Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada kantor UPTD PBB Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada kantor UPTD PBB Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada kantor UPTD PBB Kabupaten Soppeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada kantor UPTD PBB Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada kantor UPTD PBB Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Kemampuan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada kantor UPTD PBB Kabupaten Soppeng. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kualitas Pelayanan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) effect of employee work motivation on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 2) effect of employee work discipline on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 3) effect of competence on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 4) effect of work motivation, work discipline, and competence simultaneously on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency. The research was conducted at the Department of Water Management, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency. Population of 132 employees. The research sample was determined by using the Slovin formula thus obtained sample of 57 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) work motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Management, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 2) work discipline has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Management, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 3) competence has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Management, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 4) work motivation, work discipline, and competence simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh imbalan terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan (3) Pengaruh imbalan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja Perawat Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) Pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang mengacu pada teori mengenai imbalan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja pada Perawat Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar.Penelitian dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 59 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa imbalan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat, serta imbalan dan motivasi bepengaruh secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja perawat. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel imbalan dan motivasi penting dipertimbangkan dalam menetapkan strategi pengelolaan sumbera daya manusia untuk memberikan dorongan kepada perawat Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar dalam upaya meningkstksn kepuasan kerja Kata-Kata Kunci :Imbalan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to find out: (1) The effect of rewards to job satisfaction (2) The effect of motivation to job satisfaction, and (3) Effect of reward and motivation simultaneously to job satisfaction Public Service Agency Nurse (BLU) Job Satisfaction In Bhayangkara Hospitals Makassar. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach regarding rewards, motivation and job satisfaction of nurses Public Service Agency Nurse (BLU) Job Satisfaction In Bhayangkara Hospitals Makassar. Research be implemented for three months with a total sample of 59 people. The data collection technique is using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the reward effect on nurse job satisfaction, motivation effect on nurse job satisfaction, and reward and motivation simultaneously effect on nurse job performance. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, mutasi, motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Mutasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. (4) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar antara bulan April sampai dengan Juni Tahun 2017 dengan metode sampling mengambil sampel dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar sebagai responden untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable independen terhadap variable dependen baik secara simultan maupun parsial menggunakan regresi berganda. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Mutasi, Motivasi, Kinerja. ABSTRACK This study aims to (1) Know and analyze the influence of organizational culture, mutation, motivation simultaneously on the performance of Government Employees at the Office of the Class I Navigation District of Makassar. (2) To know and analyze the influence of Organization Culture partially on the performance Government Employees at the Office of the Class I Navigation District of Makassar. (3) To know and analyze the effect of Mutation partially on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office Office. (4) To know and analyze the effect of motivation partially on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office. This research was conducted at Makassar Class I Navigation Office Office between April and June 2017 with sampling method taking sample from Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation District Office as respondent to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable either simultaneously or partially using multiple regression. The results of the research indicate that (1) Organizational Culture significantly influences the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office (2) Mutation has an effect but not significant on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office Office. (3) Influential but insignificant motivation on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office (4) Organizational culture, mutation, motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office Office. Abstract

