Abstract

The current phenomenon of aging farmers continues to occur and has resulted in a crisis of young farmers. It is hoped that through their experiences, farmers' children can become young people who can continue the agricultural sector in the future. This research aimed to analyze (1) the interest of farmer's children in Karangligar Village towards the agricultural sector and (2) the relationship between the interests of farmer's children and the factors influencing interest in the agricultural sector. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach with scoring methods and Spearman rank correlation. A sample of 80 farmer's children aged 16 – 30 years was taken using the Slovin formula and proportional stratified sampling technique. The research results indicate that there is interest from the younger generation of farming families in Karangligar Village, accompanied by low participation and curiosity about agriculture, so policy development and support from various parties is needed. Farmers' income also needs to be considered as an important factor that can support the involvement of the younger generation in the agricultural sector in order to overcome the challenges of aging farmers and the crisis of young farmers.

Abstract

Purchases of coffee beverages have increased partly due to the needs of people with high mobility and the new habits of WFH during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the non-cash payment system in Indonesia has also increased quite rapidly through the Cashless Payment System. This requires coffee beverages businesses and Cashless Payment System companies to fulfill consumer wants and needs by following existing trends and technological developments. This study aims to describe the characteristics and decision processes of consumers when purchasing coffee beverages using the Cashless Payment System as a payment method, as well as to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions in purchasing coffee beverages through the Cashless Payment System at Kopi Kali Place. The research method used by researchers is descriptive analysis and factor analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there are four new factors that influence the decision to purchase coffee beverages by users of the Cashless Payment System at Kopi Kali Place, namely, discount and promo factors, price and quality, ease of transaction, social and personal. The factors that contribute the most are discounts and promos, price and quality.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how consumers perception the aspect of marketing mix in UMKM Lupba products. This study was conducted from January to February 2024. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from interviews with consumers using questionnaires to 100 respondents and secondary data obtained from internets using Google Scholar. The results show that consumers' perception of the mixed aspects of product marketing in UMKM Lupba products is very high and the mix of marketing prices, places, and locations in UMKM Lupba products is high.

Abstract

Harjo Lestari Integrated Farm is a sheep and goat farm with one of its business units being the production of dairy goat milk. The business unit was established during the Covid-19 pandemic by taking advantage of the increased demand for milk. Milk is produced from different types of goats. Over time, the demand for milk decreased and this affected the low milk production of pasteurized goats because some of the results of milking were used as fodder, so it became a consideration for the business unit to rearrange the same type of goats in order to boost milk production and produce the same quality milk. Identification of internal and external factors to find out the conditions and constraints of the business unit is expected to be resolved and become an illustration of the formation of recommendations for development strategies. This study aims to determine: (1) financial feasibility; (2) variable cost sensitivity; and (3) business unit development strategy for pasteurized goat milk. The method of determining the area using purposive method. The research method uses descriptive methods and analytical methods. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Methods of data collection is done by interviews, observation and study of documents. Data analysis based on financial feasibility analysis and sensitivity analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the study (1) positive NPV value of IDR 89,464,840, Net B/C of 3.59, IRR of 60%, payback period of 1 year 10 months 4 days. (2) The pasteurized goat milk business unit is not sensitive to the 30% increase in fuel prices. (3) The SWOT analysis calculation is obtained from an IFAS value of 2.6 and an EFAS value of 2.9 which is in the white area position. So that the pasteurized goat's milk business unit Harjo Lestari Integrated Farm after the Covid-19 pandemic is still financially feasible to run and the development strategy that can be applied is Strength-Opportunities (SO).

