<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze; 1) the effect of information literacy on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 2) the effect of strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 3) the effect of information literacy and strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of ex post facto research. This study examines three variables to be studied to determine how much influence the independent and dependent variables have. The population in this study were 116 teachers and the sample in this study was 90 teachers SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study found that; 1) there is a significant and positive influence between information literacy variables on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 2) there is a significant and positive effect between strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; and 3) obtained a significant effect between the variables of information literacy and strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.]]>

<![CDATA[The Purpose of the study is describing the steps of collaborative educative supervision periodically in preparing learning plans, implementing, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up on student learning achievements that can improve teacher performance. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Ibun, Bandung Regency, starting from supervision on March 7th. until September 2018 This performance improvement is carried out through periodic collaborative educational supervision. The data collection method in this study consisted of four main activities, namely initial data collection, data analysis results at the end of each cycle, as well as other responses from teachers to the implementation of collaborative educational supervision. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that teacher performance increases in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement]]>

<![CDATA[Classroom management by the teacher is one of the external factors that greatly influences the level of success of a student's learning. Creative and innovative classroom management has the opportunity to spark and grow students' self-confidence. Therefore, there is a close relationship between classroom management and students' self-confidence. This study aims to provide knowledge and understanding to teachers in increasing creativity and innovation in classroom management, so that they can grow and form students' self-confidence, especially elementary school students who are the golden age to shape children's personalities. Seeing how important it is to have a great sense of self-confidence to be able to appear in public without being too nervous. It needs to be trained and familiarized from an early age, one of which is through classroom management by teachers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which is a process of data analysis carried out through the literature study stage. The results of the study indicate that the importance of the role of a teacher in managing the classroom is to trigger the growth and development of students' self-confidence. This can be done by a teacher according to the level of creativity and innovation of each teacher. The higher the level of creativity and innovation of a teacher in managing the classroom, the greater the opportunities and progress of students in building their self-confidence.]]>

<![CDATA[The mathematics learning outcomes of most of the VIII grade students of MTsN Lubuk Buaya have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria. One of the efforts that can be made by the teacher to activate students in learning which can improve student learning outcomes is to apply an active learning strategy of the Listener Team type using Microsoft Powerpoint media. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities and learning outcomes of students' mathematics by implementing an active learning strategy of Listening Team type using Microsoft Powerpoint media. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study were students of class VIII MTsN Lubuk Buaya. The sampling technique was done by drawing numbers and the selected samples were students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class and class VIII.3 as the control class. The data were first tested for normality, homogeneity test and analysis of variance. The results showed that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who used the application of the Listener Team type active learning strategy using Microsoft Powerpoint media were better than conventional learning in class VIII MTsN Lubuk Buaya. The student activity data was obtained through observations at each meeting in the experimental class which showed that students' mathematics learning activities increased after being taught by implementing an active learning strategy of Listening Team type using Microsoft Powerpoint media in class VIII MTsN Lubuk Buaya.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was a correlation study which aims to determine the correlation between srudents’ reading habit and their writing ability in Teaching English Learning. There were two variables in this study, reading habit and writing ability. The population of the study were the X grade students of SMAN 2 Batusangkar in the academic year 2020/2021. The sample technique in this research used cluster random sampling from 356 students selected for class X MIPA 2 with 36 students. This study used the Product Moment formula to determine the coefficient correlation and t-test to found out the significance correlation between students’ reading habit (X) and their writing ability (Y). The result showed that the t-observed was (4.01) and t-table was (1.70) in significance level of 5% (0,005), so t-observed was bigger than t-table then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there was a correlation between students’ reading habit and their writing ability in descriptive text at the X grade of SMAN 2 Batusangkar]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine the high order thinking skills of Students in SMPN 4 Pariaman. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects consisted of 6 grade VII.1 students consisting of 2 high-ability, 2 moderate and 2 low-level students based on the score of assignments and daily tests from the mathematics teacher. Data analysis was in the form of analysis of students' test abilities, analysis ability in aspects of knowledge according to Bloom Taxonomy and interview analysis. The data validity test was done by using triangulation technique. The results of the test research show that the Bloom Taxonomic percentage of the increase with the average Bloom Taxonomy level of C4, C5, and C6 is 87.21%, 70.27%, 57.91%, respectively. This is the ability students have in solving problems that require higher-order thinking skills.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research to know the effect of Quantum Learning disertai Speed Test toward result of students mathematic at the seven Grade of SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. This research is pre-experimental study with research design randomized control group only design. The population in this research is the students of class VII SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. Sampling using random sampling technique with class VII7 as experiment class and VII6 as control class. The result of this research is the result of cognitive. Based on the final test, the mean score of experimental class was 74 and the control class was 67. The result of t- test tcalculate was 2.29 and ttable was 1.66 with and . Therefore tcalculate > ttable means H0 denied and H1 accepted. So, it was concluded that there is an influence of the Quantum Learning with Speed Test toward the result of students’ mathematic at the seven grade of SMPN 1 VII koto Sungai Sariak]]>

