Abstract

Desa Tuduaog terletak di kecamatan Bilalang kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow adalah desa yang memiliki potensi alam berupa losari atau danau kecil yang dapat di kembangkan menjadi area geowisata karena kondisi alamnya yang indah dan sejuk. Losari Tuduaog belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena keterbatasan dana dan kemampuan dalam pengetahuan dan skill dari masyarakatnya. Pada saat ini losari hanya dimanfaatkan sebagian kecil sebagai sawah dengan pendapatan masyarakat yang belum optimal. Melalui kegiatan berupa pengabdian program kemitraan masyarakat LPPM universitas Sam Ratulangi  maka dilakukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan skill dari masyarakat untuk dapat mengelola losari Tuduaog yang lebih optimal sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat berupa konservasi losari dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di desa Tuduaog induk. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan disain geowisata losari Tuduaog diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill masyarakat Tuduaog sehingga dapat mewujudkan sebuah geowisata Losari Tuduaog. Terwujudnya Losari Tuduaog sesuai dengan Renstra Unsrat yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dan terpeliharanya alam losari Tuduaog.

Abstract

The development of an area can provide various kinds of influence on people's lives. Basically, the development of settlements in both urban and rural areas is to realize livable, safe, comfortable, peaceful and prosperous urban and rural conditions, but if the settlements are not properly facilitated or the settlement facilities are not functioning properly or if the settlements are located around industrial areas as well as economic and service centers, it can affect the quality of a settlement.. However, from the various positive influences obtained from industry, there are also negative influences such as the effect on the quality of settlements because in addition to producing various products and various manufactured objects, industrial activities can also produce air and noise pollution caused by industrial production equipment and tools. -Industrial transportation means entering and leaving the industry. Bitung City is one of the industrial cities in North Sulawesi Province which is divided into various types of industries, but most of them are located very close to residential areas which allow the residential area to receive various influences from all activities in the surrounding industry. The purpose of this study is to identify the condition of settlements in urban villages that are close to industry, and to analyze the influence of industrial activities on the quality of settlements in areas close to industry in Bitung City. The analytical method used is the path analysis method by taking data from a questionnaire. Then the results of the correlation test show that there is a relationship between industrial activities on the quality of settlements and the results of the regression test show that if there is an increase in the quality of industrial activities, it will affect the value of the quality of settlements positively.

Abstract

Housing and settlements are one of the basic human needs. Settlement is part of a residential environment consisting of more than one housing unit that has infrastructure, facilities, public utilities, and has supporting activities for other functions in urban areas or rural areas. The government is obliged to meet the housing needs of the Indonesian people.The earthquake and tsunami disaster in Donggala Regency, Banawa District has caused damage to community housing. As a result of this disaster, it is necessary to provide new residential land locations for disaster-affected communities in Banawa District. This study aims to provide an understanding in analyzing the suitability of residential land in Donggala Regency, Banawa District and to assist the government in determining a suitable location for a new residential area in Donggala Regency, Banawa District. To determine the right location in building regional residential areas, the unit analysis method of land capability and land suitability is used. The results of the research show that the land capability in Donggala Regency is still in the category that can be developed but still has to follow the appropriate directions and rules for the development category. Meanwhile, land suitability in Donggala Regency, the Agricultural area has the most dominating area. The right land location for the development of the new settlement area is located in Banawa District, Gunung Bale Village.

