Abstract

ABSTRACT  The focus of this research is to understand the possibility of changes in the behavior of consumer demand for products in traditional markets, whether caused by internal and external factors. Traditional markets tend to focus on fresh agricultural products (perishable goods), daily and low quality durable goods, while the more modern market focus on  the product packaging factory. In fact the growing type of manufacturing product, less accomodated in the traditional market. Conveniences and other factors are the important key of appeal of the traditional market. If proportion of such as consumers are greater, the the traditional market would experience faster transition into smaller markets and increasing incompetitiveness. Existence of change in traditional markets is a natural, associated  with  the  diversification  and  differention  of  product,  consumera  levvel  of  income, technology, education, land use and changes in consumers lifestyles. Keywords: consumer preference, agricultural products, conveniece market   DINAMIKA BISNIS PADA PASAR TRADISIONAL DARI SISI PERMINTAAN KONSUMEN DENGAN PENDEKATAN DEMAN PREFERENCE ABSTRAK  Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah berupaya memahami kemungkinan perubahan perilaku permintaan konsumen terhadap produk yang ada pada pasar tradisional, baik yang disebabkan oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal yang mempengaruhinya. Pasar tradisional cenderung fokus pada produk pertanian segar (perishable goods) dan sedikit barang tahan lama kualitas biasa hingga rendah, sedangkan pasar modern lebih pada produk kemasan pabrik. Secara faktual jenis produk pabrikan yang semakin berkembang,  kurang terakomodasi  di  pasar tradisional. Kenyamanan  dan ketertiban adalah  kunci penting bagi daya tarik pasar tradisional. Bila proporsi yang tidak sesuai preferensinya semakin besar, maka pasar tradisional akan mengalami transisi lebih cepat menjadi pasar sub masyarakat tertentu saja dan semakin tidak kompetitif. Eksistensi pasar tradisional yang mengalami perubahan adalah hal alamiah, terkait dengan perkembangan diversifikasi dan diferensiasi produk, tingkat pendapatan, teknologi, tingkat pendidikan, perubahan tata guna lahan dan perubahan dalam pola hidup konsumen.  Kata kunci: preferensi konsumen, produk segara pertanian, kenyamanan pasar.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the human capital approach to manage human resources becoming more productive. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive research. Human capital approach for the implementation has five main components, namely individual capability, individual motivation, the organization climate, workgroup effectiveness and leadership. the importance of the role of human resources in the activities of the company, then the company should manage human resources as best as possible because the key to success of a company is not only the benefits of technology and the availability of funds, but also on the human factor. Based on observations in Indonesia, there  are still many companies thathave not implemented the most optimal approach to human capital. The results of the study indicate that the human capital component is not yet optimal, especially in terms of individual capability and individual motivation.Keywords : Human capital approach, individual capability, individual motivation, the                   organization climate, workgroup effectiveness and leadership ABSTRAKTulisan ini membahas pendekatan human capital untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia yang lebih produktif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pendekatan human capital menerapkan lima komponen utama, yaitu individual capability, individual motivation, the organization climate, workgroup effectiveness dan leadership. Menyadari pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dalam kegiatan perusahaan, maka hendaknya perusahaan perlu mengelola sumber daya manusia sebaik mungkin karena kunci sukses suatu perusahaan bukan hanya pada keunggulan teknologi dan tersedianya dana, melainkan juga pada faktor manusianya. Berdasarkan pengamatan masih banyak perusahaan di Indonesia yang belum menerapkan pendekatan human capital secara optimal. Abstract

