Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style camat on the performanceof employees at the district office. The method used in this research is quantitative method withcorrelation and regression approach. As for the variables in this study are: Leadership Style andPerformance Officer. The sample is part of the population that is representative of the population will betaken. The sample in this study were all Malalayang District Office, the number of 30 people. Thetechniques used to obtain the data in this study were: questionnaires, interviews, observation anddocument study.Regression analysis can be predicted that the achievements of employees will increase or increasesignificantly if the leadership style of a district head further improved, it is certain to be a better employeeperformance or increase significantly. In a simple regression equation, regression coefficient direction (b)of 0.74 is positive which means that if the leadership style increased by one unit, it will be followed by anincrease in employee performance of 0.74 or 74%. Then the value of the constant coefficient (a) is equal to4.86 it means that if there is no change in terms of leadership style Camat then increase employeeperformance is just as big as 4.86 scale.In conclusion Leadership Style at the District Office Malalayang positive and significant impacton the performance of employees, although not entirely work performance of employees affected by theleadership. But an institution / organization, with a much-needed leadership and has a very importantrole on the performance of employees.Key words: Leadership style, Performance

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the role of government apparatus in public service at Puskesmas BahuManado City. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative analysis technique, that is to know the relationshipbetween government apparatus variable in Puskesmas Bahu Manado City with the quality of public service. Thisresearch is kuanlitatif because it uses data that require calculation and use kuanlitatif analysis to give description aboutdata that have been obtained so that more clearly understood. In this research there are variable x, that is professionalismservice officer Puskesmas Bahu. Level accuracy of data and information obtained, the authors assigned the respondentsby purposive as many as 30 patients or families of patients who seek treatment at the Puskesmas Bahu Manado City.Referring to the findings in this study, it is necessary to put forward some suggestions as follows: To optimize theperformance of health services related to the implementation of the dimensions of public service quality, it isrecommended that the management of puskesmas, especially Manado City Health Office encourage efforts to improveand improve service performance health through quality improvement and number of health workers, medical equipmentand other supporting facilities.Keywords: Public role and service

Abstract

ABSTRAK : PP.42 of 2004 mandated that in the execution of official duties and everyday life and everycivil servant is obliged to be guided by the ethical position that applies to all civil servants. However, inreality the values or ethical norms contained in the policies of the ethics office has not been fullyimplemented in earnest by the bureaucratic apparatus (PNS), so that may have an impact on performance.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of ethics policies on theperformance of bureaucratic positions in North Sulawesi Provincial Secretariat.The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Source of data / research respondentswere as many as 50 employees were taken with a random sampling technique from 460 employees inNorth Sulawesi Provincial Secretariat. Data collection using questionnaire and assisted with interviewtechniques. The analysis technique used is the percentage analysis, linear regression analysis and productmoment correlation.The results showed: (1) variable regression coefficient ethical positions on policy implementationlevel and the performance of the apparatus is very significant posifive (2) the correlation coefficient andthe coefficient of determination of office ethics policy implementation variables on the performance of theapparatus is high / strong and highly significant.Based on the results of that study concluded that the implementation of the ethical policy positions hadfunctional relationships and positive influence on the category of high and very significant to theperformance of the apparatus in North Sulawesi Provincial Secretariat. This shows that theimplementation of civil service ethics policy positions (PP.42 2004) has been able to provide a positiveimpact for increased performance bureaucratic apparatus.Based on these conclusions suggested: (1) understanding, appreciation and practice of the ethicalprinciples set out in the civil service ethics policy positions (PP. 42 2004) needs to be an increase in thebureaucratic apparatus. (2) required the commitment of the elite bureaucracy to implement policypositions with good ethics and correct; (3) a continuous basis an assessment of the level of implementationof the ethical policy positions through a monitoring mechanism, and then evaluated and attempted repair.Keywords: ethics policy positions, performance of the apparatus.

