Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab masih kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kelurahan Tempino Kecamatan Mestong Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Kota Jambi.Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Verifikasi data / penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat wajib pajak dalam membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kelurahan Tempino belum optimal. faktor yang menghambat dalam membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan adalah kurangnya partisipasi wajib pajak dimana tidak sadar akan kewajibannya untuk membayar pajak yang menyebabkan pembayaran pajak ini tidak berjalan dengan efektif. Wajib pajak harus meningkatkan kesadaran dalam membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Karena, dengan membayar pajak dengan rutin wajib pajak berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan daerahnya khususnya untuk Kota Jambi.Partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kelurahan Tempino belum baik karena tingkat komunikasi, sikap petugas Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan, kesadaran, pendidikan, dan tanggung jawab belum optimal.Kata Kunci : Partisipasi Masyarakat. Abstract

The effectiveness of cooperative savings and loans is one of the programs oractivities that have a savings and loan system that is implemented and managed bycooperatives in order to help people who are experiencing economic problems thatneed funds and to develop businesses. The purpose of saving and loan cooperativesis to prosper members and the community. This effort aims to increase the need andability to defend themselves and free themselves from economic difficulties.Thisresearch uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The focus of this research is theeffectivenes of cooperative savings and loans observed from the aspects ofproduction, efficiency, satisfactio, adaptation/ flexibility, and development.Research informants were the head of the cooperative, members of the cooperative,totaling six people. Data collection used interview guidelines, while the analysistechnique used is an interactive model analysis of miles and hubernan.The resultsshowed that the effectiveness of cooperative savings and loads in the productionstage is still ineffective, which is still experiencing losses in capital which causescooperatives not to run smoothly, in the efficiency and satisfaction stage it is saidto have not been effective because, it is still not good in providing services tocustomers because of the lack of facilities and infrastructure, in the adaptationstage is still not effective because there is still a lack of leadership to adapt inproviding socialization and training for employees, and the development stage isnot yet effective because there is still a lack of employees in place and facilities inthe cooperative are inadequate. The problem is an important note for cooperativesbecause of constraints in the form of facilities and infrastructure, capital andmanagement services that are less effective that makes cooperatives not runwell.therefore, there needs to be more attention from the leadership so that itcomplements the needs of the cooperative for the sake of progress and mutualprosperity.Key word:Effectiveness, Savings and loans, Cooperative, Farming communities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the results and impact of policy PNPM Rural inDistrict Essang Talaud Islands. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Informants were takenfrom PNPM Rural actors at the district level, the PNPM Rural actors at the village level, and the citizensPokmas members in several villages. Informants who were interviewed as many as 10 people. Datacollection techniques used were interviews. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysistechniques-interactive model of Miles and Hubernann.Based on research results ditariki conclusions: (1) The results of PNPM Rural in DistrictEssang generally pretty good views of some aspects such as: the allocation and disbursement of funds,the management / implementation activities and the realization of the activities. (2) PNPM Rural inDistrict Essang impact on poverty reduction seen from several aspects such as: pencipaan / increaseempowerment of the economy of the poor, creation / enhancement of independence of the poor, realize orimprove the quantity and quality of facilities prasanara basic social and economic community, increasethe participation of the various parties in efforts to reduce poverty, and increase the welfare of society orof poor households.Based on the results of this penellian then it can be recommended some suggestions asfollows: (1) the PNPM Rural Policy would that be continued by the present government's. Abstract

