Abstrack : Physical Quality Density Of Houses With The Incedents Of Pneumonia In Children Under Five. Toddler pneumonia is an acute respiratory tract infection that is inflammation or irritation in one or both lungs, caused by infection. An illness is said to be acute if it has lasted ± 14 days. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of physical quality of houses (lighting, temperature, and humidity) and occupancy density with the incidence of pneumonia in children under five in Kecamatan Astambul, Kabupaten Banjar. Analytical research design with approach retrospective ( case control study ) in case comparison: control 1: 1. The sample of cases in this study were all houses of pneumonia patients 25 houses in the Astambul Health Center area in November 2018 - January 2019. Data analysis used chi-square test.The results of the research statistic showed that the lighting conditions (p 0.321>α 0.05) had no relationship, the temperature conditions (p 0.244 >α 0.05) had no relationship, and the condition of humidity (p 1.00>α 0.05) have no relationship with the incidence of pneumonia in infants.It is expected that counseling from Astambul public health center to society so they can increase knowledge and awareness about the requirements of a healthy home and pay attention to the health of their home environment.

Abstract Milk Bottle Management Affected By Level Of Education, Knowledge And Attitude Of Baby/Baby Mother. Management of milk bottles is a maintenance measure for milk bottles. Milk bottle management is a personal management that is carried out individually by mothers. Deficiencies in milk bottle management can be influenced by the level of education, knowledge, and attitude of a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of education, knowledge, and attitude with the management of milk bottles by mothers in Kelurahan Cempaka. The type of this research was analytic survey with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were mothers who had babies or toddlers using milk bottles in the provision of drinks totaling 96 mothers. The sampling technique used Purposive sampling. Abstract: Resistance Test of Lambdacyhalothrin on Aedes Aegypti Mosquito In Port Area. Dengue fever is caused by dengue virus which is transmitted to human blood circulation through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito which is transmitted in almost all parts of Indonesia. Aedes vector control is very intense, especially in the use of insecticides and community empowerment in vector habitat environmental management. Factors using improper insecticides can lead to resistance. This study aims to identify insecticide resistant levels of aedes aegypti mosquitoes in the Semayang Port area. This study was an observational study. The research was carried out by taking samples of mosquitoes from the Prapatan sub-district RT 14 Semayang Port working area, Balikpapan Class II KKP. The population of this study is Ae. adult aegypti from pre-mature breeding obtained from a field that inherits the parent's resisitency. The sample of this study was 20 Ae mosquitoes. Adult aegypti each treatment. Mosquitoes for the test material in this study came from larvae obtained from the RT 14 wilker village of Semayang Port where the area is a buffer zone in Semayang which is routinely controlled. The test data was obtained by observing the mortality of test and control mosquitoes after being exposed to 0.05% lambdacyhalothrin for 30 minutes. Of the 20 mosquitoes tested, the number of mosquitoes fell in minutes 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 1 hour and 24 hours. Aedes aegypti mosquito originating from RT 14 Prapatan Subdistrict, Balikpapan tolerant to lambdacyhalothrin 0.05%.

Abstract: Water Quality Improvement Using Aloe Vera Gel. Some people on the Trikora road, Sidomulyo Permai Ujung Complex, Banjarbaru City use swamp water with turbidity levels that do not meet the requirements, namely 42 NTU. Water sources that do not meet the requirements must be processed. Aloe vera as a natural coagulant contains mucilage which contains polygalluronic acid as a coagulant with the mechanism of adsorption and incorporation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of dose and time variation of aloe vera gel contact as a natural coagulant in reducing turbidity of swamp water. This type of research is experimental, namely to determine the optimum dose and contact time of aloe gel as a natural coagulant. The design of this study uses Postest Only Design. Data analysis usingstatistical test Two Way Analysis of Variance with α = 0.05. Turbidity level analysis results decreased after treatment of variations in dose and contact time, the optimum dose of 1.2 grams in the contact time of 20 minutes was able to reduce turbidity of 41,63% with turbidity value of 10.73 NTU, pH 4.6 and temperature of 28.5oC. It can be suggested for further research there should be an addition of natural additives that are alkaline to increase the pH of the water.

