Abstract

Abstract Based on the assessment of learning outcomes in the English lesson about reading reading text that genre "Discussion" in grade XII students IPA.1 SMAN 1 Pasaman, found the value is still very low or did not reach KKM is 80. The average score of reading comprehension of students is still is under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve students' reading comprehension in English subjects on text in the form of discussion through the model of Arguing. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 30 students of class XII IPA1 SMAN 1 Pasaman. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the model of arguing can improve students' reading comprehension in English subjects, especially text in the form of 'Discussion' in SMAN 1 Pasaman. The reading comprehension of students increases from cycle I to cycle II. The reading comprehension of students in cycle I was 48.7 (Less) increased to 83.5 (good) with an increase of 34.8.Keywords: Understanding reading, DiscussionText, Technique argue

Abstract

Abstract Discipline must be established within a school organization. Without the support of good teacher discipline, it is difficult for schools to realize their goals. So, discipline is the key to a school's success in achieving its goals. Lack of teacher discipline in SMP Negeri 5 percy sir, because there are still many teachers who do not understand the rules that exist in school, as there are many teachers who arrived late, and late into the classroom, there are still many teachers who leave the time the subject takes place. This research uses quantitative approach with correlation. Correlational research is intended to determine whether there is a relationship between two variables. Population amount in this study as many as 55 respondents. While the sample amounted to 48 respondents. The result of this research are: 1) the calculation result of regression of Y over X shows F arithmetic regression obtained 10,740 while price Ftabel with dk pembilang 1 and dk denominator 46 at significance level ? = 0,05 is 4,042. Apparently the price of F arithmetic (10,740) is greater than the price of F table (4,042) it can be concluded that the regression coefficient of Y over X means at the significance level ? = 0.05. This means that the regression direction coefficient ? = 44,095 + 0,330 X so it can be concluded there is relationship between organizational culture with teacher work discipline. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the observations that researchers have done in SDN 18 Sungai Limau, it is found that teachers' ability in preparing RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the preparation of RPP by teachers. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 10 teachers of SDN 18 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results show that with Monitoring and Evaluation can improve the preparation of teacher RPP In SDN 18 Sungai Limau. This is evidenced by the evaluation and monitoring can Improve the quality of preparation of teacher RPP In SDN 18 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in improving the making of RPP in cycle I is 51.39 with less category, In cycle II is 85.46 Good.Keywords: Monitoring and Evaluation, Preparation of RPP

This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 26 students of Class XI IPA 3 SMAN 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that Brainstorming Method can improve student learning outcomes in sub subject chemistry Determine the type of salt that has hydrolysis in water and measure and calculate the pH of the salt solution at SMAN 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the learning activities of students of Class X SMKN 1 Talamau in English subjects found that the learning activities of students in English is still very low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the Enhancement of Student Learning Activities in English Subjects through the model of Silent Way learning in Class X SMKN 1 Talamau West Sumatra Province. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consist of 12 students of Class X SMKN 1 Talamau. The research data was collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the model of demonstration demonstration can increase student learning activities in English subjects in SMKN 1 Talamau. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and obtain information about the improvement of professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports through CLCK development model (Example, Exercise, Control, Self Employment) based mentoring in SMAN 10 Padang. This research is a school action research with research procedure including planning, action, obeservasi and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 13 teachers of SMAN 10 Padang. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that mentoring model based on CLCK can improve teacher ability in preparing class action research report in SMAN 10 Padang. Analysis on the quality of PTK reports made by teachers indicates that the professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. Teacher professional competence in preparing class action research report on cycle I is 77,69 (enough) increase to 84,69 (good) in cycle II with increase of equal to 7.00 points. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the models of instruction applied by the teacher. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 10 teachers of SDN 20 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the Workshop can improve the ability of teachers in using learning models In SDN 20 Sungai Limau. This is evidenced by the workshop can improve the ability of teachers in using learning models In SDN 20 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in applying learning models in cycle I is 58.5 with less category, In cycle II is 86.17 Good.Keywords: Workshop, learning models

The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Improvement Efforts of student learning outcomes in sub physics subjects Applying the concept and principles of wave symptoms in solving problems through Fishbowl Method in Class XII IPA.1 SMAN 1 Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class XII IPA.1 SMAN 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Fishbowl method can improve student learning outcomes in sub physics subjects Apply the concept and principles of wave symptoms in solving problems in SMAN 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Abstract

Abstract This type of research is action research. According to Zuriah, (2003: 54) action research emphasizes the activities (action) by testing an idea into practice. Action research conducted is a school action research (PTS). This school action research consists of four stages in each cycle. Among them: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observer, and 4) reflection. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the supervision of class visits can improve the competence of teachers in managing the class at SMP N 4 Pasaman Pasaman Barat. This can be seen from the competence of teachers in managing the class in SMP N 4 Pasaman Pasaman Barat district that has increased. The average competence of teachers in managing the class at SMP N 4 Pasaman Regency Pasaman Barat in cycle I is 73.02 (enough). This average is increased in cycle II with an average of 82.02 (good). Thereby Improving Teacher Competence in Classroom Management through Supervision of Class Visit at State Junior High School 4 Pasaman Pasaman Barat Regency can be improved through the supervision of class visit.
