Abstract

Optimization of transportation costs is considered one of the toughest and most complex problems in the transportation, freight forwarding and logistics sector. Transportation companies agree that half of the expenses incurred related to the company's current activities are fuel costs. fleet card is a means of payment that functions as a medium of payment and controls expenses for the company's fleet. PT. Pertamina Retail is a large company in the gas station retail business in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the development of the RFID fleet card business at Pertamina Retail. The approach used is the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). The research method used is primary data obtained through interviews with several informants. The time of the research starts from February – June 2023. The results of this study show that BMC elements in the form of: key partnerships, customer segments, value propositions and revenue streams are the most dominant blocks. While the lowest is the channel. Pertamina Retail's internal fleet card factors are influenced by network, security, efficiency and financial aspects. The results obtained by the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats) of the nine BMC blocks show that the elements that have the highest strength are the Pertamina brand and gas station network, while the top-up payment mechanism ranks lowest. From another direction, the highest opportunity is the key partnership and the highest threat is the customer segment while the lowest threat is key partners.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) is an institution that received permission to manage zakat infaq, alms, and humanitarian funds. In its management, BMH Kaltim Representatives are managed by appointed amil without special criteria. This study aims to analyze effective and efficient collection models in the digital era. Research is expected to provide knowledge about effective and efficient collection models in the digital era. This research is qualitative descriptive research with data analysis using NVIVO 12 PLUS. Based on the results of field findings, it is known that the collection model in BMH is a variety of models, this adjusts to the choice of people who pay infaq zakat and alms through BMH. Effective and efficient in the digital era in BMH can be seen from the acquisition of BMH which has increased with the lack of operations spent to achieve it.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Underwriter reputation, Return On Equity, and Company Age on Underpricing (Study of Companies Registered on the BEI in 2018-2021)The samples used in this research are companies that were newly registered on the IDX in 2018-2021. Things that influence the level of Underpricing are proxied as ROE, Company Age, and Underwriter Reputation. Companies that registered on the stock exchange before and during Covid-19 were involved in moderating the underpricing. Company age has a significant negative effect on underpricing, the longer the company's age reduces underpricing. Return On Equity has no significant effect on underpricing. The higher ROE does not reduce the level of underpricing. Underwriter reputation does not have a significant effect on underpricing. The influence of Covid-19 does not moderate the relationship between company age, ROE and underwriter reputation with underpricing

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities on Brand Equity and Brand Loyalty among Lazada Marketplace ConsumersTo gain a more comprehensive understanding of social media marketing from brands, it is important to examine the influence of social media marketing activities on brand building in various product and service contexts.The results of the analysis show that social media marketing activities have a significant effect on brand awareness, brand image and brand loyalty. These results are in accordance with the results of research conducted by Ismail, (2017), Seo&Park (2018), Bilgin (2018), and Malarvizhi, et al. (2022). The SOR theory underlies this research where every process of social media's effects on individuals begins with attention to several media messages. This shows that the public receives a stimulus, namely consumer exposure to a brand's social media which then has an influence on the public and produces a response including trust, purchase commitment and loyalty to a brand.