Abstract

Sumber Bakti Village, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency. With a sub-district area of 1,027.93 km2. One of the businesses that is developing in Sumber Bakti village is the production of processed smoked fish which is carried out by housewives using traditional fish smoking methods. The business that is developing is the one started by Mrs. Sawiyah. This business is engaged in processing fresh fish into smoked fish. With this business, a product with added value is created to generate profits. The aim of this research is to analyze the added value received by business actors. This research uses a research method, namely the hayami method. Has net income for three months worth IDR 4,718,000 from processing smoked fish. The added value obtained from catfish, snakehead and whitefish is IDR 35,644.9,- IDR 27,096.6 and IDR 4,096.6, respectively. The types of smoked fish processed are catfish, snakehead fish and white fish, with added value ratios of 29.70%, 27.09% and 6.82% then at profit levels of around 29.28%, 26.59% and 5, respectively. 16 %. Processing of smoked catfish, snakehead fish with a medium ratio of between 15%-50% to white fish gets a low ratio with a ratio of <15%.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are an important aspect for companies in increasing sales of their products to consumers. This research aims to describe the reasons consumers make purchases online, as well as testing the influence of digital marketing and product quality on purchasing decisions for Npure Toner in the city of Surabaya. The sample determination method was purposive sampling with a total of 95 consumers ass respondents. The technique used ini collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. The first objective was analyzed descriptively qualitatively, the second objective used the SEM PLS 4.1 program to calculate and analyzed the data. The research result show that 1) Online purchase are more effective for Npure Toner consumers in the city of Surabaya in terms of benefits, price, trust, and ease of purchase. 2) Digital marketing dan product quality have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decision.

Abstract

PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia is an Agribusiness MSME that has experienced a decrease in income due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In the post-pandemic period, Indonesia's macroeconomic situation has started to improve as seen from the increase in national GDP in 2022. However, if we look at it from a micro perspective, PT ljo Kreasi Indonesia has not experienced an increase in income in the post-pandemic period. Therefore, PT ljo Kreasi Indonesia needs a strategy so that it can increase its income again. The purpose of this research is to formulate the right strategy for PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia so that it can develop in the post-pandemic period. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study technique. The analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSPM analysis to formulate strategies. The results of the research based on the IE matrix show that PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia is in cell 1 which indicates the company is in the growth and development phases. The alternative priority strategy that can be implemented by PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia based on the results of the QSPM matrix is to maintain and maintain product quality with a TAS value of 5.926.

Abstract

Traditional markets are one place to sell local chicken meat. Every seller must have a strategy for selling their merchandise to customers in order to be superior to other sellers. One strategy used by sellers is to improve the service quality provided to customers. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of the service quality on customer’s purchase decision for local chicken meat in Bandung City Traditional Market. The research method is using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study is using accidental sampling method by determining the number of samples using the Lameshow formula, totaling 100 people. Data collection was carried out in October – November. The data analysis technique is using simple linear regression analysis. The results show that the service quality variable is in the high category with a percentage of 98% and the purchase decision variable is in the high category with a percentage of 89%. This study shows that seller service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer’s purchase decision for local chicken meat in Bandung City Traditional Market.

Abstract

One of the critical issues that are still being hotly discussed is farmers' welfare, especially smallholders. The agricultural sector's contribution to the economy is not directly proportional to most farmers' welfare levels, especially in Indonesia. This research is intended to answer the question of the determinant factors that determine the level of welfare of coconut farmers. Purposive Sampling was used to determine Pematang Village, Seruyan Hilir District, Seruyan Regency, as the research location with 60 respondents determined by the Snowball sampling method. The level of welfare of farmer households was analyzed by descriptive analysis, while the determinants of smallholders' welfare were analyzed using ordered logistic regression. The results showed that the determinant factors that affect the welfare of small coconut farmers are land size, ownership of transportation and the amount of production. The results of this study suggest that to improve the welfare of small coconut farmers, a policy related to increasing coconut productivity and easy access to transportation advice is needed.

Abstract

Terubuk is an indigenous vegetable or local vegetable from Karawang Regency. The purpose of this study, to analyze financial feasibility of farm income terubuk in the village of Cintalaksana Tegalwaru District, Karawang regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive analytical research. Sampling using saturated sample method, as many as 20 farmers. Data in the form of primary and secondary data, taken through interviews and observation with the help of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using total cost analysis, revenue, revenue, R/C ratio, and Break Even Point. The results of the study concluded, on average the total was Rp5.930.286/ha/MT, revenue was Rp9.663.571/ha/MT, income was Rp3.733.286/ha/MT. The R/C ratio is 1,6, meaning that the terubuk farming is feasible to be cultivated with the BEP. The production of terubuk farming is 1,738 stems/ha/MT. farming is profitable because the total production more than the production BEP is 7,236 stems/ha/MT BEP The price of the terubuk farming was Rp819/culm, terubuk farming was stated to be profitable because the terubuk price was more than the BEP price, which was Rp1.300/cub.