he objective of the study was to explain the role of village fund supporters in the management ofvillage budget funds in Saluta Village, North Galela District, North Halmahera District. This study useddescriptive qualitative method. The role of village fund supporters in managing the village funding budgetis seen from three indiktaors namely planning, implementation, and monitoring. The research informantsare Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Head of Sub-District Coordinator Coordinator,Village Local Assistant Officer. Date collection using interview guides, observation study documentationwhile the analysis technique is done through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation.Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the role of village funding supporters in managingthe village budget funds in Saluta Village, Gaelautara District, North Halmahera Regency, is seen from theindicators of planning, implementation and monitoring has not been maximally implemented.Based on the result of the research, it is found that the role of the village fund counselor in managingthe village budget is not maximized so that it can be recommended suggestion: The companion mustunderstand the mechanism of the companion officer in seeing the priority of community needs. Villagecounseling officers should be people who have good skills in the aspects of knowledge / education (technicalskills specialist), experience, mental attitude, and have a commitment and high integrity in carrying outduties and functions as a companion; Village facilitators should further optimize their functions throughmonitoring the allocation of village funds in the development of village infrastructure Saluta done regularlyand periodically.Keywords: Roles, Assistance, Management, Village Funds.

Abstract

Abstract: a reliable regional tourism industry should have a marketing concept in the form ofmanagement applied to seize the tourism market. The purpose of this study was to determine how thestrategy of development of religious tourism potential Hill Love Toar Lumimuut Kanonang ".This study uses survey research aims to examine all the elements involved in the management anddevelopment of the Mount of Love. Location done in the village Kanonang, namely the attraction ofreligion "Hill Love Toar Lumimuut". For the primary source of data, the number of respondents wastaken 100 500 visitors and 50 100 merchants.The results showed Hill Love Kanonang should be able to optimize the potential or become competitiveadvantages and capabilities Hill Love Kanonang management should be encouraged and become better.Keywords: Development of Tourism Potential

Abstract

This research was conducted for the purpose of explaining the ability medics working in community healthcentres Taripa Subdistrict Pamona language East of Poso in the development of the science of publicadministration . Basic problems seen in Clinics is implementing health technical unit under the supervision ofhealth services District/City that still confronted on the issue the ability of medical personnel. This researchwith qualitative design, data were collected by means of interviews, observation and study of documentation.The data collected is analyzed through categorization and data reduction, data grouped subsequently draftedin the form of narratives, so data-shaped series of meaningful information in accordance with the researchissues. m elakukan on data interpretations and conclusions based on the order of narration have beencompiled on the third stage, so that it can give an answer to the problem of research. The study found that theability of medical personnel working in community health centres Taripa Subdistrict Pamona language Eastof Poso which is examined from intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, adaptability and results orientationcapability has not been done properly. Suggested improvements To make improvements in terms of staffingstatus of medical personnel, provide incentives that match workload to medical personnel, improve theplanning pattern for this to happen in a way do the preparation of plans and service needs sesai with konsisiwork unit and includes medical personnel in health pelatuhan handler activities according to the needs in thehealth service in the ability of medical personnel working in the Centre Public Health.Keywords: Ability, Work, Medical Personnel.

ABSTRACT: In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Regional Governmentand Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007 concerning the regional Organization, that the ParliamentSecretariat is area that has the task to provide services administrative to Parliament, so the ParliamentSecretariat has an important role in supporting implementation of the functions of Parliament. In thisregard, this study to answer the question "What is the role of the Parliament Secretariat in supportingthe implementation of the function of Parliament has been executed effectively and efficiently inTomohon?"Research using qualitative methods. In this case the role of the secretariat of Parliament in favor ofParliament diihat function of two aspects: effectiveness and efficiency. Informants in this study weretaken from the officials and employees of the Parliament Secretariat Tomohon (5) and the Chairmanof Parliament Tomohon (5). Data collection by interview; while the analysis of data using analysistechniques interactive model of Miles and Hubernann.The results showed: (1) The role of the Parliament Secretariat Tomohon in supporting theimplementation of the functions of Parliament are carried out effectively seen from the successfulimplementation of programs and activities that have been set, and the level of realization orachievement of targets planned results. (2) The role of the Parliament Secretariat Tomohon insupporting the implementation of the functions of Parliament are carried out efficiently be seen fromthe use of the budget and the utilization of human potential employees, as well as the degree oftimeliness of implementation and completion of assigned tasks.Based on the results of these studies conclude that the role of the Parliament Secretariat Tomohon insupporting the implementation of the function of Parliament has been done effectively and efficiently.In other words, Parliament Secretariat Tomohon already can act effectively and efficiently insupporting implementation of the functions of Parliament.Based on these results it is suggested some things Tomohon City Council secretariat role in the future:(1) Improving the competence or ability of employee skills through education and technical trainingand functional. Abstract

