Abstract

The research is determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture, competence and motivation on employee performance at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan. The population in this study are employees at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan while the sample population were all employees of cooperatives totaling 30 people, sampling techniques is the saturation sampling because the entire population is used as a sample and also less than 30 people.To obtain the necessary data the authors used data collection techniques such as interviews and questionnaires, techniqueanalysis used in this research is descriptive method. From the discussion concluded that KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan is a savings and credit cooperatives in which variable competence and work motivation are effected significsnt partially on the performance of employees in KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan while the leadership and organizational culture are not effected significant partially on performance employeer of at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan. So the contribution of variable influence leadership competencies organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance in KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan amounted to 78.4%, while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other variables that not examined.

Abstract

The kindergarten students tend to learn by imitating people behavior andlanguage hence the teacher itself must use polite and understandable language as statedin the standard academic qualifications and competence for kindergarten teacher.Politeness in language is closely related to the social norm in particular society. Thus thegoal of this research is to describe a teachers’ direct politeness in kindergarten that focuson politeness strategy function of politeness. This study used qualitatif method in the formof language research by using socio pragmatics. In collecting the data, the researcherwas an observer. The data of this research was in the form of data form, strategy and theteacher’s function in direct politeness accompanied by recording session in the learningactivities in the class. According to data analysis, it was found a description politeness inkindergarden teacher that was explained in politeness strategy covered (1) direct strategywithout politeness and (2) direct strategy with politeness covered. Based on the findings,the reseacher makes a conclusions is the use of direct strategy often regarded as lesspolite is often used by the teacher due to increase learning interaction.

Abstract

This research aims to explore poem based on Michael Halley's space of metaphorical expression. It consistof nine metaphor category: human, animate, living, terrestrial, substance, energy, cosmic, being. Meanwhile, based on philosophic, there are etos, logos, and patos. The theory space of metaphorical expression Michael Halley is used on this. It says, hierarchy of human perception regarding space, start on his/her own perception. Because human and his/her action reflect the interaction with environment. That interaction is explained on metaphor. Meanwhile, the philosophic poin of the methaphor is about life. The message of life comes from the analysis of whole meaning, start on the explisit meaning or outside structure to the inplicit one. To find out the meaning, this research uses Friedrich Schleirmacher's hermeneutic and Pierce Semiotic approach. Those two theory support each other to analyze poem which consist of symbol and metaphor. This research uses analysis descriptive method. It describes the facts then analyzes those directly. On Mardi Luhung poems, researcher describes facts which form diction. After that, the diction which consist of metaphor is analyzed by observing the philosophic meaning. The result, the poet often to use methaphor which relate on space perception, in human category. This is the way to express his idea through poems. He uses nature symbols, animals, and myth, those have metaphoric and symbolic meaning as the way to express idea through poems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, location, services, and security services in KUD "Tani Mulyo" Karanglangit Lamongan. Calculation of SPSS 22.00 for Windows available Multiple linear regression analysis, namely: = 5.895 + 0.190 (X1) + 0.131 (X2) + 0.114 (X3) + 0.143 (X4) + 0.117 (X4). Based on the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) note that the contribution of independent variables are beliefs (X1), the location (X2), services (X3), services (X4), Security (X5) customer loyalty (Y) amounted to 80.1%. based on the results of simultaneous calculations using test F test obtained F count of 22.580, while the significant level α = 0.05 Ftable value of 2.38, so assuming obtained F count> F table with probability (Sig.) of 0.000 <0.05 , it is obtained assuming that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, jadivariabel smoking has a significant effect on loyalty konsumen.Sedangkan testing on the real rate of 5% partially shows that the confidence variable (X1) indicates tcount> ttable that is equal to 5.716> at 2.021. For variable location (X2) indicates Tcount> ttable 3.450> 2.021. Services for the variable (X3) indicates tcount> ttable that is equal to 3.320> 2.021. For variable services (X4) shows tcount> ttable amounted to 3.339> 2.021. while for the security variable (X5) indicates tcount> ttable amounted to 2.238> 2.021. Based on these effects can be deduced that the variables of trust (X1) has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty (Y) for the greatest obtained t 5.716.

