Abstract

Pelayanan Kesehatan merupakan jaminan kesehatan nasional, adapun proses pelayanan kesehatan dan kualitas kesehatan berkaitan dengan ketersediaan sarana kesehatan yang terdiri dari pelayanan kesehatan dasar (puskesmas, balai pengobatan), pelayanan rujukan (rumah sakit), ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan, peralatan dan obat-obatan. Layanan kesehatan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) harus memahami status kesehatan dan kebutuhan layanan kesehatan masyarakat yang dilayaninya dan mendidik masyarakat tentang layanan kesehatan dasar dan melibatkan masyarakat dalam menentukan bagaimana cara efektif menyelenggarakan layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Gemeh Kecamatan Gemeh Kab. Kep. Talaud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa faktor sistem layanan, mutu layanan kesehatan, penyedia layanan kesehatan dan penunjang layanan kesehatan. Kata kunci : Pelayanan Kesehatan, Puskesmas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the supervisory function of junior high school supervisors atthe Ciamis District Education Office during the covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted usingdescriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary datawith data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation, the data obtained arethen analyzed into a conclusion from the research process. The findings of this study indicate that thefunction of implementing supervision by junior high school supervisors at the Ciamis Regency educationoffice during the covid-19 pandemic is still not good enough and implemented optimally from the fouraspects, two aspects namely the quality of the supervision program, program implementation, creativity,innovation, in the preparation of the supervisory activity/discipline program during the process ofimplementing supervision, as well as reports on program implementation and the supervisor's commitment incarrying out their duties, sensitivity to problems and their dexterity in overcoming problems are considerednot maximal enough in practice in the field, therefore it is expected that school supervisors are more improvethe quality of human resources and supervision programs as well as their commitment to the implementationof supervision so that the implementation of supervision of schools is carried out optimally in order toachieve good school quality.Keywords: Supervision Function, Supervisory Staff, Covid-19

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Village Consultative Body in PinamoronganVillage, Tarerean District, South Minahasa Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Based onthe problems encountered, in carrying out its duties and responsibilities, the Village Consultative Body inPinamorongan Village has not been optimal in carrying out supervision of village administration inPinamorongan village. And based on the results of the research, the members of the Village Consultative Bodyin Pinamorongan Village still lack self-awareness of their duties and responsibilities and there are also somemembers who are inactive and lack a positive response from the village community.Keywords: Implementation , Village Consultative Body, Village Government

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Covid 19 in the implementation of learningat the Efata Christian Elementary School, Bambung Village, Gemeh District, Talaud IslandsRegency. This study used a qualitative research method. In order to obtain accurate, relevant, andaccountable data, the authors use several techniques in data collection, namely through observation,interviews and documentation. The data are then grouped to make it easier to filter which data areneeded and which are not. After grouping, the data is described by the author in the form of text tomake it more understandable. After that, the authors draw conclusions from the data, so that theycan answer the main research problem. From the results of the study, it was found that the impact ofCovid 19 in the implementation of learning at the Efata Christian Elementary School, BambungVillage, Gemeh District, Talaud Islands Regency occurred in the aspect of the impact on publicproblems, especially in the target group, the impact of direct costs incurred to finance the programand indirect impacts incurred as a result of implementation of the Covid 19 handling protocol policy.Keywords: Impact, Covid 19, Learning, School

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Government's strategy for the Pananuareng beach tourismobject, Sangihe Islands Regency during the pandemic Covid-19. This study uses a qualitative approach.Strategy can be seen from the 3 strategic indicators proposed by Fred R. David, namely StrategyFormulation, Implementation, Strategy Assessment. The strategy formulation carried out by the Cultureand Tourism Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency has been going well to formulate new plans and betterprograms for the future in developing the potential for the charm of Pananuareng Beach. Theimplementation of the implementation strategy carried out by the Sangihe Islands Regency Culture andTourism Office has been going well, the facilities and infrastructure are adequate and the existing resourcesare able to be mobilized properly, and also always urges visitors to always comply with health protocols. Wecan see from the strategic assessment of the formulation and implementation that the cultural and tourismservices have been going well.Keywords: Strategy, Government, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Based on the background of the problem that the Village Consultative Council still does notunderstand and understand the work being carried out, this research aims are: to determine the competence ofthe Village Consultative Body in the process of drafting the study village regulations in Gamsida Village,South Mother District, West Halmahera Regency. In this study, the author uses a descriptive type which aimsto describe and carefully describe social phenomena or realities by describing or describing the problemsstudied qualitatively. To obtain information that is in accordance with the problems studied about thecompetence of the village consultative body (BPD) in the process of drafting village regulations, techniquesare used in an effort to collect data, namely through interviews, observations and documentation. The resultsof the study show that the competence of the village consultative body is a very important institution in theimplementation of the preparation of village regulations, one of the success objectives of the competence isthe extent to which the competence of the village consultative body is improved. The competence of thevillage consultative body is also an effort to improve the quality of life and life as much as possible for thewelfare of the village community.Keywords: Competence, Village Consultative Body, Village Regulation

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemamampuan kerja fasilitator dalampendampingan masyarakat di Desa Ranoketang Tua Kecamatan Amurang dengan menggunakanmetode penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori kemampuan kerja yang didalamnyaterdapat tiga aspek keterampilan, kemampuan, etos kerja. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian inimelalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian di analisis sehingga menjadi satukesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja fasilitator di Desa RanoketangTua belum berjalan dengan baik dalam kaitannya dengan keterampilan, kemampuan dan etos kerjafasilitiator. Dimana masyarakat merasa bahwa fasilitator belum memberikan dampak positif terhadapmasyarakat serta belum mampu dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat untuk bekerja sama,serta menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pendamping fasilitator belum bisa mengatur waktu dan kurangmemberikan dukungan dan motivasi bagi masyarakat maupun diri sendiri.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kerja, Fasilitator, Pendampingan Masyarakat

