Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on student learning outcomes Class XII.IPA 3 SMAN 1 Kinali in subjects Sub mathematics Using the transformation of geometry that can be stated in the matrix in solving the problem found that the results of student learning in Mathematics subjects is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in sub Mathematics subjects Using geometric transformations that can be stated in the matrix in problem solving through Teams Game Tournaments (TGT) Learning Model in Class XII.IPA 3 SMAN 1 Talamau District Western Pasaman. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 26 students of Class XII.IPA 3 SMAN 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been proposed, it can be concluded that Teams Game Tournaments (TGT) Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in sub Mathematics subjects Using geometric transformations that can be stated in the matrix in solving problems in SMAN 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 61.81 (Enough) increased to 83.85 (good) with an increase of 22.04%.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Mathematics, Teams Games Tournaments (TGT)

Abstract

Abstract Based on the results of observations that researchers have done to the Master in SMA Karya Bakti Bukittinggi City, found that the ability of art and cultural teachers In making Syllabus and RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of cultural arts teachers In Preparing Syllabus and RPP Through On The Job Training In SMA Karya Bakti Bukittinggi City. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 24 teachers at SMA Karya Bakti Kota Bukittinggi. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. The data were analyzed by using percentage. The result of the research showed that through On the Job Training can improve the ability of art teacher of culture In making syllabus and RPP. This is evidenced by the increased ability of art and culture teachers In making syllabus and RPP In the first cycle to cycle II. Average Ability of art and culture teacher In mebuat RPP and Silabus in cycle I is 45 with category Less and in cycle II is 82 with good category. Abstract

Telah dilakukan studi observasi terhadap guru-guru di SMPN 36 Purworejo Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dari observasi supervisi ini untuk mengevaluasi guru berdasarkan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Kegiatan supervisi akademik meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu: persiapan supervisi akademik, pelaksanaan supervisi, evaluasi supervisi, dan tindak lanjut supervisi. Dari 7 sampel guru yang telah disupervisi, nilai rata-rata dari kompetensi pedagogik 91,7%, rata-rata kompetensi kepribadian 94,4%, rata-rata kompetensi sosial 87,5%, dan rata-rata kompetensi profesional sebesar 94,4%. Adapun jika dilihat secara individual, didapatkan prosentasi perolehan guru untuk semua kompetensi untuk guru A sebesar 82,14%, guru B, C dan D mendapatkan nilai sebesar 87,5%, guru E sebesar 100% serta guru F mempunyai nilai 96,43%. Dari hasil analisis supervisi, didapatkan bahwa hampir semua guru mendapatkan hasil yang baik dengan nilai rata-rata 3,5 atau rata-rata skor pencapaian seluruh guru yang disupervisi adalah 90,18%. Akan tetapi guru banyak masih memiliki kelemahan dalam manajemen pembelajaran baik dalam pencarian metode maupun alat pembelajaran. Tindak lanjut dari hasil supervisi akademik ini antara lain perlu adanya workshop pembuatan media pembelajaran, perlu mengadakan Motivasi Traning bagi guru, serta perlunya guru dikirim ke kegiatan MGMP Kabupaten untuk diklat khusus metode atau strategi pembelajaran.

This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 30 students of Class X.5 SMA N 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Instruction Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of Cultural Arts sub Identify the function and background of traditional music in the cultural context of local communities in SMA N 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 56.43 (Enough) increased to 84.93 (good) with an increase of 28.50%. Abstract

Abstract Based on the results of observations and supervision conducted by the authors show that the pedagogic competence of teachers in preparing the RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the pedagogic competence improvement of productive teachers of PPKN in preparing lesson plans (RPP) through In House Training (IHT) In SMAN 2 Payakumbuh. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consist of 4 productive teachers who teach in SMAN 2 Payakumbuh. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the implementation of In House Training (IHT) can improve teacher pedagogic competence in preparing RPP. This is evidenced by the average value of the initial competence of teachers before the program is 74. Then after IHT activities there is an increase in the cycle I is 78.70 (good) and after that increases in cycle II to 87.56 (very good).Keywords: Pedagogic Competency, IHT, RPP

Abstract

ABSTRACTTaking into account the expectations to be achieved for the school organizers through optimum student coaching both academic and non academic potential, is the education process must produce human noble character, noble character, superior personality, leadership, entrepreneur, patriot soul, soul of innovator, initiative, creative and independent. Facts that occur in the field of problems learning motivation sub skill communicating students that occurred in SMAN 1 Pasaman be the responsibility of teachers in the school counseling through guidance and counseling services. This research is a service action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The population in this study is all students of Class XII.IPA.3 in SMAN 1 Pasaman, which consists of 30 students. The results showed that the average of students' learning motivation sub skill experienced an increase of 8.76%. Motivation to learn sub skill communicate student before executed service mastery of content with game technique, show medium category that is 62,37%. Motivation to learn sub skill communicating student after implemented service mastery of content with game technique, showing medium category that is 71,13%. Based on the description, it can be concluded there is an increase in motivation to learn sub-communication skills through content mastery services with game techniques on Students Class XII.IPA.3 at SMAN 1 Pasaman Year Teaching 2015/2016.Keywords: Motivation to learn communication sub skills, Content Mastery Service, Game Technique

The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in BAM sub subjects. Describe the rangkiang next to the rumah gadang through the cooperative learning model of Time Token Type in Class VIII.1 Pasaman Middle School 4 West Pasaman Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class VIII.1 Pasaman 4 Middle School. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data is analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of Time Token Type can improve student learning outcomes in BAM sub subjects. Describe the addition of a traditional house in Pasaman 4 Middle School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the improvement of speaking skills through a series of media images in class II SDN 03 Simpang Kec. Koto XI Tarusan Kab. South Coast. The opinions used as reference are Nurhadi (1995) and Wina Sanjaya (2006) for speaking skills, series drawing media by Sudirman (2003) and Arsyad (2006), argued Arikunto (2010) to analyze data. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). Research subjects were 15 students. The study was conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 2 meetings. The results of the study found an increase in students' speaking skills in the first cycle of 51.1 and in the second cycle increased by 75.6 percent in completeness of student learning outcomes in the first cycle 46.66% and in the second cycle 80%. Thus, the use of serial image media can improve students' speaking skills. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers to be able to use the serial drawing media in Indonesian language learning in elementary school. Keywords: Speech Absence, Indonesian Language Media

Abstract

Abstract Based on the results of the observations that researchers have done on the principal at the school in SMKN 1 Talamau, SMKN 1 Ranah Pasisie, found that the ability of the principal in preparing the program of supervision of education is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the efforts of the principal's ability in preparing the program of supervision of education through the Consultative Working School Principal MKKS-based mentoring in the School. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consist of 2 principals of Sekolah Binaan. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results show that MKKS based mentoring can improve the ability of headmaster in preparing the program of supervision of education in Sekolah Binaan. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of the principal in preparing the education supervision program from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of headmaster in preparing the education supervision program in cycle I is 73.17 with enough category and in cycle II is 84.29 with good category.