Abstrack: Type of roof, temparature and humidity in the house. The roof is the largest element that receives sun exposure. The type of roof affects the amount of heat energy that can be absorbed of reflected. The temperature and humidity in the room.This study aims to determine the relationship between the type of roof with temperature and humidity in the house in the Badaun village. This research use cross sectional design with variation of roof type was leaf, asbestos and iron sheeting. The study population was 68 houses and was analyzed using Somers'd test.The results showed that the proportion of leaf roof, asbestos and iron sheeting were 36.8%, 10.3% and 52.9%, respectively. Average home room temperature using a leaf roof type of 29.6°C, 32°C asbestos roof and 32.1°C iron sheeting roof. The average humidity of the house that uses the leaf roof is 72.28%, asbestos 55.7% and iron sheeting 57.3%. The results of the analysis using the Somers'd test proved statistically there is a strong relationship between the type of roof of the house (leaves, asbestos and zinc) with the temperature and humidity in the house in Badaun Village, Tapin District. Every home that uses zinc and asbestos roof 27 times the risk (OR = 27) hotter than the house using a leaf roof. Efforts that can be done to cope with higher temperatures and humidity is in the effort to install the ceiling of the house and always open the doors and windows every morning.

Abstract: Knowledge of the Use of Personal Protective Equipment in UD La Tahzan Aluminum Furniture in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The results of the preliminary survey showed that there were 50% of 10 aluminum furniture workers who knew the importance of the benefits and uses of personal protective equipment and 50% knew less. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge with the use of personal protective equipment at UD La Tahzan aluminum furniture in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The research method used was an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 35 people. Data analysis using X2 (Chi square) test.The results of the study showed that there were 24 people who had poor knowledge there were 23 people who did not use personal protective equipment. Statistical test results (p = 0.007) means that there is a relationship of knowledge with the use of personal protective equipment at UD La Tahzan aluminum furniture in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Suggestions for future researchers to measure lighting, noise especially the work climate because it is one of the factors that might influence the use of personal protective equipment.

Abstract: Motor Vehicle Pollution Doesn't Affect Against ISPA Disease. Air pollution is a problem that often occurs in the big cities, one of which is in the city of Bandung. Air pollution can cause various diseases from the most important ones namely respiratory, cardiovascular diseases, and to other diseases that attack certain organs. Based on the results of the study, air pollution from the transportation sector reached 60 percents, therefore this study will highlight the impact of motor vehicle air pollution on human’s health in Bandung, especially Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI), because the disease is the 2nd largest of the 20 biggest types of diseases in Community Health Centers / Puskesmas in Bandung. From several air pollutant parameters resulting from vehicle exhaust emissions, SO2 compounds were studied, because SO2 can cause irritation to the respiratory tract. This research using descriptive method, it can be concluded that air pollution caused by vehicle exhaust emission gas doesn’t directly affect the occurrence of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) in Bandung. The disease can occur due to other factors not examined in this paper, due to indoor air pollution, cigarette smoke pollution, industrial pollution or the continued use of synthetic chemicals.

Abstract: Distance of Aerated Tray and Length of Deposition Time in Reducing Iron (Fe) Level in Drilled Well Water. Well bore wijaya street 7 Kelurahan Sungai Paring, Kecamatan Martapura, physically looks yellowish and slightly tasted. Abstract: Toxicity Test Of Acute Industrial Waste Water On Tilapia Fish (Oreochromis Niloticus). The sasirangan industrial liquid wastes containing high ammonia and high pH when discharged into the receiving water body without treatment will result in changes in water quality and even the death of aquatic biota so that an acute toxicity test is necessary. This study aims to determine the value of LC50 from waste sasirangan against tilapiaI. This research used the experimental method of Post Control Only Control Group Design design. Samples taken as much as 100 liters of waste in one industry sasirangan existing in the city of Banjarmasin. Concentrations of the sasirangan waste solution to be used in the acute toxicity test are: 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20%. Parameters studied include ammonia, DO, pH, and temperature. To determine the value of LC50 using probit analysis. The results showed that LC50 for exposure time 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours were 14.73%, 10.21%, 8.26%, and 7.35%, respectively. The results of the analysis show that pH and ammonia content of industrial effluent sasirangan affect the death of tilapia fish. This research is hoped that the sasirangan industry does not dispose of its waste directly to the water body but needs to process it first. For further research it can complement the untested parameters such as BOD, COD, and TSS that affect fish survival.

In 2018 there were 66 cases of filariasis in Juai Subdistrict. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of the physical environment and health behavior with the incidence of filariasis in the District of Juai, Balangan Regency. The method of this research is analytic observation research with case control design. The study subjects consisted of 66 cases and 66 controls. Data collection is done by interview and observation. Data analysis using Chi-square test with a significance level of 0.05.