THE EFFECT OF MACRO-ECONOMIC AND PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS TO JAKARTA COMPOSITE INDEX ON INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE: STUDY PERIOD 2012 - 2016 Dian FordianDepartment of Business Administration ScienceFaculty Social and Political Sciences University of PadjadjaranEmail : d.fordian@unpad.ac.id ABSTRACTThis study aimed to examine the effect of macro-economic indicators of Indonesia, inflation, BI rate, the rupiah against the US dollar, as well as the 2014 presidential election on Jakarta Composite Index  (JCI) in Indonesia Stock Exchange period from February 2012 until August, 2016.Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable inflation, BI rate, exchange rate, and presidential elections simultaneously affect JCI. Variable exchange rate and the BI rate variable partially affecting JCI. The coefficient of determination in this research is at 0.8654. The figure shows the ability of independent variables in explaining or explain the dependent variable is equal to 86.54%, while the rest is explained by other independent variable that is not included in the regression model. Keywords: JCI, inflation, BI rate, exchange rate, the presidential election  PENGARUH MAKRO EKONOMI DAN PEMILIHAN PRESIDEN TERHADAP INDEKS HARGA SAHAM GABUNGAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA: STUDI PERIODE 2012 – 2016 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh  makro ekonomi Indonesia yaitu inflasi, BI rate, nilai tukar rupiah, serta pemilihan presiden tahun 2014 terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode bulan Februari 2012 sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2016.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah multiple linier regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable inflasi, BI rate, nilai tukar, dan pemilihan presiden secara simultan mempengaruhi IHSG. Variable nilai tukar dan BI rate secara parsial mempengaruhi variable IHSG. Nilai koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0.8654. Angka tersebut menunjukkan kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan atau menerangkan variabel dependennya adalah sebesar 86.54%, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel independen lainnya yang tidak dimasukan dalam model regresi. Kata kunci: IHSG, inflasi, BI rate, nilai tukar rupiah, pemilihan presiden

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Stock valuations are reasonable assessment of the price of the stock. Stock valuations done to anticipate potential losses that would be received by investors. This research aims to determine the fair price of stocks and stock picks eligible to be selected in the investment in shares LQ45 index. The method  used  in  this  research  is  descriptive  analysis  with  quantitative  approach.  The  sampling technique purposive sampling of issuers incorporated in LQ45 index period from February 2016. The valuation of the stock price is measured by using the approach of Price Earning Ratio (PER). In conclusion, the results of valuations can be seen that 10 of the 13 companies, namely AKRA, ASII, BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, JSMR, LKPR, MPPA, UNTR and UNVR all in condition undervalued. This means that  the  shares  are  relatively  cheap.  As  for  the  stock  ADRO,  BMRI,  and  SCMA  in  condition overvalued, which means that the shares are expensive. Keywords: valuation of shares, price earning ratio   VALUASI SAHAM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODEPRICE EARNING RATIO (PER) PADA SAHAM INDEKS LQ45  ABSTRAK  Valuasi saham merupakan penilaian terhadap harga yang wajar terhadap suatu saham. Valuasi saham dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi potensi kerugian yang akan diterima investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui harga wajar saham dan memilih saham yang layak untuk dijadikan pilihan dalam investasi pada saham Indeks LQ45. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dari emiten  yang tergabung dalam Indeks  LQ45  periode Februari  2016.  Valuasi  harga  saham diukur dengan  menggunakan  pendekatan  Price  Earning  Ratio (PER). Kesimpulannya,  dari  hasil  valuasi saham dapat diketahui bahwa 10 dari 13 perusahaan, yaitu AKRA, ASII, BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, JSMR, LKPR, MPPA, UNTR dan UNVR semua dalam kondisi undervalued. Hal tersebut berarti saham- saham tersebut tergolong murah. Sedangkan untuk saham ADRO, BMRI, dan SCMA dalam kondisi overvalued, yang berarti saham tersebut tergolong mahal. Kata kunci : valuasi saham, price earning ratio

Abstract

ABSTRACT Rural development needs to be  tune in with the community, because limited capacity of the government. Rural development is possible only with community participation. The concept of partnership-based participation is known as co-management. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the application of co-management concept among stakeholders in rural infrastructure development program. In co-management there are four elements are academia, business, society and government. The method used in this research is descriptive method analysis of primary and secondary data. The results show that co-management can be applied to PPIP activities. Other findings from the study, indicating the role of community elements is more dominant than other elements. Keywords : Co-management, stakeholder    ABSTRAKPembangunan perdesaan memerlukan kebersamaan dengan masyarakat, karena kemampuan pemerintah yang semakin terbatas. Pembangunan perdesaan hanya mungkin bisa dilakukan dengan partisipasi masyarakat. Konsep partisipasi yang berbasiskan kemitraan dikenal dengan co-management. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penerapan konsep co management antar stakeholder dalam program pembangunan infrastruktur perdesaaan. Dalam co-management terdapat empat unsur yaitu akademisi, bisnis, masyarakat dan pemerintah  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan analisis data primer maupun sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa co-management dapat diterapkan pada kegiatan PPIP. Temuan lainnya dari penelitian ,menujukkan peran unsur masyarakat lebih dominan dibanding unsur lain. Kata kunci : Co-management, stakeholder

