Based on the learning activities of Class VIII.2 students of SMPN 3 Pariangan in science subjects it was found that student learning activities in science subjects were still very low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the Efforts to Improve Student Learning Activities in Science Subjects through the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model in Class VIII.2 of SMP 3 Pariangan. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class VIII.2 of SMP 3 Pariangan. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve student learning activities in science subjects at Pariangan Middle School. Student Learning Activities from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning activities in the first cycle were 74.69 (sufficient) to increase to 82.53 (good) with an increase of 7.84

Based on the learning outcomes of class VII.A students of Tarab River Junior High School 2 in the Science subject of Leaf Bone Sub-Structure it was found that student learning outcomes in science subjects were still low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through a Portfolio learning model in Class VII.A SMPN 2 Sungai Tarab District Tanah Datar. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 20 students of Class VII.A SMPN 2 in Tarab River. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Portfolio learning model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at Tarab River 2 Junior High School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 59.62 (Less) increased to 83.82 (good) with an increase of 24.21

Based on observations on the competencies of the Guided School Teachers in compiling the Classroom Action Research Proposal, it was found a phenomenon that the teacher's ability to prepare classroom action research was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving the ability of teachers to develop Classroom Action Research Proposals through the CLCK coaching model (Examples, Training, Control, Independent Work) Based on Intensive Mentoring in Foster Schools. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 5 built school teachers. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the model of Intensive Mentoring based CLCK can improve the ability of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals in Foster Schools. Analysis of the quality of PTK proposals made by the teacher shows that the teacher's ability to prepare a Class Action Research Proposal increases from cycle I to cycle II. The teacher's ability to prepare a Class Action Research Proposal in the first cycle is 71.50 (sufficient) to increase to 93.00 (good) in cycle II.

Based on the learning outcomes of Class V.A SDN 26 Painan students in social studies subjects it was found that student learning outcomes in social studies subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects through the Guided Discovery Learning Method in Class V.A SDN 26 Painan South Coastal District. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 33 students of Class V.A SDN 26 Painan. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Guided Discovery Learning Method can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at SDN 26 Painan. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 51.97 (Enough) increased to 83.67 (Good) with an increase of 31.70%.

Based on the results of observations that the researchers have done to the Teachers at SDN 02 Long Desert, it was found that the Teacher's Ability to Arrange Research in classroom action was still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers to develop classroom action research through structured intensive workshops at SDN 02 Long Desert. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 7 teachers from SDN 02 Long Desert. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study show that through a Structured Intensive Workshop can increase the Teacher's Ability to Develop Classroom Action Research. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of teachers to compile classroom action research in cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teacher skills in the Teacher's Ability in Compiling Research in class action in the first cycle is 45.5 with the Less category and in the second cycle 84 is in the good category.

TPS (Think-Pair-Share) or (Thinking-Pairing-Sharing) is a type of cooperative learning that is designed to influence the patterns of interaction of students. TPS requires students to help each other in small groups (2-6 members) and are more detailed by cooperative rewards, rather than individual rewards (Ibrahim et al: 2000: 3). Problems to be studied in this study are: Is it through the use of learning models cooperative type of polling station can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes of Class III students at SDN 35 Kampung Sawah? The purpose of this action research is to find out the improvement of Indonesian language learning outcomes through the use of TPS cooperative learning models in student IV.B SDN 35 Kampung Sawah. This uses two rounds of classroom action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The target of this study was Class III students of SDN 35 Kampung Sawah. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the results of the analysis of each cycle, namely pre cycle (48.72%), cycle I (76.92%), cycle II (97.44%) .The conclusion of this study is the TPS cooperative learning model has a positive influence , which can improve student learning outcomes as indicated by the average answers of students stating that students are interested and interested in the TPS cooperative learning model so that they become motivated to learn.

Based on the results of observations that researchers have conducted teachers at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam, it was found that the ability of teachers to arrange to increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the Effectiveness of the Discipline Development Program in the Teaching and Learning Process for Teachers' Independent Work Ethics at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 13 elementary school teachers at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study show that with a disciplinary training program in the teaching and learning process to improve the teacher's work ethic at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam. This is evidenced by the existence of disciplinary guidance in the learning process. Improving the teacher's work ethic at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of students and teachers in increasing the effectiveness of learning activities in the first cycle is 48 with less categories and in the second cycle is 82.66 in the good category

Based on the results of observations and supervision conducted by the author, it shows that teachers in SDN 03 Simpang do not yet have the ability and skills that are good at carrying out their duties, especially in terms of using learning media. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve the ability of teachers to use learning media by conducting individual guidance-based mentoring at SDN 03 Simpang. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 3 class teachers at SDN 03 Simpang. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using averages. The results of the study show that mentoring activities based on individual guidance can improve the ability of teachers to design, determine and use learning media. This is evidenced based on preliminary data on the ability of teachers before the implementation of individual guidance-based mentoring activities is still in the poor category. Then after the individual guidance-based mentoring activities, the teacher's ability increased which was seen from the improvement of the quality of the learning media made by the teacher and the increase in the teacher's ability to use the media in the class to 79.67 (good) in the first cycle to 87.33 (very good).

This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 31 Class III students at SDN 25 Carocok Anau. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Everyone Is Teacher Here Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at SDN 25 Carocok Anau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle are 51.10 (Enough) increasing to 85.13 (good) with an increase of 34.03%.
