Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the role of Islamic banking in the welfare of society by improving the quality of services provided. The quality of bank services can be measured through service efficiency at bank. This efficiency is a balance between those served and those serving, hereinafter referred to as input and output. In this study, we wanted to know the level of efficiency of Bank Victoria Syariah using the Principal Component Analysis-Data Envelopment Analysis (PCA-DEA) method. The models used are PCA-CCR and DEA-CCR. The input data used are profit sharing ratios, labor costs, total assets, third party funds and fixed assets while the output data used are main operating income, other operating income, buying and selling principle financing, profit sharing financing principles and current assets. From the various PCA-DEA models used, different efficiency values are generated for the same financial statements and there is only one financial report that has a fixed efficiency value among other financial reports, namely the January 2021 financial report. This study aims to determine whether Visibility and Attraction in Typical Person Endorsers affect the purchase intention of halal cosmetic products in Z-generation in East Lombok, and examine the suitability of sharia in the marketing in question. This research was a survey research with a total sampling of 100 people from Z-generation. Data were collected through questionnaires, and analyzed using multiple linear regression methode. The study found that simultaneously Visibility and Attraction have a significant effect on Purchase Intention. Partially, Visibility has no significant effect on consumer buying interest, while Attraction has a (very) significant effect on consumer buying interest. The majority of respondents in buying halal cosmetic products get products that sometimes match and sometimes do not match what is promoted by the Typical Person Endorser, namely 63 respondents or 63.0% of the total.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions from consumers to buy a product are an integral part of a company's products and various factors can determine the existence of a decision on the purchase, such as quality, price, motivation, and interest. Through the application of multiple linear regression analysis methods, this study aims for analyzing and knowing the effect of the variables of quality, price, motivation, and interest on consumer decisions to use the X-Banner Graduation. The object of research analysis was carried out on FEBI UINSU graduates. The results of the analysis show that the variables of interest, motivation, quality, and price have a significant effect on the decision variables. This is stated through the probability value that is owned by the interest and quality variables of 0,000, then the price variable of 0,004 which is smaller than the significance level of 0,01 (1%), while the motivational variable is 0.015, which is smaller than the significance level of 0,05 (5%). On another side, the variables of interest, motivation, quality, and price have a correlation or relationship to the influence of the decision variables that have a positive correlation. This proves that a consumer's decision to consume a product is influenced by several factors that do not only come from internal factors (within the consumer) such as interest and motivation, but there are also external factors from the product to be consumed as well, such as the price and quality of the product as well can influence consumer decisions.

Abstract

The rules of fiqh are one of the important things as a guide for Muslims to solve legal problems they face in everyday life. Without guidelines, they cannot know the boundaries of whether something is permissible to do, nor can they determine which actions are more important to do or which are more important to abandon. Likewise, along with the development of sharia economic cases, it certainly requires regulations related to operational suitability according to sharia principles. Based on this, the idea of forming the DSN emerged. In the Indonesian context, the ideas for producing fatwas on sharia economic products and services actually come from the ijtihad of scholars who are members of an official intuition called the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council or DSN-MUI. Therefore, according to its identity the DSN-MUI has a strategic role in the dynamics of the religious life of the community, including economic issues.

Abstract

Happiness for all Indonesian people seems to have not been realized until now. This phenomenon is certainly a bad image for the country. Policies must provide solutions that can support, advance, and create prosperity for the state and its citizens. Islam has helped overcome these problems through thinkers who can find solutions to the country's economic problems, including Abu Yusuf. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis based on a literature review. Below are some of Abu Yusuf's views on finance. 1) Provision of public facilities by the state. 2) Unproductive land use. 3) Facilitate economic conditions. 4) State management and utilization of natural resources. 5) Application of the Mukasama system. 6) Distribution and transparency of government revenues. 7) Price; 8) Repeal of Jizyah. Abu Yusuf's economic thinking is relevant to the economic policies implemented in Indonesia, and Abu Yusuf's economic thinking on taxation (al-kharaj) is still relevant to be applied to Indonesia's modern economic system.

Abstract

The study aims to analyse the implementation of muzara'ah and its impact on the welfare of freshwater fish farmers in Lingsar sub-district, West Lombok Regency, from Islamic perspectives. This study used a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. The data was collected using participatory observation methods, in-depth and documentation techniques in the form of sound recordings and pictures. Informants were determined by snowball and purposive sampling techniques. The data was analysed using an interactive model that included data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The study revealed that the background of muzara'ah cooperation in raising fish in Lingsar sub-district, West Lombok Regency, is based on the principle of economic mutual need and mutual help (ta'awun). Muzara'ah in fish raising was in accordance with Islamic law, namely the fulfilment of the pillars and legal conditions for the implementation of muzara'ah. Likewise, muzara'ah had an impact on the Islamic welfare of fish farmers in terms of protecting religion (al-Din), the soul (al-Nafs), the mind (al-Aql), offspring (an-nasf), and property (al-Mal).

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of management practices for expanding BMT Al-Markaz Al Islami Makassar's client base. In this study, a qualitative descriptive methodology was employed. The findings indicate that not all individuals can acquire finance and capital loans from conventional and Islamic banks due to their failure to meet all the necessary standards. Based on these issues, the emergence of BMT Al-Markaz Al Islami Makassar is an alternative endeavor to assist the community, particularly in Makassar, which the Bank needs to touch on in fulfilling the restrictions and capital requirements of the business. BMT Al-Markaz Al Islami Makassar, in addition to its role as a business institution, plays a role as an institution in carrying out humanitarian tasks in the form of social missions and da'wah in society by optimizing management patterns in managing institutions so that they can survive and be able to maintain and even increase the number of customers or people who need capital assistance who experience limitations in business.