Abstract This research aims: 1) To analyze the effect of discipline on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 2) To analyze the impact of school leadership on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 3) To analyze the influence of the school environment on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 4) To analyze the effect of teaching methods on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 5) To analyze the influence of discipline, school leadership, environment and learning methods simultaneously on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminas. The research location is at State Senior High School (SMA) 1 Sungguminasa. The population in this study is the overall teacher status of Civil Servants SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa total of 37 people. Sampling by using census population taken as a whole.For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and observe: (1). Influence of support led to nurses motivation. (2) the effect on the motivation of career development of nurses. (3) effect of compensation for nurses motivation. (4) how much influence the support of the leadership, career development and compensation to motivate nurses. (5) the variables that most influence between the support of the leadership, career development and compensation to motivate nurses. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, the study was conducted in hospitals Salewangang Maros with a population of 111, the sampling using the formula slovin by the number of sample was 87 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation. The research was carried out for 3 months. The results showed that: (1) there was an effect on motivation nurse-led support. (2) no effect on the motivation of career development of nurses. (3) no compensation effect on the motivation of nurses. (4) there are approximately 64.3% influence leadership support, career development and compensation to motivate nurses. (5) variable career development is the most dominant variable affecting motivation nurse. Keywords: support leadership, career development, compensation, motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Academic Supervision Of the School Superintedent, Head master Leadership and Working Environment on the Performance of Vocational School (SMK) teachers at Tamalate, Makassar. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of the academic supervision of school supervisors on the performance of teachers at SMK Tamalate, Makassar (2) determine the effect of school leadership on the performance of teachers at SMK Tamalate District of Makassar city (3) determine the influence of work environment on the performance of teachers at SMK Tamalate, Makassar; and (4) determine the influence of the academic supervision of school supervisors, school leadership and working environment together on the performance of teachers at SMK Tamalate, Makassar. Data collection method used is survey type expost facto by distributing a questionnaire (questionnaire) to teachers who have proven reliability and validity according to the research conducted. Analysis of the data used by using descriptive analysis, Linearity Test, Test Multicolinearity Test, T-Test, and Test F-Test. Research results show that (1) Supervision of Academic Supervisors has positive and significant effect partially on Teacher Performance; (2) Leadership Headmaster has positive and significant effect partially on Teacher Performance; (3) Working Environment has positive and significant effect partially on Teacher performance; and (4) Supervision of Academic Supervisors, Leadership Principals and Working Environment has positive and significant impact in simultaneous to the Teacher performance. Keywords: Supervision, Leadership, Environment, Teacher Performance ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar; (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar; dan (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Guru SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey Jenis expost facto dengan membagikan kuesioner (angket) kepada guru yang telah teruji validitas reliabilitasnya dan sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Uji Linearitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji T-Test, dan Uji F-Test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru; (2) Kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru; (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru; dan (4) Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara Simultan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK se Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengamati seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan, manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Haji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah populasi 40, dan penarikan sampel juga berjumlah 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (2) ada pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (3) ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (4) ada sekitar 90,6 % pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (5) Variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, kompensasi, motivasi kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and observe how much influence the leadership style of the head of the room, time management and compensation to nurse work motivation. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, this research was conducted in the general hospital of haji area of south sulawesi province with a population of 40, and the sampling also amounted to 40 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation. The research was carried out for 2 months. The results showed that: (1) There is effect of leadership style of head of room to nurse work motivation. (2) There is effect of time managemnt on nurse work motivation. (3) There is a compensatory effect on nurse work motivation. (4) There are around 90,6% of the influence of the head of room leadership style, time management and compensation for work motivaton of nurses. (5) the variable the leadership style of the head of the room is the most dominant variable affecting the work motivation of the nurse. Abstract

ABSTRAKPengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Pembelajaran  pada  SDIT Al-Fityan School Kabupaten Gowa  (dibimbing oleh Haedar Akib dan Hasmin Tamsah).Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa;  2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa; 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa;  4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner/angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda dengan menggunakan komputer program SPSS 16 dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 2) Budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 3) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 4) Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa.Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa 1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Artinya semakin baik Kepemimpinan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru, sebaliknya, semakin tidak baik kepemimpinan maka semakin tidak baik pula kinerja Guru. 2) Budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 3) Lingkungan Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 4) Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial dan simultan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan, Budaya, dan Lingkungan Sekolah secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Budaya, Lingkungan Sekolah, Kinerja Guru. ABSTRACT The Influence Leadership, Cultural and Environmental Performance Against School Master in Education at Al-Fityan School SDIT Gowa Regency (guided by Haedar Akib and Hasmin Tamsah).This research aims: 1) To analyze the effect of leadership on teacher performance in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 2) To analyze the influence of culture on performance in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 3) To analyze the effect on the performance of the School Environment in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 4) To analyze the effect of Leadership, Culture and Environment School on the performance of the Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency.The research was conducted in Al-Fityan SDIT subdistrict Somba Opu School Gowa Gowa Regency. The research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by using questionnaires. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 with the number of samples are 80 respondents.The results showed 1) Leadership influential has positve and significant impact has on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency, 2) Culture positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency, 3) The school environment has a positive effect and significantly to the performance of teachers in Education at Al-Fityan SDIT School Gowa Regency, 4) Leadership, Culture and Environment School together have positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency.Based on the partial results of the analysis we concluded that 1) leadership has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers. This means that the better the leadership, the better the performance of teachers, on the contrary, the less well the more is not good leadership anyway teacher performance. 2) Culture positive and significant impact on teacher performance. 3) Environmental Educational positive and significant impact on teacher performance. 4) Based on the partial and simultaneous analysis, we concluded that leadership, culture, and the School Environment simultaneously (together) positive and significant impact on teacher performance.Keywords: Leadership, Culture, Environment School, Teacher Performance

BSTRACT The effect of training and supervision of the head room on the performance of executive nurse room hospital surgical, hospital Tk. II Pelamonia Makassar (supervised by Hasmin and A. Ikhsan Kadir). The aim of this study is to assess and analyze : (1). The Influence of training towards performance (2). The Influence of supervision towards performance (3). The effect of training and supervision towards supervision. This research use primary data with population number of 115 nurse at hospital, the survey was conducted from November to December 2016.
