This research aims to analyze the influence of the Application of Information and Communication Technology on improving the Asn Innovation of the Central Transportation Ministry. The number of samples in this study was 249 respondents using the slovin technique from all units in the Ministry of Transportation. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires, observations and interviews with related parties. The data analysis technique used is a mix method with multiple linear regression analysis and indicator analysis. The results showed that the variables of Application of Information and Communication Technology positively affected employee innovation at a significance level of 0.05 with a regression coefficient of each of them. There is a positive and significant influence the application of information and communication technology to The Innovative with a regression coefficient (?) of 0.136 and the resulting regression equation is Y ? 115.409 ? 0.136X3 , which means that each one-level increase in the Application of Information and Communication Technology results in an innovative increase of 0.136 at the constant 115,409. Thus, the application of information and communication technology is predicted to increase employee innovation. Based on the results of the determination test calculation, it can be known that the effective contribution (SE) variable of the Application of Information and Communication Technology (X3) to Innovation (Y) is 2.11%.

This study aimed to describe the most significant change stories in the indicators of the effectiveness of the Adolescent Counseling Information Center (PIK-R) at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Jambi. This research was qualitative study with a narrative approach. Data collected by FGD and indepth interview with the Most Significant Change (MSC) technique. In the effectiveness dimension, the most significant change story was the increasing in life skills of PIK-R members in organizational life. Life skills of PIK-R members was in the form of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual skills, such as being able to solve problems well, think critically, creatively, be innovative in developing PIK-R progress and the ability to communicate better, bolder and more confident.Furthermore, this was the most significant change because PIK-R 4G SMAN 4 Jambi City has clear objectives, the right strategy and program, but the provision of facilities and infrastructure is incomplete, namely not having a room for PIK-R, the implementation of activities still relies on the supervisor. PIK-R, as well as the implementation of strategy and formulation of activity programs have not run optimally. So that, in the effectiveness dimension, the implementation of PIK-R 4G at SMAN 4 Jambi City has not been effective.

CV. Dua saudara merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang industri peternakan ayam khususnya ayam kampung pedaging yang berlokasi di Tanjung Pinang. Proses pengolahan data masih dilakukan dengan pencatatan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan karyawan lama atau kurang efektif dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Ditambah lagi banyaknya data yang akan diolah maka kemungkinan salah pada saat proses pencacatan manual sangat besar. Tujuan dari peneliatian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data peternakan ayam menggunakan Bootstrap, PHP , dan MySql sebagai database. Sistem ini dirancang berbasis web mobile dengan menggunakan metode system development life cycle (SDLC) yaitu: perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan serta menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka, observasi,dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Pemodelan yang digunakan yaitu Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan karyawan dan pemilik CV. Dua Saudara agar dapat mengolah dan mengakses data dengan mudah dan mampu membuat pengolahan data menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dua Saudara is a business engaged in the chicken industry, especially broiler chickens located in Tanjung Pinang. The data processing process is still done by recording manually, thus causing old employees or less effective in doing work. In addition, there is a large amount of data to be processed, so the possibility of errors during the manual logging process is very large. The purpose of this research is to create an information system for processing chicken farm data using Bootstrap, PHP, and MySql as databases. This system is designed based on mobile web using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, namely: planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance as well as using several data collection methods, namely literature study, observation, and interviews with business owners. The modeling used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The results of this study are expected to facilitate employees and CV owners Dua Saudara can process and access data easily and be able to make data processing more effective and efficient. The government is responsible for the implementation of the administration of the State, so it is demanded to improve the quality of public services so that the fulfillment of community needs can run well. One way for the government to improve the quality of public services is by creating more and more quality service. In an effort to improve public services in the field of health personnel licensing, the City of Semarang made an innovation called SINAKES Online. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relative dimensions of advantage in SINAKES Online. This study used the attributes of innovation and supporting factors and inhibitors of innovation in Rogers and Albury's public sector. The approach method that used in this study was descriptive qualitative, while data collection by observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity was done by triangulating data and sources. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data until drawing conclusions, while the determination of informants was done purposively. The results showed that in providing health personnel licensing services seen from the relative profit dimensions of innovation could be measured from economic value, social status, pleasure/satisfaction, and important components. In addition, SINAKES Online Innovation has supporting factors, namely, the desire to change for the better, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, and a supportive environment, but there are inhibiting factors; short-term budgeting and planning and dependence on high performers. The recommendations given are the need for budget allocation specifically for the development of SINAKES Online and the need for IT development training for employees by holding workshops.

