Abstract

Make-Up that women need to maintain their appearance and self-confidence to look more attractive for themselves and when dealing with other people. The information system is an important resource that needs to be managed by a Make-Up service provider because it has a high level of accuracy in data processing. The design of this system aims to display information on available Make-Up and Make-Up service providers including prices and locations. This system uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The Make-Up and Make-Up service provider system is designed using the Waterfall methodology, which starts from the planning process, needs analysis, design, and implementation in the form of coding, testing/verification and maintenance. The results of this study are a Make-Up service website that is available to make it easier for customers to choose the makeup they want, in this website, Make-Up owners can visit their services on the website and are also supported by transaction features that make it easier for customers to can place an order.

Abstract

Many madrasah under the auspices of the Tangerang Disctrict Education Office are scattered and the public does not know where the madrasah are. So that mapping is needed to find out the distribution of these madrasah. The development of residential areas and the increasing number of residents raises several problems, including inadequate school capacity, lack of access points to schools, incomplete supporting facilities and so on. Conditions like this can disrupt the stability of education services in the northern region of Tangerang Disctrict. With the development of the world of information today makes a lot of convenience, one technology that is currently being developed is the Geographic Information System (GIS). The information system regarding school mapping is a combination of GIS and web technology, allowing the information to be visualized into the web so that it can be accessed by the wider community without any time and place limits. This system was built using the Google Maps API to display a map of the location of madrasah in the northern area of ??Tangerang district. Spatial data for madrasah was obtained from the Tangerang District Education Office. The results of the trial of the Geographic Information System application in the Northern area of ??the Tangerang Disctrict, have provided information to the community and the Education Office about mapping madrasah in the Northern Region of Tangerang Disctrict.

Abstract

The development of the construction industry is changing very quickly. This is evidenced by the many construction projects being built in Indonesia, such as buildings, roads, bridges, etc. However, the delay in the development process is still an obstacle that must be resolved, one of which is the delay in the design process, even according to previous research, the delay based on the shop drawing process is 22%. Therefore, how to overcome delays due to the shop drawing process. Can the process of making shop drawings be more efficient? To minimize delays caused by the shop drawing design, the author will conduct research to create designs using drawing applications. By integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) several image applications which will then be combined with estimation data and project scheduling data. Many of these applications are found on the internet, but the integration applications that I will use include Vico Office for 3D, 4D, and 5D analysis, Sketchup for architectural design, Autodesk Revit for electrical design, Tekla Structure for structural design and SAP 2000 for structure analysis. It can be concluded from this study that time efficiency can be found in making project designs and can minimize delays caused by design and planning by 30% compared to the results of design and planning that do not use the concept of integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to prepare financial statements at the Fahiluka health center. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach in the form of financial statement data at the Fahiluka health center. The data sources used in this study are data obtained from an interview with one of the staff of the Fahiluka health center and books, official archives or forms of records related to the financial statements of the Fahiluka health center. and using data collection techniques in interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the lack of training regarding the process of preparing public sector financial statements in accordance with applicable government regulations or accounting standards has resulted in the Fahiluka health center not implementing an accounting information system and the resulting financial statements are not in accordance with government regulations or government accounting standards. The preparation of financial statements at the Fahiluka health center is not someone who has expertise in the field of accounting (bookkeeping) and the financial statements are not only prepared by one person in charge or treasurer but are prepared by each person in charge of the activity program. The results of this study mean that the Fahiluka health center has not implemented an accounting information system where in the process of preparing financial statements is still manually using Microsoft excel, the stages of preparing financial statements at the Fahiluka health center are only recorded in the form of journals, then reporting in the form of financial statements so that the financial statement information produced is only in the form of a general cash book

Abstract

This research is intended to assist MSME actors in developing information technology which aims to design a marketing information system and inventory management so as to make it easier for MSME actors to monitor MSME marketing activities easily and precisely. In this study, the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method was chosen because the EAP method has complex components in the design activities of the information system in question. In addition, qualitative research methods are used to inform the facts that occurred by using observations, interviews, and documentation. So that the process and meaning are shown in this study so that the information provided is in accordance with the facts that occurred, while the informants in this study involved the head of the workshop and two of the workshop employees. Therefore, the selection of this method is considered appropriate to assist MSME actors in planning the development of product marketing information systems by utilizing information technology developments as a step to develop MSMEs that are run. The design of the development of the information system created can be used to make it easier to manage the number of stock items that were previously done manually but with the use of technology it can make it easier for MSMEs to find out the total number of goods automatically correctly based on data recorded by the system and then displayed as the right information. and accurate.

