Abstract

2U Collection merupakan salah satu UMKM Batam di bidang collection. 2U Collection merupakan toko yang didirikan sejak tahun 2013 dengan menjual berbagai jenis tas dan sepatu mulai dari fashion hingga model formal. Pada saat ini, 2U Collection belum melakukan digital marketing yang memiliki berbagai manfaat dalam UMKM ini sehingga penulis melakukan pengembangan digital marketing guna untuk mendukung kegiatan UMKM. UMKM 2U Collection sebelumnya hanya memiliki sosial media berupa whatsapp (pribadi). Penulis mengembangkan berbagai macam digital marketing berupa whatsapp business, google maps, website, Instagram, linktree, serta facebook. Dengan adanya berbagai pengembangan digital marketing, toko 2U Collection dengan beberapa produknya mulai dikenal oleh pengguna sosial media di instagram maupun facebook. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian BLT kepada masyarakat di masa pandemi dalam meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat di Kelurahan Appanang, Kabupaten Soppeng, dan mengurangi beban ekonomi yang dihadapi selama pandemi. Dengan adanya program BLT dari pemerintah dapat membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan taraf hidupnya. Seiring dengan berlakunya program ini pemerintah sangat mengharapkan kehidupan masyarakat lebih sejahtera. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Appanang Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan rumus slovin untuk menetukan jumlah sampel. Sampel penelitian yaitu masyarakat penerima BLT di Kelurahan Appanang Kabupaten Soppeng yang berjumlah 74 orang, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng bimoli dengan dimediasi kepuasan konsumen pada ibu rumah tangga di Desa Karangsono Kecamatan Mranggen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada Ibu Rumah Tangga di Desa Karangsono Kecamatan Mranggen. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sample jenuh dengan responden 105 Ibu Rumah Tangga yang ada di Desa Karangsono Kecamatan Mranggen. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan bantuan software Smart Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng bimoli pada Ibu rumah tangga di Desa Karangsono Kecamatan Mranggen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen dapat memediasi pengaruh harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng bimoli pada Ibu rumah tangga di Desa Karangsono Kecamatan Mranggen. This study aims to examine the effect of price and brand image on purchasing decisions for bi-moli cooking oil mediated by consumer satisfaction among houswives in Karangsono Village, Mranggen District. This type of research is quantitive reesearch. The data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to houswives in Karangsono Village, Mranggen Dis-trict. The sampling method used was a saturated sample with 105 housewives as respondents in Karangsono Village, Mranggen District. The data in this study were processed with the help of Smart Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) software. The result of this study indicate that price and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase bimoli cooking oil for housewiving in Karangsono Village, Mranggen District. The result also show that con-sumer satisfaction can mediate the effect of price and brand image on purchasing decisions for bimoli cooking oil for houswives in Karangsono Village, Mranggen District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation. This research is motivated by problems in employee performance caused by problems with employee competence that still have to be improved, employee work discipline that is still low, the physical work environment that is still perceived as less supportive at work and the level of employee job satisfaction that is still problematic in the Regional Finance Agency of Pasaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative using the Partial Least Square approach with the Structural Equation Modeling equation model. Data collection by questionnaire and observation. Research respondents totaled 61 civil servants at the Regional Finance Agency of Pasaman Regency. The sampling method uses total sampling where the entire research population is sampled. Hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study found that in the direct effect competence has no positive and significant effect on performance, work discipline and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction and competence have no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. While the indirect effect found that job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between competence and performance, the relationship between work discipline and performance and the relationship between the physical work environment and the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Finance Agency of Pasaman Regency. Abstract

The position of football in Indonesia has now begun to shift from football as a sport and then turned into a business field, as happened in previous European countries. This position places football into a new industry. The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze and explain internal and external environmental factors as well as positioning and marketing strategies at the Al Hudud Football School Karawang. The population of this study is the entire football school family. Al Hudud Falkirk, numbering 150 people. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The calculation of this research sample used the Lameshow formula. Data collection techniques in this study used direct observation and interview methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used Scale Range analysis and SWOT Analysis. The results showed that Al Hudud Soccer School obtained an IFAS of 1.26 and an EFAS of 1.45. The right marketing strategy for Al Hudud Football School is to maintain the trust of consumers or parents of students by improving the quality of service, providing quality assurance of good coaches to students or parents, expanding marketing through social media and always innovating on the facilities offered. Intensifying promotions in the intended consumer market, improve the quality of business management in order to create solid management and increase cooperation in order to create consumer trust. From the results of the research that has been done, it is hoped that there will be the development of marketing strategy research in football schools and the development of indicators for each variable. For further studies, it is necessary to carry out further research on marketing strategies in a wider soccer school.