Abstract

Abstract : The implementation of mental revolution vale is a mind program from president of republic Indonesia. But the implementation of the program is not run snoothly at this moment cause there are many problems happend in the implementation of mental revolution such as beliefeness, hope, compasionate, and civil cocupation as a subjec.This research uses qualitative research methods. Informant research by as much as 10 (ten) the informant i.e. consists of 1 head of the Agency, 1 Secretary, 1 head of the Agency, then 2 officers and 2 community. Data collection techniques used i.e., interview techniques, techniques of observation/observation, and technical documentation. As well as the Data analysis techniques used for Data Reduction, namely, The Presentation of Data, as well as the withdrawal of conclusions based on research conducted the nation's Unity in the body of researchers and politics of North Minahasa Regency researched through observation, reality as well as data or documents such as the report of the performance government agencies, strategic plan, a long-term plan. Abstract

Based on Law No. 6 of 2014 on the village articles 78, paragraph one and two, village development aims toimprove the welfare of rural communities and quality of life.Human and poverty reduction through the fulfillment of basic needs, development of village facilities andinfrastructure, development of local economic potential, and sustainable use of natural resources andenvironment. Village development as referred to in paragraph two promotes togetherness, kinship and mutualcooperation in order to realize the mainstreaming of peace and social justice.This research uses qualitative method in accordance with title and problem of purpose of this research is toknow how role of head of village leadership in development in Gosoma village and to know role of leadershipfrom village head in completing development even though lack of human resources and personal problem.Keywords: leadership role, village head and development

Abstract: The conception of the village as Consultative Bodies that are desired by Act No. 22 of 1999 is toprovide powerful control functions to the village chief in addition, Consultative bodies of the village isknown for the introduction of the legislative Institutions, and have the authority the authority legislationgenerally in the village. The quality of human resources (public), including the village governmentapparatus and Leadership as well as members of the Village institutions in the improvement of theeffectiveness of implementation of giliranya inhibits the Government village, so there is also an impact onthe effectiveness of Implementation the Government accelerated the slow pace of the village itself.Konstalasi that causes BPD do not proactively with his duties because of the factor of human resources(HR) members. Based on explanation above, the authors are encouraged to conduct research on thesystem of Government with the title role of the Consultative bodies of the village of Efetivitas in improvinggovernance at the village of Tareran Sub-district Koreng South Minahasa Regency.This research uses qualitative research methods deskriptis with the data analysis techniques,described in the form of description sentences by giving interpretation/interpretation based on directinterviews conducted with a sample of existing research object or the respondent is there, so it can be usedby way of presentation techniquesThe research results and conclusions stated that perluanya there is a good relationship between BPDand the Government of the village, an increase in the Metal of the BPD was also in a sense quitenecessary, in order that they may be liable with all their duties and responsibilities.Referring to the conclusions above, in order that the Government shall recommend to hold specialtraining to BPD so that in carrying out tasks they can optimally, it needs also the existence of arelationship between the Government of the village and a tub of BPD as a partner.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: is there a principal leadership influence to the quality ofeducational services in the State Junior 2 East Bolaang Mongondow Regency Modayag. This research isquantitative research. The sample in this study are students of SMP Negeri 2 Modayag a numbering 97people. Data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire, consisting of 8 questions aboutprincipal and 8 questions about the quality of educational services. The issue that you want to answer inthis study which is about whether the leadership of the principal influence on the quality of educationalservices. From the research that has been done and the result of pengolaan data with SPSS. In a test ofthe validity of the shows that all statements on the koesioner there is a valid data because all thecoefficients r count greater than r 0.202 table. Thus, all of the items now declared valid so it can be usedas a research instrument. So also with the reliability test in this research show that the value of thevariable alpha cronbach's the leadership of the principal and the service quality of higher education from0202 then data from the principal and leadership variables the quality of educational services is a datareabel status. If in the view of the t-test because the value t htung of 8.049 > t 1.986 table so that it can beconcluded that there was a great influence on the leadership of the principal (X) to the quality ofeducational services (Y). Based on the hypothesis test showed that there was significant influence betweenthe leadership of the headmaster to quality educational services. This is evidenced showed significantlevels of less than 0.05 0.00 only. It means Ho denied and Ha is received. Based on data obtained from theresults of research done then can be drawn the conclusion that the leadership of the principal influenceon the quality of educational services. Suggestions for teachers and principals in order to provide a serviceand follow the norms of learning with high discipline, thus the process of educational services willproduce a quality learner.Keywords : Leadership, Principal, Service Quality, Education.

