Abstract

Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) menjelaskan bahwa sikap terhadap perilaku merupakan pokok penting yang sanggup memperkirakan suatu perbuatan, meskipun demikian perlu dipertimbangkan sikap seseorang dalam menguji norma subjektif serta mengukur kontrol perilaku persepsian orang tersebut. Bila ada sikap yang positif, dukungan dari orang sekitar serta adanya persepsi kemudahan karena tidak ada hambatan untuk berperilaku maka niat seseorang untuk berperilaku akan semakin tinggi. Bank Syariah berperan penting sebagai fasilitator pada seluruh aktivitas ekonomi dalam ekosistem industri halal, yang mana perbankan Syariah di Indonesia sendiri telah mengalami peningkatan dan pengembangan yang signifikan dalam Inovasi produk, peningkatan layanan, serta pengembangan jaringan. Selanjutnya niat memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap tindakan individu dalam menghindari pendapatan bunga atau bunga bank bentuk lainnya. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan permasalahan di atas dan penelitian sebelumnya, maka penulis mengambil judul penelitian dengan Pengaruh Attitude, Subjektive Norms dan Perceived Behavior Control terhadap Minat Masyarakat dalam Menggunakan Jasa Pembiayaan Murabahah Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman. Hasil penelitian mendukung hipotesis pertama bahwa variabel Attitude berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Masyarakat di Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman. Variabel Attitude berpengaruh tehadap hasil karena nilai thitung> ttabel atau 11,127> 1,660 dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan 0,000 ttabel atau 6,985 > 1,660 dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan 0,000 ttabel atau 8,632 > 1,660 dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan 0,000

Abstract

Kondisi Indonesia sebagai negara dengan mayoritas pemeluk agama Islam memberikan potensi besar bagi perkembangan perbankan syariah. Setelah merger tiga bank syariah menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), strategi yang tepat diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan layanan pelanggan. Namun, perbankan syariah masih tertinggal dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional. Sementara itu, keragaman geografis Indonesia menciptakan perbedaan dalam kehidupan masyarakat, menjadi peluang bagi sektor perbankan untuk memahami pasar dan memperluas jaringan aset. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer mencakup variabel minat menabung masyarakat yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar ke masyarakat di wilayah Jambi yang dilayani oleh cabang BSI. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, yang memerlukan konsep pendukung dan teori sebagai dasar yang mengonfirmasi tujuan penelitian. Populasi penelitian mencakup penduduk kota dan kabupaten di Provinsi Jambi, dengan karakteristik wilayah yang dibedakan menjadi daratan (perkotaan), pegunungan, dan pesisir. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada individu yang memenuhi kriteria untuk menjadi responden. Hasil penelitian menyoroti beberapa faktor kunci yang memengaruhi minat menabung di BSI Jambi. Mayoritas responden yang merupakan perempuan dengan latar belakang pendidikan S1 menunjukkan minat menabung yang signifikan. Pekerjaan juga memainkan peran penting, dimana mayoritas responden yang belum bekerja menunjukkan ketidakminatan terhadap menabung, sementara karyawan memiliki minat yang lebih tinggi. Analisis terhadap jarak terhadap bank cabang menegaskan pentingnya lokasi yang strategis dalam menarik minat menabung, dengan penurunan yang signifikan dalam ketidakminatan menabung seiring pendekatan jarak terhadap bank cabang. Faktor-faktor ini, seperti jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, dan aksesibilitas terhadap bank cabang, menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat terhadap minat menabung, memberikan landasan penting bagi BSI Jambi dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan lokasi cabang untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menabung

