Abstract

AbstractResults of learning and motivation of learners in learning English is not entirely satisfactory. One of the causes is developed and utilized learning methods provided by educators. This study aims to investigate the learning outcomes and learner motivation, that uses learning methods word grouping activities. This study is an experimental research conducted at Senior High School Negeri 24 Kerinci model 2x2 factorial design research. The study population were students of class VII with a sample consisting of two classes which serves as the control class and experimental class with the number of each learner is 20 people. In this study the data collected through questionnaires learning motivation and achievement test. Data analysis technique used is the t-test and anova. The results showed that: 1) Usingt-test, study results showed that the Group of learners who are learning method using word grouping activities better compared to the results of astudy group of learners who use conventional learning methods. 2) Using t-test, there is a significant difference between the results of the learning motivation of students of higher learning method using word grouping activities with participants who use conventional learning methods. 3) Using t-test, there is a significant difference between the results of the study, low motivation of learners use learning methods of word grouping activities with learners who use conventional learning methods. 4) There was no interaction between the methods of learning and learning motivation towards learning outcomes after a test of anova.Key word: metode word grouping activities, learning motivation, students achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of observations and supervision conducted by the authors showed that the pedagogic competence of teachers in preparing the RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the improvement of pedagogic competence of productive teachers in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through In House Training (IHT) at SDN 09 Sungai Limau. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 6 productive teachers teaching at SDN 09 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the implementation of In House Training (IHT) can improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in preparing the RPP. This is evidenced by the average value of the initial competence of teachers before the program is 74. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the learning process of students Class XI.IPA.2 SMAN 1 Pasaman in Cultural Arts learning found that the interest of learners in the learning of Art Culture is still very low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the Improvement of Learning Interest of Learners in Cultural Arts Learning through Cooperative Learning Model Meaningful Instructionnal Design (MID) in Class XI.IPA.2 SMAN 1 Pasaman. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 31 students of Class XI.IPA.2 SMAN 1 Pasaman. The research data was collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the Meaningful Instructionnal Design (MID) learning model can increase students' learning interest in Cultural Arts in SMAN 1 Pasaman. Learning interest of learners from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning interest in cycle I was 70.82 (enough) increased to 89.50 (good) with an increase of 18.68.Keywords: Interest Learning, Cultural Arts Learning, Meaningful Instructionnal Design (MID)

Abstract

Abstract Based on the results of the observations that researchers have done on the principal in SMA Binaan, it was found that the ability of the principal in preparing the education supervision program is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the efforts of the principal's ability in preparing the program of educational supervision through the working group of principals KKKS-based mentoring in SMA Binaan This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 3 headmasters of SMA Binaan. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The result of the research indicates that KKKS based on Mentoring can improve the ability of headmaster in preparing the education supervision program in SMA Binaan. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of the principal in preparing the education supervision program from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of headmaster in preparing the education supervision program in cycle I is 73.17 with enough category and in cycle II is 84.29 with good category. Abstract

AbstractThis paper aims to reveal the relevance of the graduate education is shown through job profiles (occupations and occupations), job relevance with educational background, the benefits of courses programmed in the work, graduate advice for graduate competency improvement. In addition, the relevance of education is also demonstrated through the opinions of graduate users on graduate user satisfaction, graduate competence and graduate suggestions for graduate competency improvement. The result, the existence of job suitability in the hope that when college is also a matter of job satisfaction some feel satisfied with the work that is now being undertaken. The main consideration of alumni in work is not solely because salary factor is an interesting finding from this research. This can be seen in the graduates who become teachers (education sector) with a minimum salary, but in accordance with the field of science. In general, alumni income ranges from one million to three million per month. This is because they work to follow the minimum wage of district / city (UMK) which ranges from Rp. 1,000,000 - Rp. 3,000,000, although many are still under one million rupiah. Some alumni have worked before graduation, although in general IAIN alumni of Purwokerto year 2014-2016 work with 3 months waiting period. They are in the education sector. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on student learning activity Class X.3 SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo in Biology Course found that student learning activity in Biology Subject is still very low. The purpose of this research is to describe and get information about Student Activity Improvement in Biology Subjects through Two Stay-Two Stray (TS-TS) cooperative learning model in Class X.3 SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo Sub-district of West Pasaman. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 36 students of Class X.3 of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo. The research data was collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the two stays two stray (TS-TS) learning model can improve student learning activities in Biologidi SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the observations that researchers have done to the teachers in SMP N 2 Ranah Batahan, it was found that the ability of teachers in making syllabus and RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers in preparing syllabus and lesson plans through on the job training in SMP N 2 Ranah Batahan. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 24 teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Ranah Batahan. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data is analyzed by using percentage. The result of research shows that through On the Job Training can improve Teacher Ability In making syllabus and RPP. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of teachers in making syllabus and RPP In the first cycle to cycle II. Average Ability of Teachers In mebuat RPP and Silabus in cycle I is 45 with category Less and in cycle II is 82 with good category.Key Words: Teacher Competence, Syllabus and RPP, On The Job Training

Abstract

Abstract Based on the observations that researchers have done in SMPN 1 Kinali can be concluded the low learning outcomes caused by the students less effective learning model used by teachers in the learning process. For that researcher as eye teacher of Math Lesson do research about Jigsaw type cooperative learning model to result of learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 23 students. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of analysis of research data that has been presented for two cycles and the results of all the discussion, it can be concluded that Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the quality of learning Mathematics and Jigsaw type cooperative learning model has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes are characterized by increased learning mastery students in each cycle, that is cycle I (68.18%), and cycle II (90.91%) Keywords: Mathematics Learning Outcomes, Jigsaw Cooperative Type

Abstract

Abstract The success of the learning objectives is determined by many factors including the teacher factor in implementing the teaching and learning process, because teachers can directly influence, foster and improve the intelligence and skills of learners. To overcome the above problems and to achieve the goal of education maximally, the role of teachers is very important and it is expected that teachers have a good method of teaching and able to choose the right method of learning and One of the appropriate learning model on learning Indonesian is the method of pembelajaran tanya jawab.Permasalahan which wanted to be studied in this research is: Whether through the use of question and answer learning method can improve learning outcomes Indonesian learner Class IV SDN 35 Sungai Limau The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesia through the use of question and answer learning methods in participants educated SDN 35 Sungai Limau. This study used a classroom action research of two rounds. Each round consists of four stages: planning, execution, observation, reflection. The target of this research is students of Class IV SDN 35 Sungai Limau. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the analysis of question and answer learning method has positive impact in improving learners 'learning result which is marked by the improvement of students' learning mastery in every cycle, that is Pre cycle (58.14%), cycle I (72.09% ), cycle II (97.67%). The conclusion of this research is the method of question and answer learning has a positive influence, that is can improve learners' learning outcomes that are indicated by the average answers of learners that states that learners are interested and interested in the method of question and answer learning so that they become motivated to learn. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe and obtain information about the improvement of professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports through CLCK development model (Example, Exercise, Control, Self Employment) based mentoring at SDN 22 Sungai Limau. This research is a school action research with research procedure including planning, action, obeservasi and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects were 7 teachers of SDN 22 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that mentoring model based on CLCK could improve teachers' ability in preparing classroom action research reports at SDN 22 Sungai Limau. Analysis on the quality of PTK reports made by teachers shows that the professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. Teacher professional competence in preparing class action research report on cycle I is 78,14 (enough) increase to 85,42 (good) in cycle II with increase of equal to 7.00 points.Keywords: Professional Teacher Competency, PTK Report, CLCK mentoring based mentoring model
