Abstract

The productivity of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of independent plasma plantations owned by residents of Saliki Village, located in Muara Badak District (Kutai Kartanegara), is only around 1 ton/ha/month. This gain is much smaller than the productivity level of the oil palm plantations managed by the company. In the last two years, the increase in FFB prices has spurred farmers to increase the productivity of their oil palm plantations by investigating the decline in the productivity of their plantations with other more competent parties. The soil analysis findings showed that the macronutrient content of N and K2O was low, and it classified P2O5 as low, a limiting factor for productivity. Early fertilization until 6-8 years is dominant, with compound fertilizer (15N:15P:15K) as the key attribute that implies a non-compliance with the recommended dose. When the age of planting increases, but there is an imbalance of nutrients, it will affect low productivity. The lack of understanding and knowledge of farmers causes this assumption about nutrient content and the use of fertilizers. The implementation method is supported through a comprehensive technical guidance with oil palm FFB farmers in the selected area within 2 sessions. After the field meeting, the researcher recommended the relevant dose of fertilization (kg/tree/year). Through this discussion, the researchers disseminated valuable insights to oil palm farmers in order to stimulate, strengthen references, and identify types of fertilizers that are in line with the nutrients and content in the palm oil fertilization phase in order to improve FFB productivity.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syifa' Muhammadiyah (PPAM) in Yogyakarta established several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) including production units of tempeh, mineral water, coffee, and donut. The main obstacle experienced by the MSMEs is the traditional marketing system which limits the sales of products. The current program aimed to assist the adoption of information technology, especially in marketing techniques using social media and e-commerce. The activities included discussions with MSMEs owners, socialization of marketing techniques, creating social media accounts, making of product catalogs, and evaluation. In general, all the activities could be carried out as targeted. After participating in this program, the MSME owners at PPAM are able to use social media and e-commerce to increase product marketing and sales.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Think Talk Write learning model as an effort to improve students' information literacy in the study of the concept of the immune system. This type of research includes a action research approach with a quasi-experimental method (using pre-test and post-test). The research subject was a population of 52 students in class IX science. The research data was collected based on the results of the pre-test and post-test that had been carried out on grade IX students. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the class that applied the think talk write learning model got a higher average score (4.07) than the class that applied the conventional learning model (4.05). Thus, it is concluded that learning that applies the think talk write model can improve information literacy in students.

Abstract

Globalization that occurs in the economic field today certainly affects the trade between several countries that are free. This is due to the fact that the use of technology has encouraged rapid business growth, because various information can be presented through long distance relationships and those who wish to conduct transactions do not have to meet face to face, but simply through computer and telecommunications equipment. Utilization of ITE Technology is carried out based on the principles of legal certainty, benefits, prudence, good faith, and freedom to choose technology or technology neutrality. This study aims to determine the development and concept of people's prosperity in economic globalization in Indonesia, with the presence of the ITE Law in creating a just economy. This research uses normative legal research which is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach to primary data, secondary data and tertiary data which includes the content and structure of positive law. used as a reference in reviewing legal issues that are the object of study. The results of the study indicate that the existence of the ITE Law in creating a just economy at this time has major implications for the development of social life . Economic justice must be understood as a condition where the people control the course of economic activity, through the use of information and technology which is carried out based on the principles of legal certainty, benefits, prudence, good faith, and freedom to choose technology or technology neutrality. This is in line with the goals of the state as stated in the fourth paragraph of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan asesmen berbasis Information and Communication Technology (ICT) kepada 27 guru dari 3 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Wonosalam. Hal ini bertujuan agar sekolah mampu memfasilitasi pemanfaatan ICT sebagai media asesmen, para guru mempunyai pengetahuan dan keterampilan memanfaatkan ICT sebagai media asesmen yang sesuai dengan mata pelajaran, para guru memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengembangkan asesmen berbasis ICT. Target kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada 27 guru tersebut. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi, latihan, praktik, dan presentasi. Setelah diberikan pelatihan para guru akan melakukan praktik secara terbimbing dan presentasi hasil praktik mereka. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan sampai tercapainya tujuan, yaitu memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengembangkan asesmen berbasis ICT. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru dari sekolah mitra dalam menghasilkan seperangkat asesmen berbasis ICT yang baik dan benar.

Abstract

Mobile applications about health have been widely developed but not yet effective as well as suit to user needs. It is because the design process does not involve potential users or user-centered design (UCD). This study aims to obtain information about the needs of groups of adolescents and mothers of children under five on the health application namely MoGiz (Monitoring Gizi). The method uses a qualitative approach through Focus Group Discussion with 6 and 9 informants from group of youths and mothers, respectively. Data analysis was carried out by interpreting the results of a series of transcripts, coding, and arranging the topics and themes found. The results show that teenagers want applications about adolescent health, while mothers of toddlers want applications about toddler health. Both groups expect applications to be small, attractive, containing articles and videos. In conclusion, it is recommended that the application contains health information according to the characteristics of the needs of potential users.

Abstract

Background: Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a technology in the field of Architecture, Engineering and Construction that is capable of simulating all information in a development project into a three-dimensional (3D) model. One of the government's efforts in dealing with the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is implementing the use of BIM, and construction technology innovations in each project cycle. By applying the BIM method, both managers, consultants and contractors are able to save processing time, costs incurred and the required workforce. The application of BIM technology can minimize the impact of work delays, increased costs, and construction failures. Contribution: The results of the analysis of the needs of partners show that not all construction service businesses, especially in Banyumas, know and implement BIM. This community service activity is intended to provide basic training to construction service businesses regarding the operation of BIM using Tekla Structures. Method: The method used is a partner needs analysis survey, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and mentoring. Results: The results of this dedication show that as many as 81% of participants understand the BIM concept after participating in this activity. Conclusion: The holding of this training will provide an overview, improve skills for construction services in Banyumas. Furthermore, it can be applied to the construction process (planning, implementation and maintenance), so that it will produce competitive construction service design products

Abstract

Sexual information literacy is a set of skills that children need to process sexual information normatively. When the child starts to enter a period of sexual development in a more mature direction, a sense of attraction and curiosity leads the child to search for information. When children feel a sexual topic is too taboo to be discussed with adults, accessing information through the internet cannot longer be controlled. Inaccurate sources of information can set children as victims as well as perpetrators of inappropriate sexual behavior according to applicable values and norms. One of the efforts that can be given in assisting healthy sexual development is through sexual education as an effort to increase sexual information literacy. Sexual education is considered effective in forming healthy sexual behavior for children and adolescents in the future.

Abstract

This study focuses on the "SuratKu" electronic mail innovation made by the Kulon Progo Regency Communication and Information Office. The innovation aims to support good governance in the correspondence management process so that it is faster, more precise and accurate. This is a form of the bureaucratic digitilization process. Specifically, this paper tries to see how the developed information technology innovations can facilitate communication and coordination between government agencies/government to government in Kulon Progo Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. And for the results, the data was analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The results showed that after going through various stages of testing and testing the feasibility of the SuratKu innovation, the implementation of the SuratKu innovation had run smoothly and was able to provide more effective and efficient mail administration services so that it could be adopted for implementation and use in all regional organizations.