<![CDATA[This study I am as to :1) descript the skills of producing explanatory text with PjBL assisted be audio visual media. 2) descript the skill to producing explanatory the text after the aplication of the PjBL model assisted by audio visual media. 3) analyzing the effect of the application of the PjBL model assisted by audio visual media on the skills of producing explanatory text. This type of research is a quantitative study using descriptive analytical methods with a pre test and posttest one group design.Population in this study were grade VIII students of SMPN 15 Padang registered in 2019, totaling 117 students. The sample of this study were studentsin grade VIII totalling 30 students and the sampling in this study wash using purposive sampling technique. Result and discussion : 1) the skill of producing explanatory text before applying the PjBL model assisted by audiovisual media is in the range of values of 51,57 with almost sufficient qualifications. 2) the skill of producing explanatory text after the application of the PjBL model assisted by audiovisual media is in the range of values 81,13 with good qualifications. 3) based on the result of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the skill of producing explanatory text for grade VIII students of SMP N 15 Padang before and after the application of the PjBL model assisted by audio visual media at a significant level of 0.95 with degrees of freedom n-1 (30-1=29)]]>

<![CDATA[This study describes how to foster multicultural education values at SDN 54 Anak Air. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Research data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data is done by triangulation of data sources. The research findings show that the interaction of students from different cultures in grades one, two and three tends to be awkward and closed. Meanwhile, the interaction at the further grade level is very intimate and tends to be open. The interaction of students with students from different cultures has shown an appreciation for cultural differences. So that in the interaction the values of multicultural education have been built, namely the value of tolerance and the value of equality. The interaction of teachers with students of different cultures shows the development of the values of multicultural education, namely the value of tolerance, democracy, the value of equality and the value of justice. Activities held at SDN 54 Anak Air both in-class and out-of-class activities at SDN 54 Anak Air have included the values of multicultural education. The understanding of the teachers at SDN 54 Anak Air towards multicultural education is theoretically still lacking, however in their actions and treating students of different cultures it contains the values of multicultural education.]]>

<![CDATA[The policy issued by the government regarding study from home during the COVID-19 pandemic has created new problems in learning in schools. Students assume that study from home is a holiday activity that they enjoy at home. This kind of learning also causes students to feel bored because every day they face very monotonous activities. This study aims to describe the problems of pedagogy with study from home (SFH) in learning English at SMP Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. As the subject of this research, four English teachers teach grades VII, VIII and IX at SMP Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir. From the data analysis, the researchers obtained the results, namely, 1) the absence of online study from home learning training, so that teachers still lacked experience in improving online SFH learning activities. 3) Limited time with SFH online makes students unable to complete school assignments on time. 4) Lack of parental concern for students because parents are still pretentious with the online SFH learning system, they are not used to being involved in the learning process]]>