Abstract

The scientific work aims to introduce Cash Waqf Linked Sharia Micro Insurance (CWLSMI), an innovative approach to facilitate Sharia micro insurance contributions for micro-business actors using their owned products. Micro-business actors' product portfolios will be cataloged based on global community interests, and the management will be funded through productive waqf assets. Revenue generated from product sales will fund contributions to Sharia micro insurance for micro-business actors, their families, and contribute to government social security programs. CWLSMI serves as a financial planning reference for micro-business actors, fostering benefits for the halal industry. This qualitative research utilizes a narrative approach, incorporating primary data from search results and stakeholder interviews, complemented by secondary data from scientific journals and government reports. The initiation of CWLSMI is proposed as a recommendation to the government for enhancing the welfare of micro-business actors in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of online shopping among teachers at MTsN 11 Pesisir Selatan. Online shopping has become a habit or necessity for MTSN 11 Pesisir Selatan teachers. As was obtained from the Principal of MTSN 11 Pesisir Selatan, he said that almost every day online package delivery couriers come to the school. Therefore the author wants to examine how the level of online shopping for MTSN 11 Pesisir Selatan teachers. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method by explaining the data in the form of numbers into information. The object of this research is the teachers of MTSN 11 Pesisir Selatan from various levels. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires via Google form with a total of 65 respondents consisting of PNS, Honorary, and First Aid Teachers, Administrative Employees. Data were taken from July to early August 2023. The analytical tool used in this study used Microsoft Excel by distributing questionnaires via Google form to 65 respondents. The results of this study are that teachers often shop online at Shopee and Tiktok Shop stores by buying products in the Fashion category such as clothes, bags, shoes and others. Besides that, they also bought skincare and makeup. The principles of business ethics are in line and in harmony with the principles of Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the conformity level of laundry fragrance products, what factors can affect the level of conformity of sharia in the laundry fragrance production process, as well as how the implementation of business licenses for laundry fragrance product home industries is enforced. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach using a qualitative paradigm of social construction phenomenology. The data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. While the object of this research is the owner of a home business or home industry "fresh" laundry fragrance. The results of this study indicate the level of conformity of sharia in the laundry fragrance production process is that the raw materials used in fragrances include perfume seeds, methanol, coolers, and preservatives which are halal, safe and harmless materials and on the safety of the production process and the safety of the production environment ensured safe and protected from dangerous objects. The factors for the production of laundry fragrances are the raw materials obtained from chemical materials that have been tested and confirmed to be safe for use in the production of laundry fragrances, the natural resources that are processed into raw materials for fragrances are perfume seeds derived from plant extracts such as roses, jasmine, lavender, and others, human resources are experiencing problems because man power or labor to process laundry fragrance products is only done by the owner himself without any interference from other people, then the capital used is still relatively limited, as well as technology (machines ) that is used is still classified as manual because it still uses simple tools. Then, the application for a home industry permit for the production of laundry fragrances has not yet been carried out because to do this requires a lot of costs and a lot of time.

Abstract

Economic problems always attract people's attention in various fields of life, because economic stability is the basis of people's material well-being. While the monetary phenomenon that causes inflation is a continuous process of currency depreciation. The focus of this research is on the relevance of Al-Maqrizi's Islamic economic thinking in Indonesia, as well as the role of the government in overcoming inflation in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find a solution to the problem and control inflation so that it is not high in Indonesia, and to see how the government's policy is in overcoming Indonesian inflation from the perspective of Al-Maqrizi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are Al-Maqrizi's thoughts which are still relevant to the economy in Indonesia, namely regarding the problems of money and inflation. Al-Maqrizi to overcome the problem of inflation with the establishment of the Baitul Maal. Meanwhile, what the Indonesian government has done in dealing with inflation is combining central bank policies with finance department policies such as a tight money policy by the central bank.

Abstract

Sistem kontrak kerja merupakan suatu perjanjian antara pekerja dan pengusaha secara lisan dan atau tulisan, baik untuk waktu tertentu maupun untuk waktu tidak tertentu yang memuat syarat-syarat kerja, hak dan kewajiban. Pada dasarnya kontrak kerja yang ada saat ini harus sesuai dengan Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan. Permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan sistem kontrak kerja yang terjadi saat ini yaitu terdapat pada pekerja tenaga kerja itu sendiri yang lalai dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dalam bekerja dikarenakan sudah lelah, masa kontrak yang telah habis. Bagaimana sistem kontrak kerja karyawan di warung kopi sakera sumenep? Bagaimana sistem kontrak kerja karyawan perspektif ekonomi syariah di warung kopi sakera sumenep?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti lebih mendalam mengenai analisis sistem kontrak kerja karyawan di warung kopi Sakera Sumenep. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa sistem kontrak kerja karyawan di Warung Kopi Sakera Sumenep dilakukan dengan secara tertulis dan merupakan bentuk sistem kontrak kerja karyawan yang menggunakan sistem waktu tertentu. Yang di dalamnya memuat unsur pekerjaan, pelayanan, waktu, dan upah. Karena pada dasarnya kontrak kerja karyawan yang ada di Warung Kopi Sakera itu sudah sesuai dengan undang-undang No. 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan dan Ekonomi Syariah. Abstract

Konsep halal saat ini menjadi tren dalam perkembangan ekonomi syariah dunia, yang memunculkan segmen baru dalam pariwisata, yaitu wisata halal, yang kini dianggap sebagai ceruk pasar baru yang menjanjikan. Hal ini juga menjadi peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan sekaligus menjadi lokomotif pertumbuhan ekonomi di bidang pariwisata halal. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi halal di Pulau Lombok, dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori yang dirancang untuk menunjukkan kontribusi variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari wisatawan yang berkunjung ke destinasi wisata halal di Pulau Lombok, dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dan total sampel sebanyak 280 responden. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa norma subjektif, sikap, citra destinasi, motivasi berwisata berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke destinasi wisata halal di Pulau Lombok. Sedangkan persepsi perilaku tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi wisata halal di Pulau Lombok
