This study aims to find out and explain how Indonesian people respond to LGBT behavior practices, how is the concept of Fulfillment of Human Rights in Indonesia for every citizen, how is human rights adopted and in accordance with the context to Indonesia ?, In this study, the author uses an approach case (case approach) and supplemented with literature review. This research is descriptive analytic, which is a method of collecting data and then analyzed using cases, coupled with reference books, legislation, and internet sources to support research. The results showed that the Indonesian people recognized the existence of LGBT that developed in other countries, including its presence in Indonesia, but Indonesian people who were based on religious values and values that lived and developed society could not accept LGBT behavioral practices. Fulfillment of the rights of every citizen does not necessarily without restrictions, including in terms of LGBT practice behavior, the state can provide restrictions in accordance with what has been stipulated in the law, which contains values that live in society. Human rights adopted by Indonesian citizens are limited (particular) not infinite (universal) as has been practiced by western countries.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre-Eksperimen Design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Tingkat aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Ma’rang sebelum penerapan model LC (Learning Cycle) melalui kombinasi strategi Pick Up Cards Game dan Lecture Bingo; 2) Tingkat aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Ma’rang setelah penerapan model LC (Learning Cycle) melalui kombinasi strategi Pick Up Cards Game dan Lecture Bingo; 3) Penerapan model LC (Learning Cycle) melalui kombinasi strategi Pick Up Cards Game dan Lecture Bingo efektif terhadap peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Ma’rang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model LC (Learning Cycle) melalui kombinasi strategi Pick Up Cards Game dan Lecture Bingo efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Ma’rang.

Utilization of arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (FMA) is an alternative way to improve soil fertility. Therefore, it must be developed by studying deeply the effectivity of the FMA. This is important due to either its ability to associate with almost all of vegetation family in terrestrial ecosystems or its ability to increase plant growth rate, seedlings quality, and crop yield, especially on critical land. A research about effectivity of variously indigenous arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi on P-sorption and Jatropha growth was conducted at laboratorium and glasshouse Agriculture Faculty, Andalas University. This research was aimed to gain the most effective isolate of arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi on growth of and P-sorption by Jatropha (Jatropha curcas L.) plant on critical land. Single isolat such as Glomus sp2, Acaulospora sp1, Gigaspora sp1, and compound isolate M7 (Glomus sp2,+ Acaulospora sp1 + Gigaspora sp1) significantly affected plant height, canopy dry matter, infection percentage and intensity, and P-sorption. M7 Compound isolate was the most effective innoculum. By this isolate, height of Jatropha seedlings was 27.5 cm, canopy dry matter 5.9 g, infection percentage 78.5%, infection intensity was 49.1, and P-sorption by canopy was 1.6 g for each seedling. This article discusses the internalization of character formation in the learning process at SMP Negeri 37 Bulukumba. The approach used is qualitative which is reviewed based on a phenomenological. The informant in this article is the head of Madrasah and teacher of Islamic religious education. The data collection techniques used are observations and interviews. Processing techniques and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. This article shows that the implementation of character education in students at SMP Negeri 37 Bulukumba is implemented by prioritizing the creation of 8 characters, namely responsible, love of homeland, social care, tolerance, discipline, Independent, democratic, and avid reading. The character education implementation is integrated with all subjects, especially the subjects of Islamic religious education conducted in the form of intrurricular and extracurricular, both in learning and beyond learning. The strategies pursued by teachers of Islamic education in the establishment of students' character at SMP Negeri 37 Bulukumba is done through the development of students and the improvement of the religious knowledge of students.

