The issue raised in this research is to discuss an evaluation of the sharia principles of electronic money (called E-Money) product owned by Bank Syariah Mandiri towards the operational mechanisms encompass transaction, flow, contract and managerial aspects of this product. This study aims to analyze E-Money product from a sharia perspective using the benchmark of fiqh muamalat which has been contained in the DSN-MUI fatwa, and related laws and regulations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. By using the method of content analysis and using interviews, involved observation, this research uses documentation study as the data collection technique. The conclusion from the writing of this thesis is that from a review of sharia principles, there are sharia problems in the aspect of the contract, this is because this product does not have a contract nomenclature in product operations that creates ambiguity (Gharar), as well as from the transaction aspect because the bank does not restrict or control goods which are sold by merchants in collaboration with banks, so it is feared that they can be used to buy non-halal goods.

Fundraising of Waqf relatively difficult then fundraising of Zakah. It’s because waqf is not a religious obligation like Zakah. However, it is realized that waqf has great potential to become a tool for improving the economy of the ummah. The aim of this study is to describe the experience of UINSU Medan as an educational institution in collecting the Waqf. This study applies a qualitative approach, with three qualitative methods in data collection: library research, interviews, and data documentation. Open interviews were conducted with ten participants (students, lecturers, and employees). The findings of this study show that the success of Waqf fundraising is based on a mandatory basis, not on a voluntary basis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis khususnya pengaruh harga produk, Customer Relationship, dan Information System terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan intervening kepuasan pelanggan yang ada pada UMKM Kuliner di Kota Cirebon. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non random sampling dengan jenis sensus. Pengukuran level yang digunakan adalah level interval. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis di terima.

This research discussed the two main reasons that could be affecting decisions market traders in choosing a source of their capital, which is based on the needs of business capital and marketing with marketing mix 4P. The data obtained through interviews with traditional market traders in the Sidoarjo district using the qualitative method from a phenomenology perspective. This study using primary data analyzed that processed in-app atlas.ti 9 to achieve the structure and efficient data. This study aims to determine the effect of the 4P Marketing Mix carried out by financial institutions in attracting traders to choose the source of their business capital and whether traders' knowledge of usury and Islamic financial institutions can change this decision. The conclusions obtained indicate that public knowledge about riba and Islamic banking does not influence in determining people's interest in choosing the source of business capital, while the marketing mix can attract traders in determining where they will make business resource loans.

The thinking of the Imam Al-Ghazali socioeconomic Ra stem from a concept he called "Islamic social welfare functions". A theme that became the base of his entire starting is the concept of social welfare affairs or utilities (common good) contained in the maqasid Sharia. This study aims to formulate a concept of marketing based on the values mashlahat maqasid Sharia. The method of this research is kualitatid desktiptif with an approach to the study of librarianship.The research found that in designing the marketing pattern of marketers should pay attention to the concept of maslahah maqasid Sharia as a goal of as a guide in marketing strategies. Five things that go in Islamic trends i.e., religion, soul, intellect, lineage, and treasures are factors which becomes basic guidelines the lack of intervention. This design pattern, as a consequence of childbirth a maslahah therein.

This study was aimed to reveal the impact of electronic money, lifestyle and self control towards Islamic consumption behaviour pattern of Y and Z generation in Surabaya. The behaviour pattern of Islamic consumption was measured by 6 basic principles of consumption in Islam. Descriptive quantitative was applied as the research method. This study took 150 respondents as the research sample by using the formula of Malhotra. The data was collected by using questionnaire along with purposive sampling method and guttman scales. Then, probit regression analysis using the application of Stata 14 was occupied as the data analysis. It was resulted that the variable of electronic money had a marginal effect value of -9,5% so that the probability was not correspond to the Islamic consumption behaviour pattern whereas the variable of life style had a value of -9% which meant that the probability was not correspond to Islamic consumption behaviour pattern and the variable of self control indicated a value of 17% so that the probability matched with Islamic consumption behaviour pattern

Financial Institutions are an important part in economic development in Indonesia, the existence of cooperatives is expected to realize the welfare of the community with the principle of helping. Considering, most indonesians are majority Muslim. However, in practice, cooperatives that develop today still use conventional systems, where in the view of the public there is still usury and is considered not in accordance with sharia principles. To make the operational principles of cooperatives in accordance with sharia principles, a Sharia Cooperative or Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT) was formed. The development of Sharia Cooperatives is very good in Indonesia. Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, the number of Sharia Cooperative business units reached 150,223 units with a total of 1.4 million members. The capital alone reached Rp.968 billion and the outside capital rp.3.9 trillion with a business volume of Rp.5.2 trillion. The purpose of this study is to find out the assessment of health level as well as the impact of health level assessment in an effort to improve the performance of Sharia Cooperative As-Sakinah Sidoarjo. This study uses qualitative descriptive method with case study approach that aims to gain in-depth knowledge related to events or problems that occur. The results of this study show that overall, the level of health of Cooperative As-Sakinah Sidoarjo can be said to be good even though there are still problems or obstacles that occur. The assessment of the level of health of cooperatives is able to improve the performance of cooperatives to be better and continue to improve in order to improve the development of cooperatives in the future.

This study aims to examine the effect of temporary syirkah funds, board of commissioners, independent commissioner, sharia supervisory board, dual position of sharia supervisory board, audit committee, and audit committee meeting on maqasid syariah performance of Islamic bank in Indonesia during the period 2015 – 2017. The sample of this study was chosen by purposive sampling and obtained data 33 banks with 11 banks per year. This hypothesis testing in this study used multiple regression model. The result shows that temporary syirkah funds, board commissioners, sharia supervisory board, dual position of sharia supervisory board, and audit committee have an effect on maqasid syariah performance of Islamic bank. However, audit committee meeting do not have an effect on maqasid syariah performance of Islamic bank.

This study is an experimental research conducted at MAN Karanggede. The population in this study were students of class XI which totaled 200, with purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 90 students. The samples were divided into two groups, the first group as a control group and a second group class as a class experiment. Data was collected by the method of testing and documentation. Test validity consists of 35 items, 31 items known to valid and invalid 4 items. Of the 31 items were valid, the validity of the lowest known 0.399 and 0.722 and the highest validity reliabelitas 0.91. Data prior to analysis prerequisite test, normality test, homogeneity test, tests of balance and analyzed using statistical t-test formula.From the data analysis is concluded that control class (using conventional methods) reached an average value of 48.62 by the level of learning outcomes in the category were as many as 16 students or 35.56% are located at intervals of 13-15. While the experimental group (using learning strategies point counterpoint) reached an average value of 71.97 by the level of learning outcomes in high category as many as 10 students or 22.22% are located at intervals of 22-25. Of the average showed a difference of 23.35. While the results of different test variable levels of learning outcomes fiqh in control class with experimental class obtained t count (5.721)> t table (2.000), it means Ha accepted, so there are significant learning strategy point counterpoint to the results of study subjects fiqh students MAN Karanggede school year 2014 / 2015. The existence of Covid-19 which limited society to transact online has made an increment several islamic banks in users and the number of transactions. The aim of this study was to review test how the influence of income, education, and perceived ease of use through attitude against the usage decision of shari’a mobile banking. A Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyze in this study with WarpPLS 7.0 approach. Respondent of this research was general public of Surabaya City. Sampling technique which used in this study was purposive sampling as many as 115 respondents. The result present that perceived ease of use is the most significant factor affecting usage decision and attitude towards mobile banking directly. For the indirect test, perceived ease of use is able to influence the usage decision through attitude. Education and income not significantly influence the usage decision and attitude towards mobile banking directly, neither indirectly.
