Abstract

The Islamic capital market in Indonesia has witnessed significant progress, particularly in the development of products such as Shariah equity mutual funds. In the period 2017-2022, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of Shariah equity mutual funds reached IDR 153,40 trillion. However, in terms of performance, Shariah equity mutual funds still recorded minor results. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has endeavored to enhance the potential of the Islamic capital market through the launch of the Shariah Capital Market Roadmap 2020-2024. To evaluate the positive impact of this policy, this research examines the factors influencing the performance of Shariah equity mutual funds during the period 2017-2022. A quantitative descriptive approach is employed using non-probability judgement sampling. Panel data is analyzed using multiple linear regression, with dummy variables used to identify performance differences before and after the implementation of the Shariah Capital Market Roadmap 2020-2024. Research findings indicate that cashflow, IHSG (Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index), and the age of Shariah equity mutual funds significantly influence performance. However, the impact of NAV is observed but not statistically significant. The dummy variable shows a negative and significant value, indicating performance differences between the two observed periods

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of the Multi Level Marketing Business system is applied to paytren, whether the practice in the field is in accordance with established sharia. The research method used in this case is library research and field research, with a qualitative descriptive research approach that is deductive in nature. Researchers used sources such as books, theses, articles, and conducted interviews with paytren business users. This study also uses a normative and comparative approach. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the paytren business that uses a multi-level marketing system that has been certified by sharia in practice has many deviations both by its customers and by the system itself. The implementation of Paytren's multi-level sharia marketing is carried out in an unfair way, that is, whoever has subordinates or partners will also receive bonuses when their partners transact without having to work. In practice, paytren contains elements of usury, gharar and dzulm.

Abstract

The term "TikTok Poison" among young people refers to a trend that showcases content or videos about products, such as unboxing or product reviews. These types of content create a unique interest among users. By watching content or videos created by online shops on TikTok, viewers become interested and sometimes make purchases, occasionally ignoring the benefits, functions, and actual need for the purchased items. The aim of this research is to understand the phenomenon of TikTok Poison on consumer behavior an Islamic perspective. This research employs a qualitative method with the objective of uncovering phenomena related to the respondents or research subjects, such as behavior, actions, responses, perceptions, by describing the research results using words and detailed explanations. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the TikTok Poison trend has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that it facilitates online business owners in promoting their products and helps consumers who want to see product reviews. Reviews serve as a benchmark for determining the quality of a product through other people's writings. Meanwhile, the negative impact of consumptive behavior is that life becomes wasteful, many items are not used, and can cause social jealousy. In Islam itself, consumer behavior is hated by Allah SWT, because Allah does not like a servant who behaves like that or wastes something that does not meet his needs. In Q.S. Al-Isra also clearly shows that Allah SWT said that wasteful people are the brothers of Satan and Satan is very disobedient to his God, the meaning of God here is Allah SWT. In Islam's own view, consumer behavior is very clearly prohibited and not recommended, because this behavior is the same as arrogant, luxurious and also wasteful behavior. It is appropriate as a Muslim to behave in using these items in accordance with the portion or reasonable, because anything in excess is not good and is prohibited in religion.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to examine the evolution of Islamic banking practices as a means of enhancing financial awareness in Indonesia. In order to increase the general public's access to products and financial services that are fair, affordable, and useful, they are referred to as financial inclusion. The Islamic banking system has become a crucial alternative in the Indonesian financial system. Deskriptif analysis is the research method used in this journal. Data are obtained through relevant secondary data sources and research studies. This analysis will show how Islamic banks operate in Indonesia, how Islamic banks maintain their financial integrity, and the problems that arise when they are expanding. Research indicates that the rise in Islamic banks has helped to increase awareness of money in Indonesia. However, numerous challenges are faced by the syariah banking sector. Several of these include inadequate infrastructure, inadequate knowledge about goods and services provided by Islamic banks, and regulations that have not yet fully addressed the root causes of the problem. Due to this, the journal also offers advice on how to resolve the issue and encourage the development of more sensitive Islamic banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

"The Islamic banking industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth in recent years. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and Bank BTPN Syariah are two leading Islamic banks in Indonesia. However, in the post-pandemic era, there has been limited research comparing the financial performance of these two banks. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the financial performance comparison of Islamic banking institutions that have publicly listed their shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely Bank Syariah Indonesia and Bank BTPN Syariah. The objective of this research is to compare the financial performance between Bank Syariah Indonesia and Bank BTPN Syariah and provide recommendations for investors interested in investing in the Islamic banking sector. This research uses a descriptive-comparative method with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of both banks for the last two years (2021-2022). The measured variables include return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA), and price-to-earnings ratio (PER). The data obtained is analyzed using statistical analysis techniques such as t-tests, F-tests, and regression analysis."

