Abstract

This research was carried out at PT. Starfood International in Lamongan District which is located in Deandles Street, Paciran Subdistrict, is a rambling company in the field of fish processing. PT. starfood international was established in 2009. the problem formulation of this research is the factors that influence the realization of fish processing production production at PT. starfood international in increasing production. Analysis of quantitative data is a model to measure what factors affect fish processing in PT. starfood international. in this study using multiple linear regression, the results of research and discussion of problem analysis at PT. starfood international is a factor of raw materials, the selling price of production, the number of machines simultaneously or together have a significant influence on production results, this is based on the results of the F test study which shows F count is greater than F table at a significant level 0.05 ie F count (64.923)> F table value (19.00). based on the results of the study all variables affect the realization of production.

Abstract

Human resources are important in a company Therefore, it is necessary to have good human resource management to support the achievement of the objectives of the company by implementing Total Quality Management and Procedural Fairness to employees. This research to determine and analyze how much Total Quality Management and Procedural Fairness on Employee Performance. The sampling technique used is field research using saturated samples. The samples of this study were 34 samples, employees who worked at PT. Lamongan Gas Lestari Lamongan Regency which then becomes the respondent and fills in the questionnaire provided by the author. Based on questionnaire data that has been processed with the help of the SPSS 23.0 application and has been tested for validity and reliability, it can be stated that all of the data is valid and reliable. Then based on the results of the study show based on the F test states that there is an effect of Total Quality Management, Procedural Justice simultaneously on employee performance of 30,660, t test stated that the variable Total Quality Management of 2.952 and Procedural Justice of 3.420 is the dominant variable in influencing employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test it can be seen that the R2 value of 66.4 means that the influence of Total Quality Management, Procedural Justice and employee performance is 66.4%, the remaining 33.6% is influenced by other factors outside this research variable.

Abstract

Cooperative business entities have the main goal not to seek profit but to serve members of the cooperative to be more prosperous based on the principle of family. The savings and loan cooperative "Karya agung" collects funds from its members who then redistribute the funds to its members. This study aims to provide an overview of the effect of cooperative use on the level of welfare of citizens. The taking technique used in this research is random sampling technique. The method of data collection used is to use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis method uses correlation analysis techniques with the product moment. Calculation of the value of which states that there is an influence between the use of savings and loan cooperatives to the level of welfare of citizens.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui kemampuan berhitung anak dengan pendekatan metode jarimatika mudah dan menyenangkan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah anak TK PKK I Gintungan kecamatan kembangbahu Kabupaten Lamongan sejumlah 15 anak. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari beberapa siklus dengan setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berhitung anak melalui metode jarimatika pada studi awal anak paham hanya 4 anak atau 27 % dari seluruh anak.Pada siklus 1 anak paham 7 anak atau 47%. Prestasi anak dari studi awal ke siklus I anak yang paham bertambah 3 anak atau 20%.Pada siklus II anak yang paham mencapai 80% atau 12 anak dari 15 anak. Simpulan penerapan metode jarimatika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak dengan mudah dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the achievement of learning to read and write through the use of teaching aids. This research is classified as action research with steps: planning, implementing procedures, reflection. The subjects of this study were Class I students at Palangan II Elementary School, Karangbinangun Subdistrict, Lamongan. The results of the analysis and reflection conducted by colleagues show that the interest of students in class I (one) in learning to read and write words, simple sentences with reasonable pronunciation and intonation has increased, in the initial condition 26.66% to 40.00% in cycle I means up 13.34%. The results of students in the final test or on a daily tests increased presentase students completed study on the initial conditions of 46% to 60% in the first cycle means an increase of 14% and to 87% in the second cycle rose 27%. Indicators of success about student learning outcomes in this study are determined at least 75% of the number of students who have reached KKM means that they have succeeded.

Abstract

This research aims to download have been described : (1) the activity of the students on learning to write essays with a contextual approach and video media, (2) the activity of the teacher in the learning of essay writing with the contextual approach and video media, (3) student learning completeness on learning to write a contextual approach to essay and video media, and (4) student response on learning to write essays with the contextual approach and media video in class XI SMA Darul Ulum Sugio. This type of research is research qualitative and quantitative test results through the application of approaches and learning media. The population of this research is the learners class XI SCIENCES 2 SMA Darul Ulum Sugio. This research data obtained through observation sheets students, teacher observation sheets, test write essays, and question form. The results showed that the application of the approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and video media on learning writing essay very effectively applied. Ditinjau of the student activity categorized either by percentage of 87% or effective to apply, review of teacher's activity categorized either by percentage amounted to 93.75% or effective to apply, review of ketuntasan learning students categorized either by a percentage of 75% effective or to be applied, in terms of response students categorized very well with the percentage of 91.96% or effective to apply.