Abstract

One of the government organizations tasked with planning general elections honestly in order to carry out elections is the Medan City KPU Office. The issue is that fingerprints are still used in the attendance system used by staff members at the KPU office in Medan. However, the fingerprint machine frequently has issues, for instance, when there is a power outage, employees are unable to use the fingerprint scanner, which can affect attendance. In order to avoid having employees wait in line to check their attendance at work using fingerprints, this study suggests a web-based application to record and arrange all types of attendance data collecting or attendance hours into the information system using a QR Code. The PHP programming language and MySQL database are used in stages of the Waterfall approach for system development. Using the QR Code, the author will create a web-based application that will serve as an attendance data information system. It is intended that the application that is created would make it easier and faster to recapture staff attendance, making the process more ideal, efficient, and successful.

Abstract

Ease of access can be pros and cons for all information system applications, because it increases the possibility of someone hacking the information system. Therefore, a risk assessment or risk assessment of information systems is needed to identify and understand the risks involved in accessing them. One of the risk assessment methods that analyzes the risk profile of information assets using the OCTAVE Allegro method. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of security risk management on information systems at the Religious Courts of the City of Kediri. The recommendation process is a follow-up to the risk assessment in the form of controls in ISO/IEC 27002:2013 which focuses on clause 9. Access Control. This research uses a literature study approach . The literature review was carried out by looking for references to information security risk management analysis using the OCTAVE Allegro method, research material books and research journals to assist in the preparation of this research proposal. The theory taken from the reference mainly refers to the OCTAVE Allegro method. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers got 10 areas of attention that will be given control recommendations based on ISO/IEC 27002:2013.

Abstract

Social media is a platform that makes it easier for users to interact and get to know each other because in social media there are profiles, statuses, and user uploads. Therefore, many studies utilize social media because there is much information that can be explored on social media, one of which is research on the personality classification of social media users. However, many studies related to personality classification of social media users have failed due to too many model target classes, which result in low accuracy. In this research, the author uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) model, which is focused on only two personality classes, namely "Introvert/Extrovert" and "Sensor/Intuitive" with the features type of work and interest in information which are feature representations of the personality class used to reduce the target class. The best accuracy result is 95.87% after classifying using two personality classes.

Abstract

Posyandu Setia Wargi Margahurip is a non-governmental activity that aims to maintain public health, especially for toddlers. Until now, data recording at the Setia Wargi Margahurip Posyandu is still manual, that data and information processing is still experiencing many obstacles, especially in terms of effectiveness. The development of technology and information that is growing rapidly in this era of globalization causes all fields in human life to involve technology to facilitate human work in various fields. Therefore, the idea emerged to create a desktop-based Posyandu information system design to facilitate data processing services at the Posyandu. This Posyandu information system was build using Borland Delphi 7 with Microsoft Access as the database. The Posyandu information system development method uses the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method with the Waterfall Model and problem analysis using the PIECES method. The result of this research is a desktop-based Posyandu information system application that can help Posyandu cadres and Posyandu health workers Setia Wargi Margahurip in facilitating the process of data processing, searching, reporting, data storage

Abstract

Degenerative disease is a disease experienced by many people, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, gout, and others. Pharmacists play a role in providing information and education about health, primarily pharmacological and non-pharmacological drugs. The purpose of the activity is to increase public understanding regarding degenerative diseases from the side of treatment by pharmacists by adopting a healthy lifestyle and understanding the importance of health checks as the first step to early detection of degenerative diseases. The implementation method is in the form of health checks in the form of blood pressure, cholesterol, uric acid, and blood sugar levels so that it can be early detection of degenerative diseases. Information and counseling services by pharmacists regarding healthy lifestyles and information related to treatment and degenerative diseases using brochures and individual direct delivery. The activity was carried out in Ndokum Siroga Village, Karo Regency. The service results were carried out at the village hall with 35 participants. The activity was full of enthusiasm, and many questions arose during the service by the pharmacist. It is known that participants' understanding of degenerative diseases is very low, with only 24% who know about degenerative diseases, 32% who know the symptoms of the disease, 27% who know the risks, and 30% who apply preventive and promotive efforts. 14% of participants do not know that they have the degenerative disease, so it can be concluded that this activity is very helpful and provides good benefits to the community.
