Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil belajar yang diperoleh oleh peserta didik di Kelas XII IPA.3 SMAN 1 Kinali dalam pembelajaran penjaskes ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran penjaskes masih sangat rendah dan banyak yang berada di bawah KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran penjaskes melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran melalui penerapan Metode Drill Di Kelas XII IPA.3 SMAN 1 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 orang peserta didik Kelas XII IPA.3 SMAN 1 Kinali. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode drill dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran penjaskes di SMAN 1 Kinali. Hasil belajar belajar peserta didik dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I adalah 67,50(cukup) meningkat menjadi 87,50 (baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 20,00.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research is motivated by the conditions in the form of: (a) There are quite a number of teachers at SD Negeri 44 Taratak (25%) who have less work motivation, measured by: (1) Teacher's pleasure in doing work, (2) Teacher's work enthusiasm in developing and carry out educational programs or in carrying out learning tasks and other tasks; (3) Alignment of teacher's work towards work standards, (4) Teacher's fighting spirit in achieving educational goals in schools, (5) Consistency of teacher's work when without supervision, and (6) Expression of teacher's happiness when completing assignments and educational commitments at school; (b) The emergence of adverse effects in the form of a lack of success in the goals of education in schools. Tujaun from the implementation of this study is to find out: (1) Steps to implement academic supervision by the principal to teachers to improve teacher work motivation at SD Negeri 44 Taratak, and (2) The magnitude of increasing teacher work motivation after academic supervision is developed by the head school. This research is a school action research which is analyzed with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 44 Taratak in the odd semester of the 2017/2018 school year for 5 months. The results of the research are: Implementation of academic supervision in order to improve the work motivation of teachers is done by: (1) Solutions to the problems of teachers in carrying out the learning process and in completing the administration of learning. Problems experienced by teachers are considered as factors that inhibit the emergence of high work motivation so that it must be resolved first; (2) Direct motivation, which is carried out by (a) Showing positive facts that have been achieved by the teacher; (b) Providing Challenges for High Standards of Excellence; (c) Provide expectations for promotion of teacher promotion; (d) Shows the score of the teacher's work achievement; (e) Conveying sanctions that might be applied to the teacher; (f) Presenting school supervisors and heads of local education offices; (g) Creating a friendly atmosphere; (h) Make a joint observation instrument and list of sanctions; (i) Showing the results of observation and open discussion; (j) Giving direct appreciation for the teacher's achievements; (3) The implementation of academic supervision has proven to be able to increase the work motivation of teachers.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Supervisi Kolaboratif

Abstract

ABSTRACT Improving the quality of learning in schools depends on a number of factors. A very important factor, among others, is the application of school culture towards improving quality. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school residents without feeling forced. School culture that must be maintained, one of them is discipline, including the discipline of teachers in attendance in the classroom in the teaching and learning process. To improve the discipline of teachers can be pursued through various ways. In this School Action Research (PTS), an action was tried in the form of the application of Reward and Punishment for teachers at SDN 03 Simpang, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study was carried out in two cycles, because of the results of research and data analysis, it turns out that in the second cycle, the discipline of teachers in attendance in the classroom in the teaching and learning process increases and meets the indicators that have been set at 75%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to improve teacher discipline in the presence of class in teaching and learning activities can be done by applying the Reward and Punishment to the teacher.Keywords: Teacher Discipline, Reward and Punishment

Abstract

Abstract Based on the result of study of student of Class X.3 SMAN 1 Kinali in sub physics subject Analyzing the influence of calor to a substance, Analyzing Way of heat transfer and Applying Black Principle in solving everyday problem found that result of student study in physics subject still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of Physics through Problem Posing Learning Model in Class X.3 SMAN 1 Kinali. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 36 students of Class X.3 SMAN 1 Kinali. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that Problem Posing Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of Physics at SMAN 1 Kinali. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 57.75 (Enough) increased to 84.75 (good) with an increase of 27%. Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya kemampuan kompetansi guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Kurang mampunyai guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) ini disebabkan berbagai macam faktor. Komponen-komponen RPP ini lebih rinci dan lebih spesifik dibandingkan dengan komponen-komponen dalam silabus. Bentuk RPP yang dikembangkan pada berbagai daerah atau sekolah mungkin berbeda-beda, tetapi isi dan prinsipnya seharusnya sama. Komponen minimal yang ada dalam RPP adalah tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, sumber belajar, penilaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan refleksi, dan dilakukan minimal dalam dua siklus. Menurut Kemmis dan McTaggart (1992:9-14) prosedur penelitian adalah Proses penelitian tindakan merupakan proses tindakan yang direncanakan yang merupakan gambaran daur ulang atau siklus. Setiap siklus dimulai dari perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), pengamatan (observation), refleksi (reflection) yaitu perenungan terhadap perencanaan kegiatan tindakan dan kesuksesan hasil yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada seluruh guru semua mata pelajaran di SMPN 2 Gunung Tuleh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Melalui Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah Binaan Pasaman Barat sudah tampak perbedaan siklus 1 dan siklus 2 dimana pada siklus 2 kualitas RPP guru sudah hampir bagus, dimana 14 orang guru dengan kriteria cukup, 8 orang dengan kriteria baik dan 7 orang dengan kriteria sangat baik. Dengan nilai rata-rata 80,75. Berdasarkan kriteria ketuntasan atau kesuksesan penelitiab tindakan yang dilaksanakan, maka kegiatan ini dinyataka berhasil, bahwa pada siklus 2 guru sudah mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 80,75 berikut ini disajikan perbandingan siklus satu dan dua.

