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia.

Abstract

After the 2010 eruption of Merapi, some areas at Sleman Regency experienced with laharsdisaster. Many agencies have their own responsibility to overcome the problems incollaborative work. Nevertheless, it is lack of spatial/GIS data support on their decisionmaking as well as on their communications. The main objective of this research was todevelop spatial information system to support collaborative lahars disaster managementespecially for response and recovery phase of the impact on infrastructures at SlemanRegency. Questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were used to investigate their needof the spatial data and the data availability. Basically respondents agreed that spatial datais important in their communication and decision making support. Specifically, theapplication is utilized with specific spatial analysis tools to support decision makingprocesses.
