Abstract

Footwear is one of Indonesia's leading export commodities. However, this achievement is still far from the target set by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, namely growth of 10% annually. The aim this study are to analysis of Indonesia's competitiveness of footwear products exported to the United States, factors affect Indonesian footwear exports to the US and the Islamic economy view competitiveness and the factors affecting exports. The method used is a quantitative method. Using the RCA analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The data taken from this research is secondary data. The results showed that the RCA index>1, then the export of Indonesian footwear products to the US was competitive in the world. Partially, US GDP and the exchange rate have a positive and significant effect on Indonesian footwear exports to the US, prices have a positive and insignificant effect on Indonesian footwear exports to the US, and production has a negative and insignificant effect on Indonesian footwear exports to the US. Simultaneously, US GDP, exchange rates, prices and production together influence the export of Indonesian footwear to the US. Competition from an Islamic economic perspective is highly recommended, but it must be healthy as explained in Q.S Al-Baqarah:148 where every country is prohibited from committing fraud, one of which is the dumping technique. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Zakah utilization on the development of economic of zakah recipients Amil Zakat, Infak and Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah Institutions (LAZISMU) Malang Regency. To achieve the objectives of this research, this research was a quantitative descriptive approach which a research approach that emphasizes the aspect of measurement objectively of social phenomena and produces findings that can be obtained using statistical procedures or other ways of quantification (measurement). Data collection methods used are various data collection methods, including: interview and documentation methods, and data analysis used content analysis. Based on the result found that found that the utilization of zakat funds at LAZISMU Malang Regency was able to increase the economic empowerment of mustahik based on several indicators: the usefulness of a program, accuracy and objectivity, the scope of a program, cost effectiveness, timeliness, and accountability. While in the aspect of timeliness of reporting, the financial reporting of zakat funds is seems not up to date.

Abstract

Digital transaction is an important marketing discipline concept, for companies and consumers. The purpose of this conceptual article is to investigate the application of halal in online trading transactions that use payments with financial technology - Fintech. This article is based on a review of literature based on Islamic sharia and marketing literature which provides a discussion of online transactions and fintech as a way to develop understanding of Muslim business. It was concluded that buying and selling is a halal activity as long as it meets the shariah requirements. The difference between online business and offline business in Islam is the transaction process (contract). Online transactions are permissible according to Islam as long as they do not contain elements that can damage them such as usury, tyranny, fraud, fraud and the like and fulfill the terms and conditions of the sale and purchase. Included in the completion of the transaction that is payment using fintech becomes halal, as long as according to Islamic shariah guidance. The practical implications of this research for companies that use online transactions, it is important to expand the concept of halal in the direction of payment. Effective alignment is required between halal policies, payment strategies and the buying process. Companies that use online transactions can develop in three stages, from seeing halal compliance as an opportunity, making a halal payment system, to making the whole buying and selling process halal certified

Abstract

The halal supply chain is a concept where halal is not only seen as raw materials and production processes but also involves in the supply chain process. Indonesia, as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, only has 20% of products that are halal certified, especially food Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) in Bandung who most of which do not have halal certification. Therefore, this study aims to conduct a Halal Supply Chain Analysis of Small Medium Enterprise (SME) in Bandung. This research uses quantitative research methods with an associative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total sample size of 94 food SMEs in Bandung. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. Based on the research results, the success factor of Halal Supply Chain has a positive and significant effect on the Implementation of Halal Supply Chain in Food SMEs in Bandung, with a contribution of 63.8%, and the remaining 36.2% is explained by other factors not examined. This shows that the implementation of the Halal Supply Chain will be successful if SMEs pay attention to each success factor of the Halal Supply Chain.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the factors affecting to profit distribution management of Sharia Banks in Indonesia on the period 2013 until 2016. Variabel dependent of this research is profit distribution management. While the independen of this research is capital adequancy, effectiviness of third party funds, financial risk, gross domestic of product growth, propotion of investment financial, proportion of third party funds, loss of earning assets, age of bank, BOPO, Bi-rate. This research use sharia banks which registered in Bank Indonesia on 2013 until 2016 period. Collecting data of this research use purposive sampling method. The test data analysis use classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and data analysis of multiple regression. The result of the hypothesis test is that capital adequancy, effectiveness of third party funds, financial risk, loss of earning assets, BOPO and Bi rate have no effect to profit distribution management. While gross domestic of product growth, proportion of investment, proportion of third party funds and age of bank have the effect of profit distriburion management. Abstract

Technological advances and the globalization of financial information, do not always have a positive impact for the community but sometimes it becomes the development of crime, especially white-collar crime (white collar crime), business crime (business crime), or a corporate crime (Corporate crime). Money laundering or commonly known as money laundering, is a method to hide, move, and use the result of a criminal act, the activities of criminal organizations, economic crime, narcotics trafficking, and other activities that constitute criminal activities. Money laundering, essentially involves assets (income / wealth) disguised so that it can be used without being detected that such assets derived from illegal activities. Melaului money laundering income or assets derived from illegal activity is converted into a financial asset that seems to come from a legitimate source / legal. Key Words : Money laundering, Economic syariah, Islamic Bank.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of knowledge management consisting of three dimensions (person, procedure and technology) on employee performance. The method used in this study is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design that combines quantitative research methods with qualitative sequentially, where in the first stage use quantitative and second stage methods with qualitative methods. With this method is expected to be obtained deeper research findings. The study respondents were 35 people wich all of them are employee. Analyze data using SPSS software version 25 with non parametric test. Non-parametric tests are performed because the data is not distributed normally. The results of the study prove that personnel affect employee kierja, job procedure concerns employee performance and technology affects employee performance. All dimensions of knowledge management demonstrate its influence on employee performance. The position of knowledge in Islam is very important, on the basis that the company also makes knowledge as an aspect that gets great attention. The company's policies and strategies are driven by the motivation of implementing Islamic values and practising knowledge

Abstract

Economic growth is a fundamental indicator in assessing economic performance. In assessing the economic growth, it can use several important variables such as Inflation, Government Consumption Expenditure, Foreign Debts, and Sharia Finance. In turn, this research aims to analyze the impacts of these variables on the economic growth in Indonesia (Quarter I – Quarter IV) in the period of 2011-2018. The Error Correction Model used in the analysis method. The results of the analysis showed that the variable inflation in the long-term harmed economic growth; while, in the short-term, the level of inflation had a positive impact on economic growth. Meanwhile, the variable of Government Consumption Expenditure had a negative contribution to economic growth. Furthermore, foreign debt in the long term hurt economic growth, but for the short term, it could bring the positive one. Variable of Sharia finance showed a good result both in the short term and in the long term with a negative correlation with economic growth in Indonesia. However, all variables of inflation, Government Consumption Expenditure, foreign debts, and sharia finance simultaneously had an impact on National Economic Growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the liquidity of financial ratios. Liquidity became quite urgent, because liquidity is the ability of a company to meet its obligations in the short term. It was often a problem in some companies or banks. Liquidity for year 2013-2015 BRI Syariah good enough because the current assets by current liabilities are divided proportionally, so that if there is no short-term obligations will be fulfilled by the ratio of current assets are quite liquid.Keywords: liquidity, financial ratios and financial performance
