Abstract

Based on the learning activities of Class I students of SDN 45 Pulau Karam in PKN subjects it was found that student learning activities in PKN subjects were still very low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Increasing Student Learning Activities in PKN subjects through cooperative learning models Think Talk Write in Class I SDN 45 Pulau Karam, West Pasaman District. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 30 Class I students at SDN 45 Karam Island. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion presented in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the type of cooperative learning learning model Think Talk Write can improve student learning activities in PKN subjects at SDN 45 Karam Island. Student learning activities in the first cycle were 71.73 (sufficient) to increase to 82.23 (good) with an increase of 10.5.

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class III students at SDN 45 Pulau Karam in science subjects it was found that student learning outcomes in science subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the Efforts to Improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through Problem Posing Learning Model in Class III SDN 45 Karam Island. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 20 Class III students at SDN 45 Karam Island. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Problem Posing Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at SDN 45 Karam Island. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle were 57.75 (sufficient) increasing to 84.75 (good) with an increase of 27%.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and supervision carried out by the author, it shows that teachers in SDN 03 Batang Gasan do not have the ability and skills that are good at carrying out their duties, especially in terms of using learning media. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve the ability of teachers to use learning media by conducting individual guidance-based mentoring at SDN 03 Batang Gasan. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 3 class teachers at SDN 03 Batang Gasan. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using averages. The results of the study show that mentoring activities based on individual guidance can improve the ability of teachers to design, determine and use learning media. This is evidenced based on preliminary data on the ability of teachers before the implementation of individual guidance-based mentoring activities is still in the poor category. Then after the individual guidance-based mentoring activities, the teacher's ability increased which was seen from the improvement of the quality of the learning media made by the teacher and the increase in the teacher's ability to use the media in the class to 79.67 (good) in the first cycle to 87.33 (very good).

Abstract

Self efficacy is the conviction of within a person of his ability to organize and perform actions in order to achieve the desired results. The problem of low self efficacy towards career selection becomes something serious because it relates to the future and ideals of the students. This research uses individual counseling services behaviour symbolic modeling techniques to improve low self efficacy against career selection in students of Class X.5 in SMAN 1 Pasaman. The purpose of this research is to know the description of low self efficacy level on career selection before and after counseling individual behavioral technique of symbolic modeling. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The population in this study is all students of Class XII.IPA.3 in SMAN 1 Pasaman, which consists of 34 students. The results showed that 6 students who become research samples have a percentage of self-efficacy level of 52.25% (low category) before obtaining counseling service behavioral technique of symbolic modeling. After obtaining counseling service behavioral technique of symbolic modeling, the average percentage of self efficacy level against career selection becomes 72.25% (high category). There is a difference of self efficacy level to career selection in cycle 1 and cycle 2 after obtaining behavioral counseling technique of symbolic modeling. Overall, self-efficacy against career selection increased 20.5%

Abstract

Taking into account the expectations to be achieved for the school organizers through optimum student coaching both academic and non academic potential, is the education process must produce human noble character, noble character, superior personality, leadership, entrepreneur, patriot soul, soul of innovator, initiative, creative and independent. Facts that occur in the field of problems learning motivation sub skill communicating students that occurred in SMAN 1 Pasaman be the responsibility of teachers in the school counseling through guidance and counseling services. This research is a service action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The population in this study is all students of Class XII.IPA.3 in SMAN 1 Pasaman, which consists of 30 students. The results showed that the average of students' learning motivation sub skill experienced an increase of 8.76%. Motivation to learn sub skill communicate student before executed service mastery of content with game technique, show medium category that is 62,37%. Motivation to learn sub skill communicating student after implemented service mastery of content with game technique, showing medium category that is 71,13%. Based on the description, it can be concluded there is an increase in motivation to learn sub-communication skills through content mastery services with game techniques on Students Class XII.IPA.3 at SMAN 1 Pasaman Year Teaching 2015/2016

Abstract

Based on the observations that the researchers did to the teachers at SDN 14 Siguntur Muda, it was found that the teacher's skills in the learning process were still low. The purpose of this study was to improve teacher skills in the Learning Process through Academic Supervision of the Model of Thinking, Writing and Discussing at SDN 14 Siguntur Muda. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 4 Siguntur Muda Elementary School Teachers. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the Applicative Education Supervision action to improve the learning process of Model Subjects Thinking, Writing and Discussing increased. This is evidenced by an increase in the ability of teachers in the learning process in class In cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in the learning process of Thinking, Writing and Discussion Learning models in cycle I was 47.75 in the Less category and in cycle II was 82 in the good category.

Abstract

Based on observations that researchers have conducted at SDN 39 Kampung Pansur, it was found that the ability of teachers to develop improvement programs for Teacher Performance was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve teacher capacity in developing improvement programs through Guidance and Supervision at SDN 39 Kampung Pansur. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 7 teachers at SDN 39 Kampung Pansur. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results of the study showed that improving teacher performance could improve students' ability to improve student learning achievement at SDN 39 Kampung Pansur. This is evidenced by an increase in students' ability to develop teacher performance programs from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of students and teachers in developing teacher performance improvement programs in cycle I was 52.2 with less categories and in cycle II was 82 with good categories

Abstract

Based on the observations that the researchers did to the teachers at SDN 12 Lunang, it was found that the ability of teachers in the implementation of teacher work was still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers in the implementation of teacher work through individual supervision techniques at SDN 12 Lunang. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 9 Lunang 12 Elementary School Teachers. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results showed that through individual supplementary techniques can improve the ability of teachers in the implementation of teacher work. This is evidenced by an increase in the ability of teachers in the implementation of teacher work in cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teacher skills in Teacher Ability in the implementation of teacher work in the first cycle was 45.33 in the Less category and in the second cycle was 84 in the good category.

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class VIII.1 Pasaman Junior High School 4 in the BAM sub subject, describing the rangkiang beside rumah gadang, it was found that the student learning outcomes in BAM subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in BAM sub subjects. Describe the rangkiang next to the rumah gadang through the cooperative learning model of Time Token Type in Class VIII.1 Pasaman Middle School 4 West Pasaman Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class VIII.1 Pasaman 4 Middle School. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data is analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of Time Token Type can improve student learning outcomes in BAM sub subjects. Describe the addition of a traditional house in Pasaman 4 Middle School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 52.84 (Enough) increased to 84.26 (Good) with an increase of 32.42%.

Abstract

Based on the observations that the researchers did at the Luhak Nan Duo 3 Junior High School, it was found that the teacher's ability to develop RPP was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the preparation of RPP by the teacher. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 10 teachers of Luhak Nan Duo Junior High School 3. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results showed that Monitoring and Evaluation could improve the preparation of teacher RPP at Luhak Nan Duo Junior High School 3. This is evidenced by the evaluation and monitoring can improve the quality of the preparation of teacher RPP at Luhak Nan Duo 3 Junior High School from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in improving the making of RPP in the first cycle was 51.39 with less categories, in the second cycle was 85.46 Good