Abstract

Kemampuan lahan adalah penilaian tanah secara sistematik dan pengelompokannya kedalam beberapa kategori berdasarkan sifat-sifat yang merupakan potensi dan penghambat dalam penggunaan secara lestari. Oleh karena itu dianggap penting untuk setiap perencanaan Tata Ruang Wilayah melakukan kajian kemampuan lahan. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka peneliti melakukan tinjauan terhadap RTRW Kabupaten SITARO 2014 – 2034 apakah arahan Tata Ruang yang telah dibuat memenuhi kriteria kemampuan lahan.  Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi penggunaan lahan di Pulau Tagulandang serta menganalisis dan memetakan kelas kemampuan lahan di Pulau Tagulandang menurut rencana pola ruang RTRW 2014-2034 Kabupaten Siau Tagulandang Biaro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kemampuan lahan berdasarkan arahan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 20 /PRT/m/2007 yang dilakukan menggunakan overlay pada aplikasi sisstem informasi geografis (GIS). Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah di Pulau Tagulandang adalah perkebunan dengan luas 4.731 Ha dan persentase 90,42% sedangkan yang paling kecil adalah 51 Ha yang merupakan hutan bakau dengan persentase hanya 0,98%. Untuk permukiman sendiri memiliki luas 336 Ha dengan persentase 6,42%. Selanjutnya kemampuan lahan Pulau Tagulandang menurut rencana pola ruang RTRW 2014-2034 Kabupaten Siau Tagulandang Biaro, kawasan permukiman berada pada lahan dengan kemampuan sangat tinggi, agak tinggi dan sedang. Kawasan pariwisata terdapat pada lahan dengan kemampuan agak tinggi dan rendah. Lahan pada Pulau Tagulandang lebih khusus Kecamatan Tagulandang Selatan dan Tagulandang Utara didominasi  tingkat pengembangan rendah.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah bangsa yang memiliki kebudayaan yang unik dan beraneka ragam. Dimana tiap-tiap daerah di Indonesia memiliki kebudayaan yang berbeda-beda dan menghasilkan suatu kesenian khas yang membedakan antara daerah satu dengan daerah lainnya. Salah satu kota kesenian yang khas di Indonesia adalah Kota Jayapura. Kota jayapura merupakan kota seni dan budaya yang kental. Tari triton, tari pikon/kecapi mulut dan tari tipa merupakan salah satu kebudayaan dan kesenian peninggalan tradisi Papua. Sering dengan perkembangan jaman kebudayaan Papua mulai terlupakan, banyak generasi muda tadak mengenali tentang kebudayaan-kebudayaan tersebut. Masuknya budaya asing menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya minat masyarakat budayanya sendiri, terutama generasi muda mudi yang lebih enjoi dengan kesenian-kesenian modern yang telah menjamur sampai lupa akan indentitas mereka sebagai orang Papua. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya perancangan Pusat Seni dan Budaya Papua di Jayapura ini dapat meningkatkan kembali akan indentitas kebudayaan daerahnya dan memperkenalkan kebudayaan Papua ke manca Negara dengan cara memberikan pelatihan, pengembangan akan kesenian-kesenian Papua kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Orang Asli Papua serta sarana pelestarian kebudayaan daerah dan sarana rekreasi. Output dari pada rancangan tidak hanya dari segi fisik atau keindahan arsitekturnya saja, melainkan nilai-nilai dari arsitektur Papua tersebut yang dimunculkan pada perkembangan arsitektur-arsitektur jaman sekarang tanpa melupakan arsitektur daerahnya. Dengan penerapan tema Re-Interpreting Tradisi ini diharapkan dapat mengangkat kembali nilai-nilai arsitektur Papua yang mulai dilupakan.

Abstract

The urban forest is one type of urban green open space, which is an area in which there are dense and compact trees and is an important conservation in the urban environment. O2, the center of habitat for flora and fauna of liars, provider of urban aesthetics, etc. There are also Bonawang Urban Forests in Kotamobagu City – the benefits identified using Soil Surface Temperature were analyzed using ArcGIS, Air Quality Calculations, and the calculation of the minimum area of the urban forest. With the results that there are still areas with high temperatures of 29-30˚C, the IKU in urban forests is classified as moderate, the minimum area of urban forests for Kotamobagu City is 1,105.62 m2, around the industrial area because there is a Bulog factory 600 m from the City Forest. Bonawang, is still not prominent, and some people have not felt the benefits of urban forests from their homes.

Abstract

Development of Child- Friendly Integrated Public Space in North Jayapura District, Jayapura City is one of the strategic programs in the Jayapura City Medium- Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2018-2022. The determination of Taman Imbi by the Jayapura City Government is on of the steps in creating child-friendly public spaces in Jayapura. However, the development in Taman Imbi needs to be improve because there are still many criteria for Intergrated Public Space that are Child Friendly which do not match the criteria set out in this research. Qualitative and qualitative descriptive research methods with likert scale analysis were used in the research was conducted to determine the criteria for child-friendly public space indicators. Indicators of criteria for child-friendly public space in Taman Imbi showed availability of Taman Imbi fascilities still need to be improved, namely palyground and sports facilities.

Abstract

In the Minahasa Regency RTRW the area around Lake Tondano is designated as a protected area, in fact the existing protected area has been used as a place to live for the existing community to fulfill human interests. Lake Tondano. The community's need for land as a place to build houses is decreasing due to population growth. People's houses are no longer around the lake, but have penetrated to the waters. Therefore, a research was carried out with the aim of identifying the development of residential areas around Lake Tondano and calculating the area of development of residential areas around Lake Tondano. The research method used in this research is spatial time series analysis to see the development of residential areas and quantitative descriptive analysis . The results showed that the area around Lake Tondano experienced settlement development from 2003 to 2019, the area of settlement development from 2003 to 2011 grew by 87 ha, while the development of settlements in 2011 to 2019 increased by 132.58 ha. So that the distribution area of settlements from 2003-2019 is 413.76 ha to 633.81 ha.
