Abstract

Human resources an important role for the agency. Good employee performance can provide a good image for the company. Many companies give rewards or rewards to their employees for their work performance. The assessment is done in addition to giving or appreciation as well as motivation for employees to work better. Problems that often occur in the employee appraisal process are the large number of employees and the criteria assessed and data processing are still in conventional process so that takes a long time and the results of the assessment are still not objective. To overcome, application was built could simplify the employee performance appraisal process. The method used is Profile Matching to assess and determine employees who excel. Factors or criteria used in the form of performance, discipline, honesty, years of service, cooperation. Profile matching is broadly the process of comparing the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value. Application is built based on web with PHP programming and MYSQL. To help the process of employee performance appraisal at Universitas Prima Indonesia. Collecting data in research using literature studies, observations, interviews, and sampling. Result the research is Profile Matching Method can be use for Decision Support System in determining employee achievement, with the highest calculation results in the sample data obtained by A3 and the lowest position obtained by A1. In academic, research can be an enrichment of teaching materials especially in subject of Decision Support Systems and information systems in general.

Abstract

Pears is a fruit that is widely available in tropical climates such as in western Europe, Asia, Africa and one of them is Indonesia. There are many types of pears in Indonesia. Types of pears can be distinguished from the color, size, and shape. But it is still difficult for ordinary people to get to know the types of pears. This is what gave rise to the idea to conduct research related to image processing to classify three types of pears namely abate, red and william pears in order to help determine the type of pears. The pear type classification process is done by verify the image of pears based on existing training data. The research method used consisted of preprocessing image segmentation with morphological operations and feature extraction into Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The classification algorithm used is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). The use of adequate training data will further improve the classification of types of pears. The final results of this study amounted to 87.5%.

Abstract

The number of business interests nowadays, many people use flight services to reach distant areas and must be traveled by very complex flight services. Such conditions have resulted in a large number of airlines requiring flight attendants to service their passengers on the plane. So that the right method is needed to carry out the selection process for flight attendants, the ELECTRE method is one solution that can be done for the flight attendant's selection process. The results obtained from the selection process of flight attendants without a score, because they have used the elimination process through threshold concordance and threshold discordance as follows, out of nine candidates for flight attendants who have passed the selection are flight attendants-3, flight attendants-6 and flight attendants-7, while others are not acceptable. So that through the results of the selection that has been done with the collaboratin AHP and ELECTRE method, by seeing the results obtained from aggregate matrices dominant.

Abstract

Mengajarkan Al-Qur’an dan Doa kepada anak-anak merupakan hal yang akan mendekatkan anak dengan pedoman hidupnya dan selalu dekat dengan Allah. Biasanya hal pertama yang diajarkan adalah dengan memperkenalkan huruf hijaiyah agar kelak mereka dapat membaca Al-Qur’an. Huruf hijaiyah yang terdiri dari 29 huruf tersebut, mempunyai bentuk dan karakter berbeda-beda pada penekanan bentuk dan titiknya, hal ini kadang sering menyulitkan anak-anak untuk dapat dengan cepat melafalkan dan menghafal ke 29 huruf hijaiyah tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu strategi pembelajaran belajar sambil bermain yang dapat menarik minat anak untuk lebih tertarik mengenal, melafalkan huruf hijayah dan dimana sebaiknya setiap huruf dikenalkan dengan bentuk permainan gambar puzzle yang menarik, dimana Artificial Intelegent yang telah diletakkan pada teknologi RFID yang nantinya ketika anak-anak memilih huruf dan gambar lalu menyusunnya, mereka akan mendengarkan bacaan huruf hijaiyah yang akan terputar sendiri dari Module MP3 yang telah di sinkronisasikan oleh Artificial intelegent , itu akan lebih menyenangkan dan mudah dipahami oleh anak, anak akan merasa serasa bermain padahal tanpa terasa anak sedang belajar huruf-huruf hijaiyah. Cara tersebut akan membantu tahapan awal anak dalam belajar mengenal Al-Quran dan menghafal huruf hijaiyah dengan efektif.