The Pandemic Covid-19 necessitates all activities to be network-based, including the collegiate learning process. Prior to the epidemic, instructors were mechanically or face-to-face evaluated for their learning. Monitoring and evaluation, on the other hand, are carried out online during the e-learning learning process. However, in the learning process through e-learning, monitoring and evaluation are carried out online. To facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of online learning by lecturers, it is necessary to build a web-based information system. The purpose of the research is the creation of an information system for monitoring and evaluating learning evaluation through blended learning. The research methodology used is a research and development research design using waterfall analysis with the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, integration and testing, operation and maintenance. The object-oriented research target is the monitoring and evaluation assessment information system. The result of the research is the development of an application for monitoring and evaluating learning assessments there are: (1) Using the system, the monitoring and evaluation of learning carried out by the monitoring and evaluation team can be easily carried out during the evaluation process. (2) The system can display a description of the results of the evaluation of learning monitoring and evaluation, (3) The system developed is used at the college for monitoring and evaluating learning activities through blended learning.

This research is based on the implementation of a national vaccination campaign to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in Indonesia, and the presence of social media can shorten the government's target in achieving the national target of 181.5 million people in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research with a systematic literature review in uncovering research questions. The results of the study conclude that social media plays a very important role in campaigning for the government's national Covid-19 vaccination program and the form of delivery on social media using images of officials including the president plays a very important role in influencing the public to participate in the national vaccination program.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the integrated Hajj information and computerization system (SISKOHAT) in the hajj pilgrimage in Sumedang Regency. This research uses a descriptive method, which is a method of one type of research whose purpose is to present a complete picture of the social setting or what is meant by exploration and clarification of a phenomenon or social reality, by describing the variables relating to the problem and the unit understudy with the phenomenon that is tested. The informants are the Head of the Office, the Head of Haj and Umrah Services, the Hajj and Umrah Service Unit Employees, and the SISKOHAT Operators. Based on the results of the research, the effectiveness of the integrated hajj information and computerization system in organizing the hajj pilgrimage has been going well, but there are still obstacles, namely the service support factor or a network from SISKOHAT, as well as people's understanding of the system. Strategies or efforts to ensure the effectiveness of SISKOHAT in carrying out the hajj properly are as follows: holding cooperation or MOU with local governments to improve network quality, organizing education and training, technical guidance or other training to improve employee integrity, and collaborating with extension workers at KUA and KBIH to provide understanding to the community or prospective pilgrims. Suggestions put forward for the effectiveness of the SISKOHAT in organizing the hajj run well are as follows: improving the quality of the SISKOHAT network to minimize existing obstacles. Also, it is necessary to hold comprehensive socialization for the community regarding the implementation of the hajj pilgrimage in Sumedang Regency, especially regarding hajj pilgrimage services using SISKOHAT.

Clean water needs in almost all regions in Indonesia became a very important thing nowadays, although the areas not experiencing drought. This is due to existing water is no longer eligible for use as daily life water. In some areas the water have been polluted and certain natural conditions make it difficult for population to get their water. Pandeglang district is one of disadvantaged areas that experiencing problems of clean water needs, although this area has water resources are abundant. To help residents in solving this problem, it will be required an information of water treatment technology that can be widely accessed by residents in the Pandeglang district.