Abstract

Diction with the accuracy and appropriateness of word choices related to meaning, grammatical, social, and standard words. The purpose of this research is to be able to see the types of errors in the use of diction and its factors in the discussion discourse of the third and sixth grade santri end of the Islamic Boarding School Darul Ulum Medal Sugio Lamongan. This research uses descriptive qualitative type method. The data in this study are in the form of errors in using diction in the discussion. The techniques used in this research are observation, listening, and note-taking techniques. The results of this study are in the form of errors in the use of diction, including (a) inaccurate use of words, (b) using words in pairs, (c) using two words, (d) introducing between sentences and words, and (e) eliminating prepositions. These factors include (a) the lack of vocabulary, lack of knowledge of word processing and (c) lack of understanding of the language users' understanding of the meaning of the words they use.

Abstract

: This research to determine the policy of controlling raw material inventory in a company if it uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method with current company policy. The data used in the form of data about the main raw material needs and the costs incurred in ordering and storing during 2017-2019. Data collection techniques by examining company documents. The research method used is descriptive discussion that is to make a systematic picture using the object under study. The results of the analysis are known to control raw material inventory at UD. Jaya Abadi Putra Kedungpring Lamongan can be concluded as follows (1) The optimal number of raw material inventory purchases using the economic order quantity method in 2017 is 176.93 m3 with a purchase frequency of 16 times, in 2018 amounting to 170.58 m3 with purchase frequency 16 times, in 2019 is 165.72 m3 with a purchase frequency of 16 times. And the total cost of raw material inventory of the company in the calculation of economic order quantity in 2017 is Rp. 962,606.69 in 2018 amounting to Rp. 1,063,484.4, in 2019 amounting to Rp. 1,112,250,3. (2). Safety stock / Safety Stock according to the results of the calculation of economic order quantity in 2017 is 29 m3, in 2018 is 24.33 m3, in 2019 is 19.84. Reorder points according to the calculation of economic order quantity in 2017 amounted to 57.14 m3, in 2018 amounted to 52.23 m3, in 2019 amounted to 46.96 m3.

Abstract

The current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak has become a major focus of the global community because of the many impacts that have been caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, both in the fields of health, social, economics, and education. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the economic and social sectors in Pandeglang Regency, Banten. The method used in this study is the Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. The results showed that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic greatly affected the economic field in Pandeglang District, especially community income in Pandeglang declined during the Covid-19 pandemic and many large-scale Termination of Work (PHK) felt by the Pandeglang community, for the social sector many communities or the government provided food or basic needs assistance to people in Pandeglang who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so that the level of community solidarity during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pandeglang District was very high.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to focus on the discovery (1) the educational values of noble character contained in Lamongan folklore (2) the narrative structure of the text of the Rakyat Lamongan story. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive with an educational value approach in literary works (pragmatic). The data in this study are data about (1) the values of noble character education contained in Lamongan folklore and (2) the narrative structure of the text of the Rakyat Lamongan story. Data sources are obtained from documentation and interviews. The data collection techniques are carried out with documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques use interactive techniques. Data validation uses triangulation, both triangulation of theories, data, and methods. The findings of the research can be described include: (1) the value of noble character education contained in Lamongan folklore includes the values of partners, traditional values, happy values, and, upeksa values. , (2). Narrative structure of the text of Rakyat Rakyat Lamongan.

Abstract

This research to analyze calculation the cost of good manufactured is activity based costing system. This method is able to provide the cost of good manufactured calculations is precise and accurate compared with the traditional system. The purpose of this research was to find out how the application of traditional systems and activity based costing system to determine the cost of good manufactured batik cloth at Merely Jaya Batik Company, and to determine whether There is a difference in the calculation of the cost of batik cloth between traditional systems and activity based costing system. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative.