Abstract

The learning process is always gradual, starting from learning through signals, then through stimulus-response, chaining, learning verbally, learning to differentiate, learning concepts, to learning principles and principles. learn for problem solving. The result is capabilities, whether in the form of certain knowledge, attitudes, or skills. PPKn lessons are one of the lessons whose material continues to develop over time. The learning material requires the ability to analyze, generalize and the ability to remember, so it is often taught by some students. Based on the results of preliminary observations and interviews with PPKn subject teachers in class IX-A of SMPN 1 Pule Trenggalek, information was obtained that the average value of PPKn learning outcomes only reached an average of 54.2, specifically foreign policy material is free and active and this has not meet the learning completeness criteria set at 69 (KKM). There were only 10 students who scored ≥ 69 or 36.7% and 20 students or 64.3% had not reached the KKM. So through this classroom action research, the researcher will apply the brainstorming learning method. The subjects of this study were students of class IX-A at SMPN 1 Pule Trenggalek in the 2019/2020 academic year with 30 students. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out for two cycles, and based on all the discussions and analyzes that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the brainstorming method can improve student learning achievement on PPKn material on free and active foreign policy. This is based on the post test score which continues to increase from the first to the second cycle. The application of the brainstorming method in PPKn learning about free and active foreign policy, begins with giving group assignments. Each group was assigned the task of discussing free and active foreign policy. In advanced learning, students complete assignments independently.

Abstract

Learning PPKn in class IX-B SMP Negeri 1 Pule Trenggalek has serious problems. In daily tests on regional autonomy, the average score is very low, namely 56.6. Students who have achieved mastery learning are 17 students or 51.5%. There are 16 students who have not reached the completeness of learning or 48.5%. The most mistakes made by students when describing the principles of regional autonomy, describing central government affairs, describing regional government affairs, examining regional autonomy implementers, describing the duties and powers of regional heads, describing the duties, functions and powers of DPRD, describing the importance of community participation in formulating public policies as well as looking for a relationship between the implementation of regional autonomy and the development carried out in their respective regions. Based on the results of discussions with colleagues, it was revealed that the learning that had been taking place did not involve the students maximally. In the teaching and learning process of PPKn, teachers do not provide much time for students to be involved in learning and discovery of learning concepts. Based on the above, it is necessary to conduct an action research by applying recitation. In this study, researchers used a classroom action research model. Observation / observation is divided into two learning cycles, each cycle carried out 2 meetings. Two cycles were made to improve the learning system being implemented. Based on the description of the discussion above, it is concluded that the application of the recitation method to regional autonomy in PPKn lessons begins by giving students assignments to make summaries of the articles contained in the clippings. In the next lesson each group gets an assignment to conduct a discussion. This is intended to increase student involvement in learning. The application of the recitation method can improve student learning outcomes on regional autonomy material in PPKn lessons.

Abstract

The study aimed to know (1) the improvement of students achievement after applying the Discovery learning method, (2) the influence of the students achievement after applying the Discovery learning method. The study used classroom action research with three cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases, those are planning, action and observation, reflection, and revision. The subject was the sixth graders of the odd semester at the first state senior high school Kranji, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The data collection was from the result of formative test, the observation sheet of teaching and learning activity. The analysis result showed that the students achievement has improved from the first cycle antil the third cycle, the first cycle (58,33%), the second cycle (75%), the third cycle (91,33%). The conclusion of the study was he discovery learning can give the positive influence to the students achievement on the Science lesson in the first state elementary school Kranji, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

: In fact, the development of a business does not only talk about how economic capital is managed by business actors. Cultural capital and social capital are also important aspects in the process of developing a business. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and participatory observation. The informant investigates the business owner and one of the customers. The results of the study indicate that the capital owned by the business owner benefits the business actor for running his business. Meanwhile, social capital in the form of trust can enhance existing social networks and build new social networks. The maintenance process is carried out by business owners through loyalty to sales / bosses and buyers. So, it can be concluded that social capital and cultural capital also play an important role in the process of developing a business.