Abstract

Education is one of the Indonesian nation's development sectors to advance society in forming intellectual human resources. It is very important to pay attention to contributions in the field of education, one of which is the use of zakat funds as a solution for children who are less fortunate in terms of education. Even so, it turns out that there are still many people who have not been touched by educational assistance through zakat. This research was conducted in 4 different places, namely at the BAZNAS Sleman Office, SD Negeri Perumnas 3, MTs N 4, and MAN 5 Sleman. The research method used is a qualitative method with a normative juridical and sociological approach. The results of this research are the distribution of zakat funds at BAZNAS Sleman with 5 work programs. The 5 work programs consist of: Productive Sleman, Healthy Sleman, Smart Sleman, Careful Sleman and Taqwa Sleman. Apart from that, BAZNAS Sleman also coordinates with Islamic organizations such as Nahdatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah so that there is no overlap with each other. In particular, the Sleman Pintar program is implemented in coordination with the Education Department and also the Social Service so that it is right on target and helps education to create a superior generation in the future.

Abstract

The study aims to identify patterns of Islamic consumer response to the role of celebrity endorsers, social media marketing, and product variations that influence ventela buying interest at the Faculties of Economics and Business, Islamic University Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara. This research is quantitative. The data analysis method used in this study is linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22. The tests used in the study are instrumental test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. In this study, there are 94 samples. The data used are primary data obtained through the spread of questionnaires. The results show that partly celebrity endorsers have a positive but not significant influence on purchase interest, social media marketing has a positive and significant impact on purchase interest, and product variation has a significant and positive impact on purchase interest. Simultaneously, celebrity endorser variables, social media marketing and product variation have a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of products, prices, places, and promotions in the perspective of Islamic business ethics on the level of sales at Griya Batik Asri Sukoharjo. Sampling was carried out by simple random sampling and for the determination of the number of sample using the slovin formula, which was a total of 86 respondents. The research methods used are quantitative research methods using descriptive statistics, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear analysis. The result of this study partially (t-test) is the effect of products with a t value of 3,886 and a significant value of 0,000 has a positive and significant effect on the level of sales. The effect of price with a t value of 0,048 anf significant 0,962 then has no influence and is not significant on the level of sales. The effect of the place with a t value of 1,522 and a significant 0,132 then has no effect and is not significant on the level of sales. The effect of promotion with a t value of 4,806 and a significant 0,000 has a positive and significant effect on the level of sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office Jayapura, Abepura, Papua Province. The sample in this study was customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office Jayapura Abepura Papua Province, totaling 80 respondents. This research is quantitative and data analysis technique using SPSS. The results of this study show that the variable of service quality has a significant effect and the variable of product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Quality Product, Customer Satisfactions, SPSS.

Abstract

Baitul Mal in Aceh is different from Baitul Mal in other provinces in Indonesia, where the Baitul Mal Subulusalam Institution is a functional institution while the secretariat is a structural institution that is directly responsible to the mayor. The aim of this research is to analyze the collection and distribution of zakat, infaq and alms funds from philanthropic institutions. The research method uses a qualitative design. The research object is the Baitul Mal Subulussalam institution in Aceh. The data collective conducted interviews with Baitul Mal Subulussalam administrators while data analysis used content analysis. The research results emphasize that the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds at Baitul Mal Sulussalam comes from three sources. Firstly from the State Civil Apparatus and honorary staff who work in the Aceh Government, employees of state-owned enterprises and regional-owned enterprises in the province of Aceh. The two partners are working together on a government project worth IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty million rupiah). Third, zakat infaq and alms funds from the Muslim community in Aceh. Zakat is levied on employees from class three and above at 2.5% and employees who do not meet the requirements are subject to a 1% deduction from their salary. The collection of Zakat infaq and alms funds at Baitul mall Subulussalam in Aceh has not been implemented optimally even though it has been regulated by the Qonun that every State Civil Apparatus must pay zakat mall through salary deductions. There are still institutions in the government that have not paid zakat mal through Baitul Mal Subulussalam, such as the Republic of Indonesia Police and the National Army in Aceh. So the target for receiving zakat, infaq and alms funds has not yet reached the target. In 2022, the target of receiving zakat infaq and alms funds of twelve billion can only be realized at four point seven billion. The distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds has been carried out to eight eligible asnaf, except for the asnaf riqab, which does not exist. The most dominant distribution of zakat funds is given to Asnaf Fakir and Masakin. Productive zakat has been distributed to ultra-micro traders in order to improve the welfare of the people of Aceh. The distribution of infaq zakat funds and alms distributed for productive zakat is not followed up by providing business assistance.The effectiveness of the distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds at Baitul Mal Subulussalam cannot yet be measured in its success in reducing the poverty rate because the distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds in the form of productive zakat has not been followed up and assisted, so it cannot be measured to what extent the distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds has been succeeded in improving welfare in the form of mustahik turning into muzaki.
