Abstract

Human beings are living things that have desires and various needs. It is this condition that causes humans to be often referred to as the wanting creature. To fulfill all desires, needs until the point of satisfaction is reached, in addition to making several efforts / actions, one also needs a variety of tools. Human beings begin to realize, only through cooperation within the organization, will he obtain effective and efficient work, and therefore man desperately needs the organization. In organizing each individual can interact with all related structures either directly or indirectly to the organization they choose.Every organization must have a goal, whether a single goal or multiple goals. This principle seems to have become an axiom, that organization is merely a tool for achieving a goal, not a goal itself. The consequence of this is that each part of the organization must contribute or contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of those parts and each section must have its own clear objectives in order to support the achievement of the general objectives of the organization.A student organization that forms a shared life in which its members are bound by pure and natural and eternal inner relationships. The basis of the relationship is the sense of love and inner unity of fellow Muslims that has indeed been bonded. Badan Tadzkir FISIP UNSRAT itself belongs to a group of students in which the group itself is born from a binding equation among the members of the group. The direct participation of members in Badan Tadzkir is seen in two forms, namely planting the values of the brotherhood of fellow Muslims through a forum of friendship. As well as being willing to help the difficulties of every member on campus. Keywords: organization, student, campus

Abstract

This paper examines the meaning of dui 'menre' or panai money 'in exogamous marriages among Bugis-Makassar male migrants in Manado. Traditionally, an endogamous marriage is a marriage that is considered ideal for the people of these ethnic groups in their area of origin. The results of this study indicate that the Bugis-Makassar male migrants in Manado have a set of knowledge or categorization, namely; where is dui 'menre' or panai money 'and which is also called dowry or sompa which must be fulfilled according to Islamic law. By having this categorization ability, the dowry or marriage ceremony is what they prioritize over dui 'menre' or panai money 'because dowry is a religious commandment (Islam) that they adhere to. The viewpoint of male BugisMakassar immigrants when marrying other ethnic groups in Manado is that they are no longer obliged to give dui’ menre’ or uang panai’ to women due to several reasons. Keywords: Exogamous Marriage, Bugis-Makassar Migrants, dui menre' / uang panai

Abstract

The presence of PT Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) Company for The Central Halmahera Site in Tanjung Ulie Lelilef Village, Central Vedic District, has brought hope for the Mining Circle community, especially those in the Ring One category with the hope of absorbing the male and female labor. The opportunity for women to be accepted as mine employees is very welcome in the midst of a business field known to the general public as "the world of Adam". Women are also required to have professionalism and performance equal to men, without abandoning their nature, gentle, conscientious and also assertive. The lure of an established salary is a factor that makes many people want to work in this industry, including women. This does not mean that women are not able and do not want to work in the mines. The emergence of differences in the concept of gender between men and women is due to many things, among which are formed, socialized, strengthened, even constructed socially or culturally, as well as through religious teachings. The prowess of women mining workers can not only be seen in the work area alone. They are generally women who have husbands and children. Such status requires them to be able to double role, as workers as well as housewives. By working as Women Workers, they feel a change in their lives, i.e. they become more cared for by the family, involved in decision making, can help the family economy and improve the social status of the family. Abstract

Indonesia is a multi-cultural country. South Sulawesi itself is known for its cultural diversity which is certainly rooted in the diversity of values that exist in its customary law society. The diversity of values in indigenous peoples in South Sulawesi is an ancestral heritage that has its own peculiarities. One of the unique Bugis traditions that has been going on since ancient times until now is the existence of Bissu. Bissu itself does not fall into the male or female categories. Bissu's duties and role in every Bugis ceremony are as pastors or traditional stakeholders even though Bissu is a community that is highly respected by Bugis people, especially during the kingdom. But nowadays the existence and existence of the Bissu began to become extinct or as if lost and many experienced less sympathy treatment from religious and government in South Sulawesi, even often received repressive treatment. In addition to the extinction of the role and function of Bissu also experienced changes both the value and the form of culture.Although the situation has changed, Bissu community still exists with all its shortcomings. The shrinking number of Bissu and the irregular implementation of traditional ceremonies caused the regeneration of Bissu to gain attention. Bissu's receding success has had an impact on the preservation of other Bugis culture and traditions. Bissu community as the identity of Bugis culture, which has been entrenched in people's lives is feared to be extinct. Keywords: bissu, changes, existence

For Manado City, there are several traditional markets and supermarkets that sell fish to consumers directly, one of which is Bersehati Market. The power of social networks facilitates the mobility of trade, where the efforts they are diligent in moving economic resources are needed as well as communication and information for fellow traders. So social relations or networks in the world of trade is very important to be able to meet market demand for traders, especially in the Area of Bersehati Market.Social capital is well maintained especially those who work on average are experienced then the supporting element is also trust.