Abstract

This research explains how the partnerships system built between the comunnities arround the mine with coal mining company. Citizens fostered independence catfish farm business trought programs binuang original catfish  farming system (si Bule Albinoe), the company manages CSR citizens trought funds managed by LPB Baprida. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, data are obtained primarily trought interviews with the target group, secondary data obtained from LPB Baprida. The result showed ; 1) system partnership undertaken by the company  has been very precisely so as to increase income of farmers catfish. 2). a huge market demand of the catfish into opprtunities by catfish farmers in the cultivation development. 3). expand the marketing network of catfish up to the modern market. 4) in the development catfish farming is often monopolized by midlemen so that advantage by catfish farmers againt reduced. This may affect the interest of farmers in developing catfish, but the market demand for the development of this very large catfish.

ABSTRACTThis paper contains about the implementation of business policy and strategy on beauty business Women Entrepreneur. The object studied is the salon NADISSE Bandung by discussing how the business strategy policy MSD salon NADISSE to be analyzed through internal environmental factors in the form of visible assets, invisible assets, and the capabilities of UMKM organizations. EFFECT OF PRICE AND`SERVICE FAIRNESS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN GO-JEK Tetty Herawaty, Pratami Wulan Tresna, Fildy Eka WisudastutiDepartement of Business Administrative ScienceFaculty of Social and Political Sciences University of PadjadjaranEmail: tettyhe@unpad.ac.id, pratamiwulantresna@yahoo.co.id, fildywsdst@gmail.com  ABSTRACT This research aims to study and determine the condition of price fairness, fairness service, and customer satisfaction, as well as the effect of price fairness and fairness towards customer satisfaction service simultaneously and partially on the customer Go-Jek in Jakarta.The research method used is descriptive research design verification with survey.Teknik sampling probability sampling is done by using simple random sampling with 110 people who serve as responden.Teknik analysis of the data used is Simple Equation Model (SEM) approach Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicates there are significant price fairness fairness and service to customer satisfaction in the Go-Jek in Jakarta together. This result means that there is significant influence of price fairness and fairness in partial on customer service satisfaction as seen from the path coefficient. Keywords : price fairness, service fairness, customer satisfaction  PENGARUH PRICE FAIRNESS DAN SERVICE FAIRNESS TERHADAP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PADA GO-JEK ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui kondisi price fairness, service fairness, dan customer satisfaction, serta pengaruh dari price fairness dan service fairness terhadap customer satisfaction secara simultan dan parsial pada pelanggan Go-Jek di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan desain survey.Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dengan 110 orang yang dijadikan sebagai responden.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Simple Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh price fairness dan service fairness terhadap customer satisfaction pada Go-Jek di DKI Jakarta secara bersama-sama. Hasil ini mengartikan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari price fairness dan service fairness secara parsial terhadap customer satisfaction yang dilihat dari path coefficient. Kata kunci : strategi, lembaga bisnis, keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study examined the effect of financial leverage to the profitability at Sub-Sectors of Food and Beverage Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 – 2014 simultaneously and partially. Financial leverage seen from debt ratio and debt to equity ratio, then profitabilitas seen from return on equity.The result of the study revealed debt ratio and debt to equity ratio affected the profitability when it simultaneous. However, when it partial debt ratio did not affect the profitability positively, while debt to equity ratio affected the profitability positively. Keywords : financial leverage, debt ratio, debt to equity ratio, profitability, return on equity.   PENGARUH FINANCIAL LEVERAGE TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2010-2014 ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial levarage terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2014 baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Financial leverage dapat dilihat melalui debt ratiodan debt to equity ratio, sedangkan profitabilitas dapat dilihat melalui return on equity.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel independen, yaitu debt ratio dan debt to equity ratio secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Untuk pengaruh secara parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debt ratio tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas. Kata kunci : financial leverage, debt ratio, debt to equity ratio, profitabilitas, return on equity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a credit program (KUR) in state-owned banks (KUR program of study at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Majalaya). The method used is a qualitative method of data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and non-participant observation. Data analysis techniques, namely the reduction of data, display data and then drawing conclusions. While testing is done by triangulation of data and discussions with members of the research team.Results from the study showed that the implementation process of granting KUR fairly and efficiently. That is the process of credit supply is in accordance with the legislation in force, both legislation and circulars BRI. So even in terms of processing time relatively quickly with quite a lot of stages.
