Abstract

The UNP Hospitality Center virtual tour application aims to help promote to potential visitors, and as an interactive promotional media. Hospitality Center UNP is an inn located in the Padang State University area and has various types of rooms and meeting facilities. Based on interviews with the UNP Hospitality Center internal parties, the promotions used are still using brochures. This tool only provides a little information to potential visitors about the rooms and facilities, namely only with photos and writing, this makes limited information that can be conveyed because with a brochure prospective visitors can only see one picture of each existing facility. The data collection stage was carried out by the method of interviews and direct observation. The next stage for developing the author's application uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MLDC) method. consists of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The main features of this application are: hospitality profile, panorama list, location, floorplan and usage information. With these main features, it is found that by using the UNP Hospitality Center virtual tour application, it can make it easier to promote to prospective UNP Hospitality Center guests.

Abstract

A movie is a spectacle that can be done at a relaxed time. Currently, there are many movies that can be watched via the internet or cinema. Movies that are watched on the internet are sometimes charged to watch so that potential viewers before watching a movie will read comments from users who have watched the movie. The website that is often used to view movie comments today is IMDB. Movie comments are many and varied on the IMDB website, we can see comments based on the star rating aspect. This causes users to have difficulty analyzing other users' comments. So, this study aims to analyze the sentiment of opinions from several comments from IMDB website users using the star rating aspect and will be classified using the support vector machine method (SVM). Sentiment analysis is a classification process to understand the opinions, interactions, and emotions of a document or text. SVM is very efficient for many applications in science and engineering, especially for classification (pattern recognition) problems. In addition to the SVM method, the TF-IDF technique is also used to change the shape of the document into several words. The results obtained by applying the SVM model are 79% accuracy, 75% precision, and 87% recall. The SVM classification is also superior to other methods, namely logistic regression.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and information that is growing rapidly, currently the competition between educational institutions is getting stronger. If an institution is not able to keep up with the progress of information technology which is developing very quickly, it is certain that the institution will be left very far behind from all sides. However, there are things that really need to be considered due to the development of information technology, namely the consideration of the security of information systems owned by the Institution. For that we need an analysis and evaluation of the information system used to identify security in the information system. If the analysis and evaluation is not carried out, problems will arise related to the security of an information system such as data that is vulnerable to threats such as damaged and lost data so that the data becomes invalid. If the data is not valid, it is certain that the information generated will also not be reliable. Evaluation of information system security can be done with the framework. NIST is a framework that can be used to evaluate and identify security and risks in information systems. The information system security evaluation process is carried out by distributing questionnaires to the academic community in accordance with the NIST SP 800-26 framework and the data is managed to obtain the final result. The results of the academic information system security evaluation have an overall final score of 91.6%. The total value is obtained from the results of the number of calculations based on 3 components of the criteria tested, namely management control, operational control, and technical control. And from the 3 assessment criteria there are 17 sub-criteria that exist in each criterion. Based on this data, the security of the academic information system at AMIK Tunas Bangsa is included in the level 2 category, namely Documented Procedures.

Abstract

Anyelir Cake And Bakery is the largest cake shop in Purwakarta which is engaged in the production of various kinds of cakes. In the process of distributing products from the central store to branch stores, they still use WhatsApp to place orders. This causes frequent discrepancies in the number of products requested and the number of products received due to an error in reading the message. In this study, a mobile-based application will be built that is able to manage order data more accurately. The development of this application uses the User Centered Design (UCD). This is a design method that focuses on user needs so that the final result of this application does not need to change user behavior when using the application. The UCD method consists of four stages, namely plan the human centered design, specify user and organizational requirements, product design solutions, and evaluate design against user requirements. In the development process, application testing was carried out to get feedback from users with good scores, namely an average of 4 (agree) and 5 (strongly agree). This shows that the application is in accordance with the needs of the user.