A map is one of the cartographic scientific products that is used as a guide to access locations or places. The use of information technology and computer systems in cartography can increase the value of map products to be interactive and can be accessed online via the internet. Abstract

Merancang dan membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang tentu paling populer android saat ini dirasakan begitu mudah. Adalah react native sebuah framework javascript yang dikembangkan oleh facebook dan memungkinkan kita membuat aplikasi mobile android ataupun ios. Dengan expo yang berbasis framework react native ini memungkinkan pengguna atau para pengembang aplikasi dapat secara langsung melihat hasil atau compile proyek pengerjaan code editor. Seiring dengan penjelasan tersebut pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis apakah sistem pada react native dengan expo memiliki akseptabilitas berdasarkan kriteria usability. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner terdiri dari 13 pertanyaan yang dikelompokan menjadi lima variable usability. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang diperoleh bahwa lima variable yang digunakan kuesioner menunjukan satu variable signifikan digunakan untuk menganalisis usability sistem yaitu memorability. Dan hasil evalusasi/pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai penerimaan usability oleh pengguna berada di atas angka 3 (diatas nilai tengah) dalam skala 5. Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kenaikan tingkat usability adalah mudah diingat dan dipelajari sekaligus berpengaruh positif dalam menaikkan tingkat akseptabilitas sistem.

Abstract

Academic Information System (Sistem Informasi Akademik aka SIAKAD) Online of Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) is one of the applications used to facilitate the administration process of lectures which includes the filling process of study plan cards (Kartu Rencana Studi aka KRS), study result cards (Kartu Hasil Studi aka KHS), class schedules, submission of research titles, seminars, and other processes. SIAKAD UNPRI can be accessed by students, lecturers, and academics where every user has a password that has been encrypted to maintain the security of information from people who are not responsible, password security using the encryption method needs to be changed regularly, but there are still many students, lecturers and academic community who are reluctant to change passwords. To improve the security verification stage for SIAKAD users, we propose a face recognition feature approach. Face recognition is a feature that allows the identification of someone from a digital image or video. The way the facial recognition method works is by comparing face data from the camera or images with images that were previously stored in a database. In this study, the Kohonen SOM method is proposed for face identification based on the feature extraction approach of discrete cosine transform (DCT), linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and principal component analysis (PCA) to improve the security of UNPRI SIAKAD users. The analytical framework is done by requiring students to do face taking, where each student will save 5 (five) faces extracted with facial features using the DCT, LDA and PCA model approach, feature extraction results are used as input to the Kohonen SOM network for training and testing facial recognition, then analysis of the effect of DCT, LDA and PCA feature extraction on the Kohonen network on facial recognition accuracy.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik adalah segala kegiatan pelayanan yang dilaksanakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik sebagai upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan penerima pelayanan, maupun dalam rangka pelaksanaan ketentuan peraturan perundang –undangan. Salah satu pelayanan public yang paling sering dikeluhan adalah E-KTP menurut data sisa perekaman masih banyak yang belum melakukan perekaman data tersebut. Untuk melihat kepuasan mayarakat terhadap pelayanan public perlu dibuatnya klasifikasi keluhanan masyarakat. Keluhan dari masyarakat dikumpulkan dalam bentuk pertanyaan yang telah disebar sebelumnya. Data yang dikumpulkan akan diklasifikasi menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes ditambah dengan optimasi menggunakan Algoritma Genetik. Hasil klasifikasi akan didapat nilai akurasinya. Akurasi akan dibandingkan pengaruh optimasinya. Pengujian akurasi menunjukan Naïve Bayes ditambah optimasi menggunakan Algoritma Genetik dengan pemilihan Roulette Wheel memiliki nilai akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pemilihan skema default.

Abstract

Education is an important factor in the development of science and the technology. Quality of service is an important element in the institution of education for the quality service of education that will produce high-quality graduates as well. The importance of service quality makes it a part of the Higher Education Quality Standards. Cadets Satisfaction to services is a benchmark to find out the quality of service at Medan Aviation Polytechnic. This research aims to determine the level of Cadets satisfaction to Medan Aviation Polytechnic service towards learning management standard services and standards for infrastructure facilities. The results of the study will be used as references in developing quality standards of Medan Aviation Polytechnic. The method used was Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, with a total sample of 44 people. Analysis of the data is done with test validity, reliability, planning matrices and matrix House of Quality (HOQ). Analysis results shows the level of cadets satisfaction highest is the dimension Realibility to value the satisfaction of 4.01 followed by the dimensions of Assurance with the value of the satisfaction of 3.98, then the dimension Empaty to value the satisfaction of 3.97 and then at Responsivness dimension with satisfaction value 3.95 and the last is Tangibility dimension with satisfaction value 3.92.