Abstract

In this increasingly developing era, a nation is required to be able to design sustainable developmentstrategies in advancing its nation. This development can be in the form of physical development or otherresources, community empowerment as one of the methods or methods that can be used in the grandframework of national development. The purpose of this study was to determine Community Empowermentthrough the Immanuel Farmer Group Program in Raringis Village, West Langowan District, MinahasaRegency. The theory used in this study is the theory of Community Empowerment from Sumodiningrat(2007) which contains three stages of empowerment, namely the stage of awareness and behavior formation,the stage of transformation of work abilities, and the stage of increasing intellectual abilities. This studyuses descriptive qualitative research, namely to obtain more complete, more in-depth, credible andmeaningful data by conducting interviews with 8 informants and also by collecting documents related tocommunity empowerment so that the objectives of the research will be achieved. The results of this studydescribe community empowerment through the Immanuel farmer group program in Raringis Village, WestLangowan District, Minahasa Regency, it has been going quite well in terms of the application of the threeindicators of the empowerment stage.Keywords : Empowerment, Program, Farmer Group

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan layanan pendidikan bagi seluruh masyarakat merupakan salah satu aspek yangdihadapi oleh pemerintah sampai dengan saat ini. Hal ini terjadi karena pemerintah memiliki tangungjawabdan kewenangan dalam memenuhi kebutuahn masyarakat pada aspek Pendidikan. Sebab melalui prosespendidikanlah maka tujuan negara dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan masyarakat akan tercapai. Penelitian inidilakukan untuk menjelaskan pelayanan pendidikan yang ada di Desa Pusian Barat Kecamatan DumogaKabupaten Bolaang Mongondow pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakanjenis penelitian kualitataif. Penggunaan desain kualitatif dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan pada tahapan –tahapan metode penelitian yang benar. Sebagai upaya pengungkapan data dan fakta lapangan penelitian inimelakukan wawancara kepada sejumlah informan, melakukan observasi dan melakukan pengumpulan datasekunder. Setiap data yang diperoleh dilapangan dikumpulkan, dikategorisasikan, dimaknai dan ditarikkesimpulan guna menjawab masalah yang dipertanyakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan dilakukannya prosespenelitian sampai dengan pembahasan maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelayanan pendidikan yangada di Desa Pusian Barat Kecamatan Dumoga Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow pada masa pandemi Covid 19tetap berjalan dilihat dari aspek pelayanan pengajaran dan pelayanan fasilitas pengajaran.Kata Kunci : Pelayanan pendidikan, Pandemi, Covid 19.

Abstract

Di Negara yang sedang berkembang umumnya kegiatan perekonomiannya sangat ditujukan oleh sektorpertanian. Sehingga pembangunan yang menonjol juga berada pada sektor pertanian. Pembangunanyang mendasar pada sektor pertanian sangat dibutuhkan karena hasilnya dapat meningkatkan mutumakanan penduduk dan kesejahteraan penduduk. Kelompok tani merupakan wadah belajar bersamadimana petani bisa bertukar pengalaman dan pengetahuan sehingga dapat di gunakan sebagai saranauntuk membangun rasa kebersamaan sesama anggota.Salah satu kelompok tani di desa Sasur sudah memiliki anggota-anggota kelompok yang berdaya danberkualitas agar mampu mengembangkan organisasi kelompok tani dengan baik dan sukses, sehinggadapat mensejahterakan anggota-anggota yang ada dalam kelompok tani tersebut. SeiringnyaPemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara telah memiliki program pemberdayaan terhadap kelompoktani di setiap Desa, salah satunya di Desa Sasur Kecamatan Kao. Program tersebut ialah upayapemberdayaan untuk kelompok-kelompok tani, agar mampu mengelola potensi Desa yang diharapkandapat berimplikasi pada peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat. Sehubunga dengan itu, Dinas Pertaniantelah membentuk kelompok tani disetiap Desa sebagai tindaklanjut program Pemerintah Daerah.Adapaun pemberdayaan kelompok tani yang dibentuk telah disuplai anggaran langsung dari APBD,digunakan untuk pemberdayaan kelompok tani. Berdasarkan informasi awal yang diperoleh penelitibahwa kelompok tani tidak lagi berjalan dengan baik, karena anggota kelompok merasa penguruskelompok tani tidak transparasi anggaran yang diperuntukkan untuk pembiayaan programpemberdayaan kelompok tani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kulitatif yang dilakukan dikelompok tani solis Desa Sasur Kecamatan Kao Kabupaten Halmahera Utara. Informan yang ditelitisebanyak 12 informan.Kelompok tani ini memiliki 12 anggota dan mempunyai lahan diantaranya lahan padi ladang 8 Ha,lahan jagung, ubi kayu, ubi jalar, cabe dan kacang tanah ± 𝟏𝟐 Ha. Kelompok tani memiliki alat-alatpertanian yang diberikan oleh dinas pertanian guna menunjang perkembangan pertanian yang dimiliki,diantaranya traktor, alat semprot, cangkul, sekop, garuk rumput. Kurangnya penyuluhan dari dinaspertanian. Pemberdayaan yang di lakuan terhadap kelompok tani solis bertujuan untuk meningkatkankemampuan yang dimiliki oleh setiap anggota.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Solis