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of faktor s of religiosity, pocket money, and socioeconomic status of parents on the consumption patterns of students at Darul Arifin Jambi Islamic Boarding Schoo both partially and simultaneously. The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge and insight in the field of consumption patterns, both for researchers and those who need the information. In this study, researchers tried to find solutions to the problems of students who stil have consumptive behavior. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was the students of Darul Arifin Jambi Islamic Boarding School, which totaled 1,237 students. In this study, researchers used the Slovin formula obtained 166 people as samples. Data collection techniques are carried out through the use of questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include data quality tests, classica assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the regression test showed that the three independent variables had a significant influence on Consumption Patterns. The regression coefficients of Religiosity, Pocket Money, and Socioeconomic Status of Parents were 0.290, 0.132, and 0.202, respectively. Partia testing shows that individually, the three independent variables also have a significant influence on Consumption Patterns. Test F shows that simultaneously, the three independent variables together have a significant effect on Consumption Patterns. An Adjusted R2 value of 40.5% indicates that the independent variable can explain 40.5% of the variation in Consumption Patterns, while 59.5% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. This study concluded that religiosity, pocket money, and socioeconomic status of parents have a significant effect on the consumption patterns of students at Darul Arifin Jambi Islamic Boarding School. Jointly or simultaneously, these three variables influence consumption patterns, besides that in the sobe test it is known that pocket money acts as a mediator in the influence of socioeconomic status of parents on consumption patterns.

Abstract

The Islamic capital market in Indonesia has witnessed significant progress, particularly in the development of products such as Shariah equity mutual funds. In the period 2017-2022, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of Shariah equity mutual funds reached IDR 153,40 trillion. However, in terms of performance, Shariah equity mutual funds still recorded minor results. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has endeavored to enhance the potential of the Islamic capital market through the launch of the Shariah Capital Market Roadmap 2020-2024. To evaluate the positive impact of this policy, this research examines the factors influencing the performance of Shariah equity mutual funds during the period 2017-2022. A quantitative descriptive approach is employed using non-probability judgement sampling. Panel data is analyzed using multiple linear regression, with dummy variables used to identify performance differences before and after the implementation of the Shariah Capital Market Roadmap 2020-2024. Research findings indicate that cashflow, IHSG (Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index), and the age of Shariah equity mutual funds significantly influence performance. However, the impact of NAV is observed but not statistically significant. The dummy variable shows a negative and significant value, indicating performance differences between the two observed periods

Abstract

The presence of Islamic insurance in Indonesia was marked by the existence of PT Syarikat Takaful Indonesia which operated in 1994 and after that Islamic insurance companies began to stand The presence of Islamic insurance is the answer to the prohibition of conventional insurance. This study aims to determine the implementation of maqashid sharia in Islamic insurance. The method used in this article uses a literature study (Library Reasearch). The results obtained are that the practice of maqashid sharia has been implemented by Islamic insurance. Insurance protection in maintaining religion (hifdzu din) to realize the perfection of worship, namely pilgrimage insurance. Keeping the soul (hifdzu nafs) to prevent things that will threaten the soul and cause disability or death, namely accident insurance. Keeping the mind (hifdzu aql) to protect the mind from damage, namely by learning, such as education insurance. Keeping offspring (hifdzu nasl) can be realized with education insurance that will help heirs to be able to continue their lives for the better. Keeping property (hifdzu mal) to overcome the risk of loss, namely with general takaful.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables, namely economic growth, inflation and foreign exchange rates on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The data sources for macroeconomic variables in this study are secondary data published by BPS and SEKI, while the profitability data for 14 Islamic banks in Indonesia are taken from the OJK Sharia Banking Statistics. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with panel data analysis. The results showed that there was no significant effect of macroeconomic variables, namely economic growth, inflation and exchange rate variables on the profitability of Islamic banks partially, but simultaneously significant.

Abstract

At this time the halal industry in Indonesia is becoming a public concern, especially in the field of fashion. The development of fashion trends cannot be separated from the existence of increasingly trendy technology, so business actors are trying to take advantage of these technological developments as a means of ideas and innovations to create products that are appropriate for their time in order to attract the attention of consumers and be able to compete in the market. With the development of syar'i fashion trends, resulting in the increase in sharia business, many designers continue to be innovative by bringing up many designs that are in demand by the public. This study aims to determine the trend of sharia fashion in the modern era in the city of Bandung, as well as find out how far the development of sharia fashion in the modern era. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach by collecting data sourced from previous research, obtained through Google scholar and dimensions. The results of this study show that the halal industry in the fashion sector has become a trend and has a very big opportunity to develop the halal fashion sector. However, behind the great opportunities there are challenges that must be faced including: Lack of halal awareness in Indonesian society, Lack of Public Understanding of the Concept of Halal in Fashion, not many fashion MSMEs that take care of halal certification, low awareness of the Indonesian people to compete.

