Abstract

Jereis the building stones of the composition that is believed to have supernatural powers by residents of North Maluku. Ritual Jere is one of the cultural relics of the megalithic heritage (large stone) is still practiced in the life of the community, North Maluku particularly Tidore. In scientific or archaeological Antiquities subsume Jere building site as the phallus. Commemorative site in General is indeed used as one of the media in religious practice for the community supporting the culture. This study uses qualitative methods, so that research can generate descriptive data that is in the form of words, the source data is written and the photos. The results of the data in the form of the words, able to explain existing problems.Jere ritual or sacred tomb is a pilgrimage to the traditions of the societies that have the dual dimension of Ome, namely as a sacred religious ritual full of meaning and as a cultural tradition. The ritual was entirely related to jere tomb of the people who spread the religion of Islam which were sacred, because he has these advantages that cannot be explained with logic. Goals and purpose of ritual execution because of a strong desire to tawasul (convey greetings) to such person as a mediator who is believed to be able to forward your prayer requests to God, due to the proximity of him with God.Keywords : Jere, religious, ritual

Abstract

Agriculture as the main livelihood in human life has undergone a long process of development in the history of human culture. Siau people in the village especially Dame in this case choosing farming as a way or the type of activity chosen in the procurement of goods or goods and services to meet their needs, is also driven by the circumstances and the type of resource that can be used on the natural environment in place they live. How they sustain life while geographically around the volcano is Mount Karangetang. This need for adaptation strategies that farmers strive to try to manage and survive in environmental conditions. Nutmeg crop and thus has a strategic role to support people's lives for the better, at least this plant has two main roles in human life, both economically and environmentally. To make ends meet before harvest time the farmers in the village of Dame nutmeg using adaptation strategies to seek livelihood sideline as motorcycle taxis, baggage workers and farm laborers. Abstract

Education in the family is the first and foremost education base. A harmonious and happy family situation will give birth to a child or a good and responsible successor generation. The role parents should be as the first person in the study of the fundamentals of education on his children.In reality, most students Prefer to play, watch TV and others. The relationship that will be done between parents and teachers at SMP Negeri Satu Atap1 West Halmahera Village of Buo district of Loloda, West Halmahera regency of North Maluku, is holding a meeting or meeting to discuss increasing the students' learning interest School principals, parents and teachers related to student activities at home and at school. It is thus necessary that the relationship between parents and teachers is needed, so that students' learning interest will continue to increase so that students can excel in the future.A number of experiments and observations strengthened the fact that much of the student learned from his teacher. The growth of the worldwide computer network known as the Internet is massively has facilitated the emergence groups of people who receive and share information, among others through conversation / chat via online media such as discussion forums, facebook, twitter, etc. One of today's online media are most influential in forming a large number of these people groups that interact and integrate is media online games (online games). Here will be studied, the social behavior of individual players online game "Perfect World", Also the change of their behavior within the family and society. Behaviors of individuals in a community is a form of interaction between individual characteristics with the characteristics of the community. Abstract

The problems were found in the Waitina village have a research concerning with public participation in the Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (posyandu) that is the facilities required by health workers so that the service less so fulfilling for the more especially for toddlers and pregnant mothers. Program that should run well or effective finally not in accordance with what is expected, and communities still have not too knowing benefit and importance of posyandu for toddlers and mothers pregnant. At first programs Posyandu carried out by the specific health to toddlers and pregnant mothers less is on good cooperation. It means, the community was not care with these programs, they are more inclined to silence at home rather than go to the PUSKESMAS join the programs Posyandu carried out by the health, but through socialization by Posyandu officers slowly but surely there has been a change in the community because of right now the were very excited about Posyandu programs. Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of improving public service performance in the Malalayang District office in Manado City. From the results of the study show that the implementation of services in Malalayang District seen from the identification of internal environment and external environment include: strengths (weaknesses), (weakness), opportunities (opportunities), and threats (threaths), namely: (1) Strength (strength), the condition of service of the Malalayang District office is actually quite good, all are in accordance with the SOP and in accordance with the procedures required. Facilities and infrastructure are quite adequate to have a public room, and a front office, besides that it is also equipped with lactation room facilities, children's room, smoking area, and toilet. (2) Weakness (weakness), the human resources of the Malalayang Sub-district office have been placed in accordance with their competencies, except that it is necessary to add IT department HR who can use information technology so that they can provide effective and clear information and connect directly with the community. (3) Opportunities, participation is needed in improving services, because the government cannot work optimally without the support of the community and stakeholders. (4) Threaths, services that are considered to be lacking in terms of service counters that make visitors have to wait, because the space is full when the applicant's situation is crowded.Keywords: Strategy, Performance, Public Service.

Abstract

Geographically Indonesia is the state of the islands lib reached 70 percent of the total territory. Thus the condition of the sea being thus broad accompanied wealth of natural resources so big, in fact Indonesia has not been able to become a developed. One of the problem is business player fisheries which is still dominated by traditional fishermen. Community fishermen is part of one the Indonesian people which lives with the potential resources manage fisheries. In general, the fishermen still experienced technology limitations arrest operation so that the region has become limited, only around coastal waters. In addition, dependency on very high season and not every moment can fishermen at the sea, especially on the season the waves, that lasts more than one month. This research aims to understand how the patron client relationship between community fishermen in the village of Kangkunawe. This research methodology using qualitative approach, and the collection technique or data processing in this research namely by means of observation / observation, interview / the interview, and documentation. This research result showed that the relationship between boss with fishermen tolerably good because between boss with fishermen pulling helping and mutually beneficial, and between boss with fishermen never happened conflict. Even though the government had worked counselor, coaching and briefing about awareness and concern for the environment around them.Clean environment is imaging all of, but is not easy to create environments our look clean and tidy so that would be comfortable seen. Often because bustle and various another reason, so that we less aware of cleanliness of the environment in around us.Tuabatu village there were a habit people who throw garbage in public places this is very relating to the level of public awareness. The habit is very difficult to overcome that it deals with a tradition.