Cardiac size is important to determine the presence of cardiac enlargement caused by left ventricular enlargement or right ventricular enlargement. Although echocardiography is considered to be the gold standard for cardiac enlargement, its availability is limited, expensive and requires trained experts. The posteroanterior (PA) chest X-ray (CXR) is the most common imaging used as a reliable alternative. The aim of this study was to compare cardiac size using cardiothoracic ratio (CTR) and transverse left cardiothoracic ratio (TL-CTR) in PA chest X-ray and echocardiography. This cross- sectional study involved 88 inclusion sample, aged 20-60 years. On the basis of provisional clinical diagnosis, the patients were divided three groups, consist of: (i) Group with normal cardiac size, (ii) Group with left ventricular enlargement (LVE) dan (iii) Group with right ventricular enlargement (RVE). All patients underwent PA CXR and M-Mode echocardiography examinations. The results of the two modalities were compared. CTR and TL-CTR, transverse diameter (TD) and transverse left (TL) in PA chest X-ray showed a strong positive correlation with total ventricular dimension (TVD) and left ventricular internal dimension (LVID) in echocardiography. CTR, TL-CTR, TD and TL in the PA chest X-ray are very good indicators for TVD and LVID in echocardiography. Chest X-ray is a reliable alternative for the diagnosis of cardiomegaly/cardiac enlargement in the absence of echocardiography.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengamati seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan, manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Haji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah populasi 40, dan penarikan sampel juga berjumlah 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (2) ada pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (3) ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (4) ada sekitar 90,6 % pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (5) Variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, kompensasi, motivasi kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and observe how much influence the leadership style of the head of the room, time management and compensation to nurse work motivation. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, this research was conducted in the general hospital of haji area of south sulawesi province with a population of 40, and the sampling also amounted to 40 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation. The research was carried out for 2 months. The results showed that: (1) There is effect of leadership style of head of room to nurse work motivation. (2) There is effect of time managemnt on nurse work motivation. (3) There is a compensatory effect on nurse work motivation. (4) There are around 90,6% of the influence of the head of room leadership style, time management and compensation for work motivaton of nurses. (5) the variable the leadership style of the head of the room is the most dominant variable affecting the work motivation of the nurse. The study and analysis in this paper based on addressing gender differences is common as long as it does not result in gender inequalities. In general, the notion of gender is a visible difference between men and women when viewed from values and behavior. In the Women Studies Encyclopedia it is explained that Gender is a cultural concept, seeking to make a distinction in terms of the roles, behaviors, mentality, and emotional characteristics of the growing male and female in society. However, reality in society indicates that gender differences give rise to various forms of inequality and injustice. Islam is a religion that strongly emphasizes the importance of respect for human beings and it seems his teaching is very accommodating to human values. One form of elaboration of human values is a sincere recognition of human equality and unity. The women of Rasulullah SAW era are described as active, polite, well-preserved women. In fact, in the Qur'an, the ideal figure of a Muslim is symbolized as a person who has independence in politics, like the figure of Queen Balqis who leads the superpower kingdom (`arsyun` azhim). Communication is the exchange of ideas, information, feelings or thoughts between people (individuals) face to face (face to face), verbal and non verbal. While counseling is a reciprocal relationship between two individuals, where a counselor is trying to help the other (the client) to try to solve the problems he is facing.Relation of gender is a social relationship between men and women who are socially formed and culture in doing everything. Based on the findings, it turns out that the meeting in West Aceh district, who want to appear in politics and to become ruler is still zero percent. Seorang jurnalis profesional ia memeliki jenjang karier yang bagus. Jenjang karier yang bagus itu pada hakikatnya telah diterapkan di semua perusahaan pers dimana si wartawan tersebut bekerja. Kinerja seorang jurnalis muslim harus terukur dengan baik, agar antara promosi dan sanksi dilakukan berdasarkan penilaian yang akurat dan akuntabel. Since the beginning of 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has changed learning models and communication models at the university level. The face-to-face learning process is shifted to an online learning process using various distance learning applications. This has implications for the communication patterns that occured between students and students. This study aims to examine how the process of interpersonal communication that emphasizes aspects of developing communication relationships that are formed between students and their colleagues during the distance learning process. The theoretical approach used in this study is Social Penetration Theory which emphasizes several stages: 1) orientation stage; 2) Exploratory Affective Exchange Stage; 3) Exploratory Exchange Stage) and 4) Stable Exchange Stage. Furthemore, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using online survey tools and closed interviews. The population of this research is active students at Teuku Umar University class of 2019 and 2020, with a total of 20 informants. The result showed online learning provided a different virtual communication pattern in the relationship development process. The informants prioritized the virtual images displayed and more active communication repossession with a good attitude. Relationship development is also at the stage of forming comfort and not being intimate. With a relationship cycle back and forth, especially when they met in real.
