Abstract: The ABC Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Madiun Regency, in addition to the Islamic boarding schools in the Islamic boarding school there are also SMP and SMA which are under the same foundation. The ABC Islamic boarding school also applies information technology as a companion to its operational activities. The large number of employees and teachers in Islamic boarding schools, junior high schools and senior high schools creates difficulties in the staffing division for management. The management method that is currently running in the personnel department is deemed insufficient, because the existing information technology to support their work has not yet functioned optimally to support the strategy. The zachman framework is chosen so that planning is carried out in strategic steps, easy to understand and can be a control for future information system development. The results of this research are in the form of a blueprint for the system design which is mapped in the form of a Zachman matrix from the perspective of the Planner and Owner. Keywords: Information Systems, Strategic Planning, Zachman's Framework Abstrak: Pondok pesantren ABC merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun, selain pondok pesantren di lingkungan ponpes tersebut juga terdapat SMP dan SMA yang dinaungi satu yayasan yang sama. Pondok pesantren ABC juga menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu pendamping kegiatan operasional nya. Banyaknya karyawan dan guru yang terdapat di pondok pesantren, SMP dan SMA menimbulkan kesulitan pada bagian kepegawaian untuk pengelolaannya. Cara pengelolaan yang sedang berjalan di bagian kepegawaian dirasa tidak lagi mencukupi, karena teknologi informasi yang ada untuk menunjang pekerjaan mereka belum berfungsi optimal sebagai pendukung strategi. Kerangka kerja zachman dipilih agar perencanaan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang strategis, mudah dipahami dan bisa menjadi kontrol untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa blue print rancangan sistem yang dipetakan didalam bentuk matrik Zachman yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Planner dan Owner. Abstract: The system information section filing in UPT Puskesmas Rahayu to submit a medical record file to any of the poly, assembling medical records, store medical records, retention medical records are already inactive. This research aims to design and create a system of information filing outpatient medical records in UPT Puskesmas Rahayu in terms of borrowing and return the medical record file as well as facilitate the retention of medical records with the use of qualitative methods. The Data used in the study in UPT Puskesmas Rahayu, namely interviews, observation, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). This study shows the input data of the patients is in accordance with UPT Puskesmas Rahayu. Input patient data include No RM, the Name of the KK, the Patient's Name, Gender, Address, and Villages. This research resulted in the information system of medical record filing outpatient procedures that can facilitate the officer in the management of the filing of medical records. Keywords: borrowing and return; medical record filing; puskesmas Abstrak: Sistem informasi bagian filing di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu untuk mengirimkan berkas rekam medis ke setiap poli, assembling rekam medis, menyimpan rekam medis, meretensi rekam medis yang sudah in aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi filing rekam medis rawat jalan di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu dalam hal peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis serta mempermudah dalam retensi rekam medis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu yaitu wawancara, observasi dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Penelitian ini menunjukkan input data pasien sudah sesuai dengan yang ada di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu. Input data pasien meliputi No RM, Nama KK, Nama Pasien, Jenis Kelamin, Alamat, dan Kelurahan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi rekam medis filing rawat jalan yang dapat mempermudah petugas dalam pengelolaan filing rekam medis. A lot of couples do early marriage, but most of them do not understand what marriage really means. The unpreparedness of the couple in marriage can have a big impact on their married life which leads to divorce and also have a negative impact on their children. An Android-based pre-marriage and parenting education information system can be an alternative to simplify the preparation and learning process for couples and parents. The method used for the analysis and design of the pre-marriage and parenting education information system uses the literature study method and data collection methods such as: observation and questionnaires to married couples and their parents, the aimed as a source for designing and building information systems related to pre-marriage and parenting education. The results of the method used include couples and parents being able to learn and prepare for married life as well as increasing knowledge about child parenting through their Android smartphones with the materials sourced from experts and there was a forum that can be used to discuss with other users or discussion with educator. Based on the increasingly large development of the internet, the use of the Internet has entered in various fields of life. Everyone can access the Internet; entrepreneurs also take advantage of this as an opportunity. The influence of information technology affects entrepreneurs to make the transition of their business into an online business. That way, the products they sell can be purchased via the internet. This study aims to determine the influence of information technology culture on online business success, the effect of one's innovation and experience on the relationship between information technology culture and online business success in Jakarta. The population in this study are online entrepreneurs in Jakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 samples. This sample selection technique uses convenience sampling technique through SmartPLS 3. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The results of this study indicate that the information technology culture variable has a positive and significant effect on online business success, the experience variable has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between information technology culture and online business success. However, Personal Innovativeness variable has a negative and significant effect relationship between information technology culture and online business success variable.

CV. Laksana Karoseri is a bus carousel company from Ungaran that assembles various bus bodies. In an effort to help the development of good human resources, every year CV. Laksana Karoseri has an industrial work lecture program that accepts hundreds of internship students every year. However, the program has not been running and is well organized because some activity processes have not run optimally, for example, the acceptance of internships, attendance and scheduling of internships that are not managed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to have SI / IT strategic planning to improve management and deal with problems that occur in industrial work lecture programs at CV. Laksana Karoseri. This research was conducted by conducting interviews and observations on CV. Laksana Karoseri. The method used to carry out this SI / IT strategic planning is the Ward and Peppard method which includes Value Chain, SWOT, PEST and Five Force Model analysis which then produces an application portfolio, namely the Registration Information System and Industrial Work Lecture Details, the website and mobile version of the Scheduling and Attendance Information System, the Weekly Activity Log Book Information System and the Internship Report Document Archive Information System which was mapped using McFarlan's analysis. The results of the SI/IT strategic plan will be implemented within four years.

The Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office is a government agency engaged in Youth, Scouting, and Sports. Information systems and information technology (SI / IT) greatly influence the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Currently, the Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office in implementing SI / IT is still not optimal, therefore this research is about the strategic design of information systems using the ward and peppard method. The ward and peppard method consist of SWOT analysis, Value Chain Analysis, PEST Analysis, McFarlan Analysis, and Five Force Model Analysis. The results of this study are recommendations for a portfolio of information systems, namely the Sports Building Lending Information System, the Activity Report Filing Information System, the Athlete Information System, and the Youth Information System. The information system implementation plan will be carried out within the next 4 years.

The tourism development program in Indonesia is not central but decentralized so that each autonomous region has the authority to determine the direction of policies and strategies for developing tourism potential in their respective areas. In the context of the Morotai Islands regency, an integrated regional tourism information system has not been designed to control and synchronize stakeholders' interests and optimize the marketing of regional tourist destinations. Considering this, this study offers the Ward and Peppard framework for the strategic design of Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Daerah (SIPARDA) as a website-based application that can be used for data collection and monitoring of regional tourism resources as well as tourism destination development programs in Morotai Island Regency. This study shows that the identification of external and internal conditions of the business environment is not limited to the Value Chain approach and Porter's Five Forces Model but also the Tourism Area Life Cycle and Irritation Index to understand the context of regional tourism-related to tourism resources both attractions, accommodation, amenities, and accessibility, as well as the level of acceptance of the Morotai people towards tourism development programs. Furthermore, identifying the current internal and external conditions of information systems or information technology in the portfolio application is analyzed based on Strenght, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) to provide recommendations for future application portfolios. The results of this study recommend the Regional Tourism Information System known as Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Daerah (SIPARDA) as a portfolio future application that needs to be prioritized to optimize the function of monitoring tourism development in the Morotai Island Regency.

Hotel Kartika Bandungan is one of the family hotels located in Bandungan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. Hotel Kartika Bandungan has a lag in the field of technology because other hotels around it already have their own system. Due to the absence of an integrated system, it is necessary to plan an IT / SI strategic plan that suits the needs and conditions of the Kartika Bandungan Hotel. This study aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out business processes, as well as make Hotel Kartika Bandungan still able to lead during hospitality business competition. In this study, the methodology used was Ward and Peppard which was supported by SWOT, PEST, Value Chain and McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis methods. The data collection method used is a descriptive qualitative method inandi by conducting an interview with the company owner and direct observation to the Kartika Bandungan Hotel. Based on the results of the analysis at the Kartika Hotel Bandungan, it is proposed that the Customer Data Information System, Financial Information System, Employee Payroll Information System, Hotel Needs Information System, and Attendance Information System are proposed. The results of IT/SI strategic planning can be implemented in the next four years.

XYZ is one of the branch offices of banking subsidiaries in Indonesia that focuses on providing leasing facilities, investment and working capital. As a company, PT. XYZ is inseparable in the use of information technology which gives rise to various possible risks that exist. Therefore, it is necessary to have an analysis of information technology risk management in PT. XYZ. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help PT. XYZ in identifying possible risks that occur to the company, as well as actions that must be taken in the face of such risks. The framework used in this study is the ISO 31000 framework. Based on the results of this study, 13 possible risks that have low risk levels (R01, R02, R03, R04, R05, R07, R08, R12, R13, R15, R16, R20 and R21 ), 6 possible risks that have medium risk levels (R06, R09, R10, R11, R14 and R18), as well as 2 possible risks that have high risk levels (R17 and R19). In addition, a risk treatment proposal was produced that can be used as a reference by PT. XYZ to minimize losses caused by these risks.

Koperasi Sehati Makmur Abadi is a savings and loans cooperative whose data processing process still uses a system that is accessed through an old version of the browser and if the browser is updated to the latest version, it will result in the system not being able to run. The system used now sometimes experiences errors because it still uses old technology, it is certain that if it still uses old technology, it will make the business will be left behind with the times that continue to develop, and in the old system the appearance of the system is not attractive Anda lso the system used does not involve its members, in the development of technology which now the system has involved many users as in banks have given access to their customers so that they can check balances, transfer transactions and so on. This problem must be resolved so that the business can develop and not be left behind by other competitors. Using a web-based information system application can make it easier if you want to open it in various browsers or devices such as gadgets and can be used anywhere and anytime. The use of methods in this research starts from the type of data used is primary data or single data that researchers get through interviews, direct observations, and literature studies, while in the use of the system design method using agile methods and the implementation in this research uses PHP language for website development and for the database itself using databases MySQL. From the results of this research or research, it is hoped that the system created can process data such as member data, installments, loans, deposits and so on, it is hoped that it can facilitate the Sehati Makmur Abadi cooperative in managing data
