Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on observations that have researchers do To teachers at SMAN 2 Pasaman, it was found that the competency of teachers remains low. The purpose of this study is to Improve Teacher competency as a working implementation of the principal at SMAN 2 Pasaman. This research is a school action. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subjects consisted of 8 people Master SMA Negeri 2 Pasaman. Data were collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages.The results showed that Influence Learning Tool Workshop superintendent of schools can improve the competence of teachers at SMAN 2 Pasaman. This is evidenced by the increasing creativity of teachers from the first cycle to the second cycle. On average ability Creativity of teachers in the first cycle was 65.23 with less category and the second cycle is 83.88 with both categories. Keywords: individual supervision, implementation of work

Abstract

Based on student learning outcomes 1st Class XI IPA SMAN 1 Valley Crossing in Mathematics was found that student learning outcomes in mathematics is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics through Giving Methods Tasks and recitation in Class XI-1 SMAN 1 Valley Crossing West Pasaman.This research is a class act. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subjects consisted of 38 learners Class XI Science 1 SMAN 1 Valley Crossing. Data were collected by using observation sheet and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the method of administration of Tasks and recitation can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics at SMAN 1 Valley Melintng. Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of students in the first cycle was 72.8 increased to 82.29 (good) with an increase of 6.50%.

Abstract

AbstractThe problems to be examined in this study is whether via the use of STAD learning methods to improve learning outcomes PAI fourth grade students of SDN 01 Luhak Nan Duo? The purpose of this action research to improve learning outcomes through the use of PAI learning method STAD type on the learner IV SDN 01 Luhak Nan Duo. This study usesclassroom action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Goal of this study is the fourth grade students of SDN 01 Luhak Nan Duo. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the analysis of learning methods debriefing have a positive impact in improving the learning outcomes of students characterized by increased completeness of learners in each cycle, the first cycle (58.82%), the second cycle (88.24%). The conclusion of this study is the learning method STAD have a positive effect, which can increase learning outcomes of students shown by the average response of students stating that learners interested and are interested in the question and answer method of learning so that they become motivated to learn.Keywords: PAI, Type STAD Learning Methods

Data were analyzed using percentages.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the method of Learning Discovery Learning can improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of English sub Revealing-kan meaning in essay by us- ing variety of oral language accurately, fluently and acceptable in the context of life daily in text form: narrative, spoof, and hortatory exposition.di SMA N 1 Pasaman. Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of students in the first cycle was 50.8 (Self) increased to 84.73 (good) with an increase of 33.93%.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine students' learning outcome PJOK using experiential learning models in class V SDN 71 / III Horn River district. Kayu Aro District. Kerinci. This research is a classroom action research with research subjects fifth grade students SDN71 / III Horn River numbered 27 people. The object of this study is the implementation and the results obtained from the application of experiential learning models used data collection techniques are observation and tests. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of learning with experiential learning models can improve student learning outcomes SDN71 class V / III Horn River. Improved learning with experiential learning models in the first cycle of student activity increased 63.87% in the second cycle into 81.48%. The average value of student learning outcomes obtained in the first cycle of 65.56 increased to 72.96 in the second cycle. Students who achieve a value ? 65 on the first cycle as many as 18 people or 62.97%. In the second cycle increased to 23 people or 81.48%. Thus, learning the model of experiential learning on subjects PJOK can be used in class V SDN71 / III Horn River.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, PJOK, Experiental Learning Model

Abstract

AbstractSociology is one of the subjects that could make people understand themselves and their surroundings, that foster the harmony of life and have a good mental to carry out positive activities.The research objective of this class action is to enhance the activity of studying Sociology in class X SMAN 1 Gunung Tuleh West Pasaman using the Make and Match. This classroom action research conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Mount Tuleh West Pasaman in class X in Ganji semester of academic year 2014/2015. Number of students 30 people.Discussion involving undertaken by students to run well and smoothly, as shown in observations of students in the group collaborative activities "make and match" with the average percentage in the first cycle by 50%. While in the second cycle increased, namely to 73.1%. So cooperation has included students in the group is good.The evaluation results indicate that the bulls are thoroughly studied of 11 students (36.67%) in the pre-action to 18 students (60%) in the first cycle, and to 24 students (80%) in the second cycle. While that has not been thoroughly studied decreased from 19 students (67.33%) in the pre-action, to 12 students (40%) in the first cycle, and being 6 students (20%) in the second cycle.The hypothesis of action which states that "if the Make and Match methods used in learning, the activity of learning the lessons of Sociology at X3 grade students SMA N 1 Mount Tuleh, West Pasaman will increase", is acceptable.This study also provides recommendations to the teachers to be more active and creative in choosing methods of teaching and learning activities in order to improve student achievement. The Principal shall be able to take the policy on the need to implement the Action Research (PTK) for each teacher, so that students' motivation have also increased. Abstract

