Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction and Its Impact on Student Loyalty at Baturaja College, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with the path analysis model. The results of the study answer the formulation of the problem which is also the purpose of this study. Through the calculation of the CR-value in accordance with the hypothesis, this study concludes, firstly, there is a positive and significant effect of Service Quality on Student Satisfaction. Second, there is a positive and significant effect of Service Quality on Student Loyalty. Third, there is the influence of student satisfaction on student loyalty. Fourth, responsiveness has a positive and insignificant effect on student loyalty. Fifth, satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on student loyalty. Sixth, assurance / certainty on satisfaction and its impact on loyalty has a positive and insignificant effect on students at Baturaja College, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage in the creative home business of PT. Semen Baturaja. The data collection technique used in this study is through questionnaires. The number of samples in this study are 69 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously Market Orientation and Product Innovation have an influence on Competitive Advantage in the creative home business of PT. Semen Baturaja. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.792. It means that the contribution of the influence of the Market Orientation and Product Innovation variables on Competitive Advantage is 79.2%, while the remaining 20.8% is influenced by other variables, such as price or value, pleasing consumers, notable product attributes, and unique service privileges (Saiman, 2014: 124)

Abstract

This study discusses the feasibility analysis of shallot cultivation in the Tunas Harapan farmer group in Lubuk Leban Village, Sosoh Buay Rayap District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. From the research results based on the investment criteria Net Present Value (NPV) Rp. 2,146,873,455 means that the shallot cultivation business is feasible to be implemented. Internal Rate of Return (IRR), 90.45% means that the shallot cultivation business is feasible to be implemented. Profitability Ratio (PR), 49.87 means that shallot cultivation business is feasible to be implemented. Pay Back Period (PBP), 4 months 10 days years means that the shallot cultivation business is feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Quality in the Indihome Application Network on Customer Satisfaction at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Baturaja. With the formulation of the problem of how much influence the quality of service in the indihome application network on customer satisfaction at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Bauraja. The research method uses descriptive methods, data collection techniques use interviews, observations, questionnaires, review documentation and literature study. As for the sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique with qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis with research models in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the variable efficiency (X1) fulfillment (X2) and availability (X3) on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Baturaja. As for the privacy variable (X4) there is no influence of the privacy variable (X4) on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Baturaja. Simultaneous testing states that there is an effect of variable efficiency (X1) fulfillment (X2), availability (X3) and privacy (X4) on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Baturaja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan ekternal yang mempengaruhi kredit macet pada PT Mutiara Multi Finance Cabang Baturaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. diperoleh persamaan regresi liner berganda Y = 0,015 + 0.321X1 + 0,582X2. Nilai korelasi (R) adalah 0,884. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi antara semua variabel Internal (X1), Eksternal (X2), Kredit Macet (Y) pada PT Mutiara Multi Finance Cabang Baturaja. Determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,781 atau 78,1%. Nilai ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi semua variabel internal (X1), ekstern ( X2 ), kredit macet (Y) pada PT Mutiara Multi Finance dan sisanya 21,9% merupakan kuntribusi dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak di masukan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji t, variabel internal ( X1 ) dan variabel ekternal ( X2 ) secara persial ada pengaruh terhadap kredit macet pada PT Mutiara Multi Finance Cabang Baturaja. Sedangkan pada variabel eksternal ( X2 ) secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh terhadap kredit macet ( Y ) pada PT Mutiara Multi Finance Cabang Baturaja. Nilai harga thitung = 11,65, dimana thitung ( 11,65 ) > ttabel ( 1,988 ), maka berarti tidak ada pengaruh ekternal terhadap kredit macet pada PT Mutiara Multi Finance Cabang Baturaja. Berdasarkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 154,810. Sedangkan nilai F tabel sebesar 3.10 yang di peroleh dari df = n-k-1 ( df= 90-2-1 ) dengan tingkat signifikan 5% dan taraf keyakinan 95% Dengan nilai fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu ( 154,810 > 3,10 ) maka kesimpulanya Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Artinya secara bersama-sama ada pengaruh variabel internal ( X1 ), ekstern ( X2 ) dan pengaruh terhadap variabel kredit macet (Y) pada PT Mutiara Multi Finance Cabang Baturaja.

Abstract

Making village fund financial reports using the manual system often makes mistakes and mismatches of the results of the details of these funds, using the manual system requires accumulation of paper and a lot of waste of village budgets in Lubuk Raja District. Therefore, the central government and the BPKP (Financial and Development Supervisory Agency) made a regulation that the ten villages in Lubuk Raja District had to apply the village financial system application for the production of village financial reports. The research objective was to determine the application of village financial system applications in improving the performance of village officials in Lubuk Raja District. The method used in this research is descriptive comparative with qualitative analysis, the research uses primary data sources with research techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the village financial system in terms of quality, quality, responsibility, cooperation, and initiative was in a fairly good category so that seen from the performance of the village apparatus it had increased. The application of the village financial system application in village financial management is more transparent and accountable, so that better governance is created.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer obligations, willingness to pay and penalty sanctions to customers on compliance with electricity account payments at PT PLN (Persero), Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is a descriptive study and using incidental sampling with a sample size of 91 respondents. Using multiple regression analysis techniques and to test the research hypothesis used, the F-test and t test. From the calculation results, it is found that; 1) The coefficient value of Customer Liability (X1) is (0.182), 2) The coefficient of Willingness to Pay (X2) is (0.236), 3) The coefficient of Penalty on Customers (X3) is (0.470), this means Customer Liability, Willingness Paying and Penalties on Customers affect the Compliance of Electricity Account Payments by customers. From the results of the t test hypothesis, the following results are obtained; 1) The value of tcount of customer obligations (X1) (1,438) <ttabel (1,987) means that there is no influence of Customer Liabilities on Electricity Account Payment Compliance, 2) The value of tcount of willingness to pay (X2) is (1,713) <ttabel (1,987) means that there is no the effect of Willingness to Pay on Compliance with Electricity Account Payments, 3) The value of tcount of fines to customers (X3) is (4,270)> t table (1,987) which means that there is an effect of Fines on Customers of Compliance with Electricity Account Payment. Meanwhile, from the results of the hypothesis test, it is found that the value of Fcount (33.309)> Ftable (2.71), this means that the variables of Customer Liability, Willingness to Pay and Penalties to Customers together have a significant effect on Compliance of Electricity Account Payments by customers on PT PLN (Persero) Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, building specifications and promotions on consumer buying interest in Govinda Hill Residence II Housing at PT Artha Mitra Govinda in Baturaja. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, Correlation value (R) 0.769. This value shows that the correlation between all location variables (X1), building specifications (X2), promotion (X3) and consumer buying interest (Y) Govinda Hill Residence II Housing at PT Artha Mitra Govinda in Baturaja is very strong because it is at the interval 0 .75 – 0.99 (Sarwono, 2006:107). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is equal to 0.592 or 59.2%. Based on the t-test, the building specification variable (X2) and the promotion variable (X3) partially have an effect on consumer buying interest in Govinda Hill Residence II Housing at PT Artha Mitra Govinda in Baturaja. Based on the F test, the Fcount value is 14,507. While the Ftable value of 2.92 obtained from df = n-k-1 (df = 34-3-1) with a significant level of 5% and a 95% confidence level. With the value of Fcount greater than the value of Ftable, namely (14,507 > 2,92), the conclusion is Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that together there is an effect of location variables (X1), building specifications (X2), promotions (X3) on consumer buying interest (Y) Govinda Hill Residence II Housing at PT Artha Mitra Govinda in Baturaja.