Abstract

ABSTRACTthe role of the teacher is very important in PBM and it is expected that the teacher has a good teaching method and is able to choose the right learning method and in accordance with the subject concepts to be delivered. One of the right learning models in science learning is the Snowball Throwing learning model. The problems that want to be studied in this research are: Can the use of the Snowball Throwing learning model improve the results of the split of science in Grade IV students of SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh? The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning outcomes of Grade IV SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh through the Snowball Throwing learning model. This study used two rounds of classroom action research. Each round consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The target of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the results of the analysis of science learning model has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes which is characterized by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, namely cycle I 52.63%, and cycle II 94.37%. The conclusion of this study is Snowball Throwing learning model has a positive influence, which can improve student learning outcomes which is indicated by the average student answers stating that students are interested and interested in the Snowball Throwing learning model so that they become motivated to learn.Keywords: Natural Science, Snowball Throwing learning model

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the observations that the researchers did at the Luhak Nan Duo 3 Junior High School, it was found that the teacher's ability to develop RPP was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the preparation of RPP by the teacher. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 10 teachers of Luhak Nan Duo Junior High School 3. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results showed that Monitoring and Evaluation could improve the preparation of teacher RPP at Luhak Nan Duo Junior High School 3. This is evidenced by the evaluation and monitoring can improve the quality of the preparation of teacher RPP at Luhak Nan Duo 3 Junior High School from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in improving the making of RPP in the first cycle was 51.39 with less categories, in the second cycle was 85.46 Good.Keywords: Monitoring and Evaluation, Preparation of RPP

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how much influence Differentiation, Promotion and Brand Image on the Decision to Purchase Asus Brand Laptops, this method of data collection is by circulating questionnaires with a sample of 100. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained are: (a) Differentiation has an effect of 0.297 on purchasing decisions. Then differentiation does not have a positive and significant influence, (b) Promotion has an influence of 0,000 on purchasing decisions. So promotion has a positive and significant influence. (c) brand image has an effect of 0.010 on purchasing decisions. So the brand image has a positive and significant influence, with (d) differentiation, promotion and brand image having an influence of 0,000 on purchasing decisions. So, differentiation, promotion and brand image together have a positive and significant relationship. Finally the author suggests Acer Laptops are expected to increase differentiation by paying attention to the characteristics, values, images and prices in order to satisfy their customers so that they can be enjoyed by the wider community, can improve the promotion of Acer Laptop products so that they are better known by many people and can enhance the brand image Acer Laptop products are those that consist of recognition, reputation, attractiveness and domain.Keywords: Purchase Decision, Differentiation, Promotion, Brand Image

The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in the subjects Biology sub Describes the structure and function of certain human and animal organs, abnormalities or diseases that may occur as well as the implications through the model of Various Card Quiz Learning in class XI.IPA. 4 SMAN 1 Kinali West Pasaman District. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 33 students of class XI.IPA.4 SMAN 1 Kinali. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the learning model Card Quiz Bervariasi can improve student learning outcomes in the subjects Biology Sub Writing Text Speech / lecture / sermons with systematic and effective language in SMAN 1 Kinali. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 53.52 (Less) increased to 83.24 (good) with an increase of 29.72.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Biology, Varied Card Quiz learning model

Abstract

Berdasarkan aktivitas belajar siswa Kelas XI IPA.1 SMAN 1 Kinali dalam Mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris ditemukan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa dalam Mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris masih sangat rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang Peningkatan Aktivitas Belajar siswa dalam Mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif Bamboo Dancing di Kelas XI IPA.1 SMAN 1 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 38 orang siswa Kelas XI IPA.1 SMAN 1 Kinali. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan pada bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran pembelajaran kooperatif Bamboo Dancing dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam Mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMAN 1 Kinali. Aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 70.99 (cukup) meningkat menjadi 82.48 (baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 76.74.