AbstractThis class action research aims to determine whether through Reciprocal Teaching Applications can be scaling up of activities and achievement of students in the class Physical MIPA.5 X SMAN 1 Pasaman. Implementation of this study were classified in a classroom action research that uses methods siklus.Tindakan conducted in two cycles where each cycle has four phases namely planning, implementation, observation, and refleksi.Satu done twice learning cycle. Action learning are conducted on half of July to December 2016. Learning in the first cycle of use the basic competencies of the symptoms of magnetism and how to make a magnet, whereas in the second cycle using the material on the use of magnetism in technology products. The findings of the study include: Physics student learning activities using Reciprocal Teaching Method experienced an average increase in student activity summarize the material in cycle 1 that is equal to 51.65% and the second cycle the average is 81%, which means an increase of 29, 35%. Average student activity asking questions on the first cycle of 37.9%, in the second cycle average to 63.75% means an increase of 25.85%. The average activity of students in determining aspects of advanced materials in the first cycle is equal to 24.05% and the second cycle the average is 55.15%, meaning an increase sebesar31,1%. The average results of student learning in the subjects of Physics has increased where at the end of the first cycle of 74.2 and at the end of the second cycle be 84.5. An increase sebesar4,3 point. Students who complete at the end of the first cycle as many as 19 people, and at the end of the second cycle of 30 people, an increase of 9 people.Keywords: Methods Reciprocal Teaching, learning Physics, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract Achievement or not the purpose of learning is determined by many factors such as teachers in implementing the process of teaching and learning, because teachers can directly influence, foster and improve students' intelligence and skills. To overcome the above problems and to achieve the goal of education maximally, the role of teachers is very important and expected teachers to have a good method of teaching and able to choose the appropriate learning methods and in accordance with the concepts of subjects to be delivered. One of the proper learning model in science learning is Snowball Throwing learning model. Problems to be studied in this research are: Is it through the use of Snowball Throwing learning model to improve the results of science fantasy Class IV SDN 29 Sungai Limau? The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning outcomes of IPA Class IV SDN 29 Sungai Limau through the Snowball Throwing learning model. This study used a classroom action research of two rounds. Each round consists of four stages: planning, execution, observation, reflection. Target of this research is student of Class IV SDN 29 Sungai Limau. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the analysis result of IPA learning model has positive impact in improving student learning outcomes marked by the improvement of students' learning mastery in every cycle, that is cycle I 52.63%, and cycle II 94.37%. The conclusion of this research is the Snowball Throwing learning model has a positive influence, that is to improve student learning outcomes which is indicated by the average of students' answers stating that students are interested and interested in the learning model of Snowball Throwing so that they become motivated to learn.Keywords: Science, Snowball Throwing learning mode

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about reminding teacher pedagogic competence. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 8 teachers of SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that with Academic Supervision can Pedagogikguru Competence In SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau.Hal this is proved by the Academic supervision can Increase pedagogic competence of teachers In SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in improving the making of RPP in cycle I is 51.30 with less category, In cycle II is 84.47 Good.Keywords: Academic Supervision, teacher pedagogic competence

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of students learning Class XII.1SMA N 1 Talamau in the subjects of Bahasa Indonesia found that the results of student learning in the Indonesian language is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Efforts to Increase student learning outcomes in the subjects of Bahasa Indonesia Conclude the contents of drama through the reading of drama text through Co-op Co-op Model in Class XII.IPA-1 SMA N 1 Talamau District Western Pasaman. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 23 students of Class XII.IPA-1 SMA N 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been proposed, it can be concluded that Co-op Co-op cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language. Summing up the content of drama through reading drama text in SMA N 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 61.87 (Enough) increased to 89.17 (Good) with an increase of 27.30%.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Bahasa Indonesia, Co-op Co-op Model
