Abstract

In 1949 the HIBA Group was here to meet the transportation needs of the community. The company's commitment is to provide increased customer satisfaction through professional management and operational team support to the demands of the changing times. HIBA Group offers complete, professional, modern, and integrated transportation services. In addition to providing comprehensive, professional, current, and integrated transportation services, the HIBA Group also provides work comfort to employees, especially for maintenance, construction, and bus bodybuilding. In the construction or maintenance process, each activity must report a work permit or Permit to Work (PTW), whose function is to monitor and analyze the work to be carried out. The analysis is carried out from the workers' health, difficulty, the environment, and work tools (PPE). The reporting process is still manual form or conventional system to slow down the work being done if the work is essential for a tender. The PTW must also be analyzed and reported on the related circumstances so that PTW work tends to be slow. An online-based PTW information system Website design was made to simplify and speed up the PTW reporting to solve this problem. The method used for developing information systems uses the Prototype Model with an object-oriented system approach modeled using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This research is the design of the PTW information system Website used in the HIBA Group.

Abstract

In the current condition of society that is critical in responding to everything, more public services are needed professional, effective, simple, transparent, timely, responsive. Efforts to improve the quality of public services cannot be separated from service evaluation. In order to improve the quality of public services, the Directorate General of Informatics Applications of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics established the Public Service for Aduan konten at the Directorate of Information Application Control (PAI) as a pilot project. So to evaluate the quality of public services, a bureaucratic reform program is carried out at the PAI Directorate through efforts to develop a zone of territorial integrity free from corruption and a clean bureaucratic area to serve. One of the evaluations carried out is for measuring service performance as mandated in the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform Number 14 of 2017 concerning the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) on the Implementation of Public Services. This study aims to determine the service quality of the Content Complaint website using the e-Govqual method, while the IPA and heuristic evaluations are to determine the attributes that are priorities for improving service quality, as recommendations to public service providers for Aduan konten. To assess the service quality of the content complaint website, 6 dimensions and 21 e-Govqual attributes are used. Of the 300 respondents who were used as research samples, this study shows the results of the analysis of the level of conformity of the 6 dimensions are 98.03% (<100%) meaning that the public services provided by the Aduan konten website are not satisfactory to users or still not in accordance with user expectations. The result of the average value of the gap between expectations and performance shows the number -0.05 or < 0. With this gap, it can be said that the quality of public service performance of Aduan konten perceived by the public still does not meet what is expected. Attributes that need improvement are those in quadrant A (3 attributes) and quadrant C (8 attributes). Recommendations are given based on the literature/theory for attributes that need to be improved to improve the quality of public services for Aduan konten.

Abstract

Environmental management accounting has received increasing interest in recent years. However, despite increasing interest, reference concerning the current state of environmental management accounting development remain scarce. The objective of the research presented here is to extend current knowledge by investigating whether accounting information system design could be used to develop a greater understanding of environmental management accounting use by Indonesian organisations. A research framework was developed from contingency theory to identify the circumstances under which organisations were more likely to develop a sophisticated accounting information system design and ultimately to investigate its impact to environmental management accounting activities. In order to test this framework, a web-based survey of Indonesian accountants in business was conducted. This research exploits the quantitative research methodology to understand the relationship between contingent factors, which are firm size, firm age, organizational structure, uncertainty environment, and manager profile that influence accounting information system design and environmental management accouting practice among various companies in Indonesia. The survey was conducted on companies located in Jabodetabek area. 100 questionnaires were received from various companies and the finding highlights that the firm age, environment uncertainty, and manager experience significantly affect accounting information system quality and environmental management accounting practice. In light of the results, it would also be valuable to employ qualitative research methods and attempt to develop a deeper understanding as to why such lack of engagement is the case.

Abstract

Learning technology continues to develop along with the times. In the implementation of daily learning, we often encounter the use of information and technology developments in the world of education, as is often done by teachers or lecturers, namely combining information and technology tools in the learning process. However, information and technology will not only bring positive benefits, but will also have a negative impact. The development of information science and technology has a positive impact by increasing the openness and dissemination of information and knowledge from and to all over the world across the boundaries of space and time. The negative impact is the occurrence of changes in behavior, ethics, norms, rules, or morals of life that are contrary to the ethics, norms, rules, and morals of life that exist in society.
