Abstract

ABSTARCT This study aims to obtain the relationship between the breed and parity of fcattle against the success rate of AI in District Rejoso Nganjuk and to produce sustainable livestock development strategy through the application of AI technology in District Rejoso Nganjuk. This research conducted for 6 months in the District Rejoso Nganjuk Regency. The material used in this research is frozen semen (straw) from Limousin bull, female cattle as many as 45 cattle in different breed and parity namely Limousin cross, Simental cross, Ongole cross, and Brahman cross. This research method is survey. The research data are secondary data and primary data. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling method. The research variable is the success rate of AI calculated by knowing the value of S/ C (Service per conseption). The data obtained are analyzed descriptively and analytically. Statistical analysis by using logistic regression to determine the relationship between breed and parity with the success of AI. Descriptive analysis is used to explain that Artificial Insemination technology can be applied as one of sustainable livestock development strategy in Rejoso Sub-district of Nganjuk Regency, taking into account ecological, economic, socio-cultural, institutional, and technology and human resource aspects. The Brahman cross regression coefficient is 4,094 (p = 0.004) gives an interpretation that the success rate of 1 straw in the Brahman cross is higher and significantly different than that of the Limousin cross. Ongole cross regression coefficient is 1,628 (p = 0,148) giving interpretation that success rate with 1 straw on Ongole cross is higher but not significantly different compared to Limousin cross. Simental cross coefficient is 3.829 (p = 0.002) gives an interpretation that the success rate with 1 straw in the Simental crossd is higher and significantly different than the Limousin cross. So the results of comparison between four breeds, this success rate of pregnancy with 1 straw in sequence is the Brahman cross, Simental cross, Ongole cross and Limousin cross. Implementation of Artificial Insemination technology is very appropriately applied as one of sustainable breeding cattle breeding strategy in Nganjuk District because it fulfills the principles of relationship among ecological, economic, socio-cultural, institutional / institutional, and technology components. Key word: sustainable development, artificial insemination, service per conseption

Abstract

The method used in writing this article is a review of several journals related to methane mitigation technology in ruminants. The purpose of writing this article is to know the technologies that can be applied to the field of animal husbandry to reduce the effects of methane produced by ruminants that can cause global warming. Methane is produced mostly from ruminants in feed fermentation process that occurs in the rumen. 80-95% is produced from fermented feed and 5-20% is produced in the colon. Methane emission mitigation measures in ruminant livestock are conducted in several ways including improving feed quality by increasing concentrate composition, adding feed additive to feed and utilization of acetogenic bacteria.

Abstract

Natural science learning train students various skills in the face of 4.0 industry revolution challenge. One of the skills that needs to be developed is scientific literacy skills. The scientific literacy skills level can be known or measured using appropriate assessment instruments. This study aimed produce assessment instruments can measure the scientific literacy skills and know scientific literacy skills level of SMPN 2 Pare’s students. The research method was descriptive quantitative with instrument development model of Mardapi (2012). The theoretical and empirical experiments of scientific literacy skills instruments get appropriateness criteria for use based on Aiken's validity and Rasch model analysis. There are 40 items that can be used to measure scientific literacy skills for middle school students. Scientific literacy skills level of SMPN 2 Pare’s students is 20% students have high level, 72,5% average level, and 7.5% low level.

Abstract

This study was aimed at finding out the errors of news item text made by the tenth grade students of MA Syekh Subakir Nglegok Blitar. This study was conducted by using qualitative approach. Sukardi (2003:86) stated in qualitative research, the analysis was done to arrange and group the data in terms of facts, words, sentences, arguments or reasons. Specifically, the design of this study was qualitative research. The subjects of the study covered the tenth grade students of MA Syekh Subakir Nglegok. The researcher took the tenth grades because the researcher used news item text in his research. After getting the compositions, the researcher made three steps first; Rresearcher read each of the 10 writing carefully. Then, the researcher analyzed the data by using the analysis tools. Second the researcher continued to the next step of analysis. It was classification of the data; it was classified into error types and gave a clear description of the study. Afterwards, the identified errors were rewritten in separate list. The last the errors was classified based on the surface strategy taxonomy. The errors were counted each type. In this study, the instrument used was the result of writing test. It was about news item text. It was taken from their own teacher. After the data was collected, the data processing procedure was carried out. The reasearcher identified the errors. Then the researcher described by reconstructed sentences with the original one, the correct grammar and classify them based on the categories of errors analysis. Getting the data from the authentic results, it can be answered the statement problem and taken some conclusions that, mostly, the English learners still have difficulties in apprehending English grammar as a foreign language.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the method, textbook, human Resources or ustadz, and financing applied in TPQ under the auspices of LP Ma'arif in Garum District, Blitar. The research method used is qualitative. The results obtained are the methods used, namely Ottoman and CMSA. This TPQ uses the Ottoman method teaching book which can only be used by TPQ institutions that already have Ustadz worship from the Ustmani founder while the CMSA and Iqra' teaching books can be found in bookstores . Teachers of the Ottoman method must have attended training, and the CMSA method instructors can all teach as long as they can read to write the Qur’an. Funding for institutions that apply the Ottoman method costs more than those using the CMSA method.

Abstract

SaaS (Software as a Service) application has many architecture layers, those are: data layer, service layer, process layer, and UI layer. UI layer is a GUI layer which has function to prepare the interface both system and user receiving input from user and show back to user. This research tells about how to build user interface (UI) discovery as a part of software based on SaaS. The aim of this application is to make easier user for finding user interface which appropriate needed configuration. This UI discovery application is developed by using ontology theory, those are RDF map and query SPARQL. The working way of UI discovery is entering the keywords which contain form name, or component details needed. UI discovery will search based on the entering keywords automatically. The trials will use two search models, those are data search and detail search. The calculation result of those both trials are from recall score 95%, accuracy score 100%, and precision score with different percentage. The percentage of data search model is 95%, while on detail search model is 90%. Those differences found because of some of irrelevant document found on detail search and netted query. Therefore, on data search shows that the result is more relevant and shows the better of system's prosperity. Keywords : Software as a service; discovery; query accuracy; interface repository
