About 21% -35% of patients with acute stroke experience aphasia or motor impairment language interpretation. Impact because of the lack of action independence of the nurse in improving Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) is not the fulfillment of the needs of the patient. AAC is media in the form of electronic devices, alphabet boards, drawing boards that contain the basic needs which may be designated by the patient that helps in communicating. The research method is a literature research, focused on the search of some previous research. The results of the research show that the role of transformational leadership increase the AAC in stroke patients aphasia motor through insiparasional motivation where the leader becomes an example to be emulated by subordinates, providing a strong motivation for change with guidance and training, individualizad consideration that is hear input to want to change apply the AAC, Idealized influence where the leader as a mentor who has charisma makes followers want to practice the AAC, and intellectual stimulation is to encourage the subordinates to see problems in aphasia motor can be minimized with the AAC. Obesity is a condition of imbalance in the number of calories entered by the number of calories where the excess is heaped up as body fat. Obesity followed by an increase in fat metabolism will cause Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) production to increase. This condition causes oxidative stress. Indicators of oxidative stress can be observed from plasma levels of Malondialdehyde (MDA). This study aims to determine the risk factors for oxidative stress in obese women. The results of this study indicate that high fat intake (> 60 g / day) is at risk of increasing MDA-P levels twice. Low fiber consumption (<30 gr / day) gives the risk of an increase in MDA-P levels of 2.09 times. Poor physical activity is a risk factor for MDA-P increase of 1.15 times. High cholesterol (> 200mg / l) and LDL (> 130 mg / l) and low HDL (≤45mg / dl) levels are at risk of increasing MDA-P levels by 1.02 times (cholesterol), 1.13 (LDL) ) and 1.12 (HDL). Based on this study it can be concluded that high fat intake, low fiber intake, low physical activity, high cholesterol and HDL levels and low HDL levels are risk factors for oxidative stress.

The calculation of body mass index and duration of anesthesia is the first step of a series of actions performed anesthesia on pediatric patients who planned to undergo anesthesia . The calculation of body mass index and duration of anesthesia determine the smoothness of anesthesia , and the patient's recovery period after general anesthesia. The study is to determine the relationship of body mass index and duration of anesthesia with conscious recovery time after general anesthesia in children using observational analytic cross sectional survey approach. The site of research is in recovery room of The Central Surgery Installation RSUD Kebumen Central Java with as many as 44 research sample consists of body mass index and duration of anesthesia, with postoperative assessment instruments Steward score. The result is patients with conscious recovery time after general anesthesia slowly, over 30 minutes is a patient with a body mass index is not ideal that 13 people ( 68.42 % ) of the total sample whereas patients who recovered quickly in less than or equal to 30 minutes as many as 17 people ( 72 % ) with an ideal tubu mass index of the total sample . From the statistical test Chi-square computer program values obtained value , the probability asymp . Sig . ( 2 - sided ) : 0,008 which means there is a relationship of body mass index of anesthesia with the patient recovery time , and patients recover with time after general anesthesia consciously slowly , over 30 minutes is a patient with a long lebi anesthesia time of 1 hour 12 people ( 75 % ) of the total sample whereas patients who recovered quickly in less than or equal to 30 minutes of 20 people ( 71.43 % ) with a time of anesthesia faster than the total sample . From the statistical test Chi-square computer program values obtained value , the probability asymp. Sig. ( 2 - sided): 0,003 which means there is a long-standing relationship with the anesthesia recovery time of patients, so there is a relationship of body mass index and duration of anesthesia with conscious recovery time

Sleep is a basic human need that must be fulfilled. As you get older the quality of one's sleep will decrease. Sleep quality is a measure where a person can easily start sleeping, can maintain a state of sleep and get adequate REM and NREM sleep stages. Poor sleep quality can increase the risk of hypertension, heart disease, and other medical conditions. Hypertension is the main risk factor for cardiovascular disease and is known as the silent killer because it is asymptomatic. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sleep quality and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. The type of research used was correlative with a case control approach, the sampling technique was purposive sampling with 74 elderly people divided into control groups and case groups. Data collection uses PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) and medical records, then analyzed by Chi-square. The results showed that there was a correlation between sleep quality and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Social Institution in West Java Province (p = 0.047, p <0.05) with a low closeness rate of 0.225. Health workers are expected to be able to provide information about the factors that influence the incidence of hypertension and make efforts that can improve sleep quality in the elderly.