The hedonism lifestyle of college students to long-term harm when someone does not want to accept the process and just want results fast and easy, the lack of mutual respect and quality of the nation's leaders are not concerned with morals, dishonest leadership and lack of concern for others. The problems that occur among somestudents of the Faculty of Economics and business of the University of Sam Ratulangi Manado from the pattern of their lives that is overly consumerist behavior in everyday life, the less learning interests, the wrong guidelines impact on free sex, drinks(alcoholic beverages), LGBT, the study is not completed and the completion of the study too long over 5 years. As for the goals of this research is to analyze the lifestyles of hedonism student faculty of Economics and business of the University of Sam Ratulangi in Manado.Research methods used in this research is qualitative research. Informants in this study is 11 students from the Faculty of Economics and business Unsrat in the city of Manado. Data collection is done by observation and interview. The data analyzed in the reduction of the data, the presentation of the data and conclusions/verification.Results of the study prove that female students hedonism lifestyle change when they hang out with new friends in a lecture. When they see their friends who are very mindful of appearances ranging from hair styles, how to dress, bags are in use, shoes that are in use, the assesoris in wearand branded goods are purchased.Popular culture the Manado manners and religious values have a high experienced a shift for the Association and the student mindset i.e. young people who excessively followed the trend of culture outside, free association, the lack of seriousness in learningKey Words: Lifestyle, Hedonism, Student

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The policy compensation in POLRI enviroment the valid right now be hoped could motivated work of police agency. But in reality could seenmotivated work not maximal in police agency. The reality foundation then this research performed to answer the question how to implement the influence of policy compensation motivated work police agency in POLRESTA Manado.The method is using quantitative method. The researching data source are 50 peoples agency POLRESTA Manado taked way random from 1.138 agency there is all rach class. Collecting data is using cuesioner and aided with interview technic. The analyzed technic is using regretion linier analyzed and corelation moment product.Based on the analyzed data showed : (1) Regretion coefisien from variabel i policy to work motivation agency is not enough positive (2) The corelation of coefficient and determination of variabel coefficient policy implementation. Compensation to motivated agency occupation is good enought but seen of agency performance has not appropriated with obtained compensation.Based on the result that data analyzed has conclud the compensation in POLRI enviroment not enought positive influential and has capacity for determining motivated agency occupation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Recruitment on the Implementation of Public Servicesin the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Halmahera Regency. The research method that I usein this research is quantitative research methods. Data and information were collected through a questionnairetechnique and completed with interview data source techniques / research respondents were all employees inthe Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Halmahera Regency as many as 36 people.Theanalysis techniques used by testing hypotheses are frequency tables, product moment correlations and simplelinear regression. Based on the description of the data it turns out that most of the respondents who gave anassessment of the recruitment variable of the State Civil Apparatus were in the category of “high” or at 66,66%,then as many as 12 employee respondents or at 33,33% who state that the recruitment of the State CivilApparatus in the Office Population and Civil Registration of Nort Hamlmahera Regency are in the “medium”category, while the category of “law” is not out of 36 employee respondents who were interviewed in the NorthHalmahera Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. While public service variable in the NorthHalmahera Regency Population and Service are in the “high” category or 52,77%, then 17 employeerespondents or 47,22% stated thah public services in the Halmahera Regency Population and Civil RegistrationService in the “medium” category, while in the “low” category there isn’t.Keywords: Recruitment of State Civil Apparatus, Public Services