Abstract

ABTRACK : This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Academic Portal at SamRatulangi University, especially the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This research was conductedusing qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that: Use of Academic Portal Fispol Sam RatulangiUniversity in Manado was very helpful during the process of learning but not fully effective. Entry portalprovides benefits to the academic institutions, students, lecturers and managers to be able to present all theneeds, such as: Card Planing Study, Lecture Attendance List, Card Study Results, academic transcripts, aswell as matters relating to the management of Graduation and diploma and other data needs. Use ofAcademic Portal in Fispol Unsrat not been effective in terms of time and costs and yet provide satisfaction forall users; Factors Supporting Use of Academic Portal Fispol Sam Ratulangi University in Manado are allelements of the campus, namely: leadership, staff and students as well as quality assurance. In addition, thecentral and provincial government support and human resources employees very major contribution inacademic portal usage; The obstacles encountered in the use of Academic Portal Fispol Sam RatulangiUniversity in Manado is internal constraints and external constraints. Internal constraints are constraintsthat come from the users in this case are the students and lecturers as well as the manager himself who oftenlack discipline in terms of time to access the portal, causing entered data can not be registered because itdelays access and input data online. External constraints are the constraints that come from outside which inthis case is a disorder of the Internet network; and efforts are being made to overcome the obstaclesencountered in the use of the portal academic Fispol Sam Ratulangi University in Manado not all beimplemented must be through socialization and introduction to the faculty and students back, also in theform of an announcement on the bulletin boards of faculty regarding the charging time and the deadline forfilling the portal academic , but it also attempted dissemination through seminars to introduce more featuresand for the smooth process of the lecture. Besides maximizing the existing infrastructure to support theoperation of the academic portal usage such as efforts to overcome problems with the procurement networkof free internet network in a campus environment and other measures which have not been done.Keywords: Effectiveness, Academic Portal

ABSTRACt: It is the strategy of public relations that can maintain the corporate image of PT. Trakindo ofManado. This can be scen from the result of the research held in the PT. Trakindo. There are eightresponalent we interview and their answer is the etnology of public relations of PT. Trakindo of Manadomaintain the corporate image of it self and also because it has its vision and mission and then it appliesthe good corporate governance aand code of conduct. Using the six clssification of kenneth boulding, theanalysis of mmine has shown that 36 item have given the coower that PT. Trakindo of Manado cru bemaintainng the corporate image, even its corporate image is strong and mative. Abstract

ABSTRACTIn accordance with the mandate of the ACT.No. 32 of 2004, ACT.No. 27 in 2009, and PP.No.16 in 2010 that the LEGISLATORS have the functions, duties and authority to conductsurveillance against the implementation of regional development. But in many of thecommon phenomenon of LEGISLATIVE oversight showed that the maximum so that theimplementation of regional development programmes are frequent irregularities and abuses.With respect to these problems then this research aims to find out how the performance ofLEGISLATIVE KabupatenTalaud the supervision of regional development.This study uses qualitative methods. Data sources informants in research is takenfrom the pimpinananggota elements of the Talaud Islands Regency DPRD Commission II (5people) and Chairman of the local government agencies (DinasBadan) partner CommissionII (5 persons), totaling 10 people. Primary data collection using interview techniques. Whiledata analysis using qualitative analysis techniques, interactive model of the Miles andHubernan.The research results obtained representation: (1) supervision of the DPRD TalaudIslands Regency in the determination of the kebijakanprogramproyek regional developmentimplemented through work meetings of Commission II with every regional governmentagency partners in order to conduct the deliberations of the draft programproyek which willbe included in the BUDGETS; (2) supervision of the Talaud Islands RegencyLEGISLATORS against the implementation of the regional development programproyek isimplemented through work meetings and hearings of Commission II with partner agenciesin order to discuss the implementation of the liability report programproyek, as well asthrough the work of Commission II's visit to the site of programproyek development.Based on the analysis of the data shows that supervision of the DPRD TalaudIslands Regency of regional development in principle have been conducted with quiteeffective, efficient, transparent, and accountable. Therefore drawn the conclusion that theperformance of the Talaud Islands Regency DPRD in monitoring regional development isquite goodConclusion based on the results of the study suggested that to improve the performance ofLEGISLATIVE supervision in Talaud Islands Regency regional development then it isrecommended that: (1) the Commission II (areas of development) the DPRD to be filled in bythe people who have competence in the field of administrasimanajemen development; (2) theDPRD members personnel placed on Commission II (areas of development) to be giventraining in the field of administrasimanajemen development in the early period; (3) theworking relationship of Commission II (development areas) with a partner agencies shouldbe more intensive, especially through work meetings and hearings.Keyword: Performance Of Legislators; Supervision Of Regional Development.