Abstract

Menganalisis tentang pengumpulan informasi dan penafsiran pesan di era digital sangat penting dibahas untuk sekarang. Dengan paham apa itu pesan penafsiran dalam bisnis tentu akan menjejakkan landasan dasar mau kemana perkembangan dunia digital yang ada saat ini. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, komunikasi bisnis telah mengalami perubahan yang signifikan. Pengumpulan dan penafsiran informasi dari pesan komunikasi bisnis menjadi semakin penting untuk menentukan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya proses pengumpulan dan penafsiran informasi dari pesan komunikasi bisnis dalam era digital. Bagaimana teknologi digital telah mempengaruhi cara bisnis berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan, mitra bisnis, dan karyawan. Dalam konteks ini, diperhatikan bahwa kemunculan media sosial, email, pesan instan, dan platform digital lainnya telah memungkinkan perusahaan untuk berinteraksi secara lebih cepat dan efisien. Namun, penggunaan berlebihan atau tidak tepat dari teknologi ini juga dapat menyebabkan kebingungan dan kesalahan interpretasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan perputaran modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas di perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate di BEI tahun 2017-2022. Populasi penelitian ini laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2022. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 72 data. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan perputaran modal kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas sementara solvabilitas berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Abstract

A hospital is an institution whose main function is to provide healthcare services to the public. Additionally, a hospital is a healthcare institution that provides comprehensive individual healthcare services by offering inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care. Comprehensive healthcare services refer to services that include promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative actions. One of the government's efforts to provide healthcare services to the public is through implementing the National Health Insurance Program (JKN). The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors related to the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. The method used is survey analysis or receptive survey. The sampling method employed is total sampling, where all 29 staff members are included as the sample population. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between the staff's knowledge and the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. Similarly, there is a positive and significant correlation between education and the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. Training also shows a positive and significant correlation with the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. Moreover, work experience, human resources, attitude, completeness of documents, information technology, and facilities all demonstrate a positive and significant correlation with the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. In conclusion, the knowledge of the staff, education level, training, work experience, human resources, attitude, completeness of documents, information technology, and facilities collectively have a positive and significant correlation with the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. A claim is a request from one of the two parties bound by an agreement, seeking to have their rights fulfilled, and the party making the claim submits it to the other party in accordance with the agreed-upon agreement or policy provisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Justice on Intention to Leave mediated by Job Satisfaction. This research is a descriptive quantitative research that used the hypothesis testing method. The analysis methods used are univariate and multivariate with the help of SPSS 25 and AMOS 22 software. The number of respondents used in this study was 153 retail employees taken by census. The results of the hypothesis test in the study show that there is a negative influence between Ethical Leadership on Intention to Leave, there is a positive influence between Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, there is a negative influence between Organizational Justice on Intention to Leave, there is a positive influence between Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction, there is a negative influence between Job Satisfaction on Intention to Leave, Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Ethical Leadership on Intention to Leave and Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Organizational Justice on Intention to leave.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini sedang dalam masa peralihan dari era Industri 4.0 menjadi era Society 5.0. Masing-masing era membutuhkan suatu strategi khusus untuk dapat menyesuaikan dengan perubahan yang ada, khususnya di bidang pemasaran. Marketing 5.0 adalah strategi yang direncanakan seorang pakar pemasar untuk menghadapi pemasaran era Society 5.0. Memahami pola perilaku konsumen adalah dasar seorang pemasar membuat strategi yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pola perilaku konsumen pada era Society 5.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode survei, wawancara, dan observasi. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari data responden yang telah bersedia mengisi survei penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen pada era Society 5.0 lebih suka membeli barang secara online daripada offline, menggunakan media sosial sebagai sumber pencarian informasi sebuah produk, dan dipastikan bahwa konsumen akan lebih aktif melakukan eWOM. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perempuan usia remaja akhir adalah target pasar optimal pada era Society 5.0. Produk fashion adalah produk yang paling diminati oleh konsumen pada era Society 5.0.