Abstract

E-commerce has become the new favorite in terms of shopping for people around the world, including in Indonesia. Among the various e-commerce that can be accessed in Indonesia, one that is quite well-known and widely used is the Shopee marketplace. Shopee is a shopping application with a marketing strategy through various interesting features, one of which is quite well known is the live streaming feature. Live streaming is a feature that sellers use to create streaming sessions and promote shops & products directly to consumers. Consumers can directly communicate with sellers in real-time to find out more about the product. In this case the author conducted research using a qualitative descriptive method, the researcher described an event or phenomenon that occurred in society related to Shopee's marketing strategy and analyzed this phenomenon in terms of Islamic business ethics, whether the live streaming strategy was in accordance with Islamic business ethics or not. Based on the research results, the marketing strategy through live streaming is in accordance with Islamic business ethics, because live streaming has several regulations that are in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Abstract

Strategi Direct Fundraising merupakan salah satu Program yang sangat berpotensi kuat dalam meningkatkan manajemen Pengumpulan zakat pada Badana Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Metode ini merupakan salah satu teknik penggalangan dana dimana metode ini mengedepankan interaksi langsung dengan muzakki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa seberapa besar potensi Program Direct Fundraising yang dilaksanakan pada BAZNAS Kota Bukittinggi dalam pengelolaan zakat dengan fokus pembahasan pada : 1) Kesesuaian pelaksanaan sistem Program Direct Fundraising dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kota Bukittinggi dengan pendekatan cause and effect diagram dengan Sistem Program Direct Fundraising yang seharusnya, 2) Permasalahan apa saja yang ada pada Program Direct Fundraising BAZNAS Kota Bukittinggi 3) Bagaimana solusi permasalahan pada Program Direct Fundraising yang ada di BAZNAS Kota Bukittinggi. Alat analisis yang penulis gunakan adalah cause-and-effect diagram (Diagram Tulang Ikan), yaitu suatu grafik yang menunjukkan hubungan antara suatu masalah dan kemungkinan penyebabnya maka dengan itu besar kemungkinan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dan referensi yang mudah dipahami oleh berbagai Pihak. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Dalam upaya pelaksanaan Program Direct Fundraising zakat BAZNAS Kota Bukittinggi senantiasa mengutamakan aspek efektifitas, yaitu pengelolaan yang memenuhi unsur-unsur ketepatan dan objektifitas, dalam arti pengelolaan zakat dilakukan secara terencana dan sistematis, namun dalam pelaksanaan dan perencanaan masih ada unsur-unsur yang belum terpenuhi seperti : belum terlaksananya follow up dan laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan kepada muzaki dan kurangnya pengawasan, (2) Untuk kedepan hendaknya BAZNAS Kota Bukittinggi memberikan lebih mengedukasikan kepada masyarakat tentang ajaran syariah terutama mengenai zakat dan dampak dari terkelolanya zakat dengan baik, melaksanakan Pelatihan Pelayanan Prima dan pengimplementasian seluruh SOP yang ada.

Abstract

Prinsip manajemen dalam Islam terdapat dalam surah as-Sajadah yang dikenal dengan at-tadbir. Menajemen risiko adalah kejadian yang tidak menguntungkan atau kejadian yang tidak sesuai dengan yang semestinya. Islam senantiasa menganjurkan kepada umatnya untuk menghindar dari risiko kendatipun harus meyakini taqdir Tuhan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan mengacu pada sumber literatur seperti kitab tafsir, qawaid fiqh, dan manajemen risiko. Peneliti memeriksa secara rinci dan mendalam berbagai aspek yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini menggali informasi dari kitab-kitab tafsir untuk memahami makna dan tafsir dari teks-teks Al-Quran yang relevan dengan topik yang sedang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulannya melalui literatur yang relevan dan absah, yang kemudian di analisis secara sistematis lalu disajikan dengan diskripsi secara komprehensip. Tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam dan detail mengenai fenomena yang diteliti serta memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan akurat kepada pembaca tentang aspek-aspek yang terkait dengan topic penelitian. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat menajemen yang dipraktekkan Nabi Muhammad, bagitupun solusi setiap permasalahan bisnis, ekonomi dan dakwah.
