Abstract

Analysis of a prediction is very important to do in a study, so that research becomes more precise and directed. Just as in predicting the extent of biopharmaceutical harvests in Indonesia, it is necessary to study and use appropriate methods to obtain optimal results. This research is expected to be widely used for both local government and biopharmaca farmers as one of the study materials in the development of biopharmaca harvest production, as well as for academics as research material especially related to agriculture and health. The data used in this research is the data of Harvested Area of Biopharmaceutical in Indonesia from National Bureau of Statistics from 2012 until 2016. This research uses the method of artificial neural network Backpropagation using 5 architectural models, namely: 3-3-1 later it will generate predictions with an accuracy rate of 80%, 3-4-1 = 87%, 3-5-1 = 73%, 3-6-1 = 60%, and 3-8-1 = 73% ,. So obtained the best architectural model using 3-4-1 model that yields an accuracy of 87%, MSE 0.062235528 with error rate used 0.001 to 0.05. Abstract

North Sumatra is one of the areas in Indonesia which has various tourist attractions with its natural beauty. The potential of North Sumatra makes the attraction of foreign tourists want to visit the existing tourist attractions in the area. Every year foreign tourists who come to North Sumatra, especially tourists who come from the ASEAN region the number is changing. Therefore an estimate is needed to determine the number of tourists who come and later this estimate is useful for the government to anticipate the surge of tourists who come. The data to be estimated is the data of the number of tourists who come to North Sumatra according to national origin sourced from Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra (BPS Sumut) in 2011-2015. The algorithm used to make estimates is the artificial neural network Backpropagation. There are five architectural models used in this estimate that is, 3-7-1 has 100% accuracy rate, 3-10-1 = 62.5%, 3-11-1 = 75%, 3-12-1 = 88% , and 3-15-1 = 87.5%. Abstract

Southeast Sulawesi Province consists of 15 districts and 2 cities. The economy of a region can be seen from the potentials that exist in the area. To obtain information on Regional Economic Potentials of Southeast Sulawesi Province can visit the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Southeast Sulawesi Province. Problems that occur usually people only get data numbers in the form of tables that are less informative so that less information can be caught.Therefore, to implement this application used Fuzzy C-Means Clustering method in grouping regional economic potential by utilizing Geographic Information System into a software.By using Fuzzy C-Means clustering to facilitate the clustering of an area with the largest, medium and low economic result and measure the accuracy level. Abstract

Currently, there is still a lot of writing / recording of data (drug) on conventional pharmacies done. One of them is the pharmacy Sammulia Medika. Medication data processing at pharmacy Sammulia Medika still use manual recording method, that is all data recorded in a book or archive, for that needed by drug data search application.The data search algorithm used is Rabin-Karp algorithm used to perform string searching process by using k-gram process for word distribution, and using hashing function to find pattern in text string and similarity that is similarity between words searched with existing word.Based on the results of the test, Rabin-Karp algorithm can be implemented in drug data search application to match word with similarity value up to 100%.Keywords—Drug Data, String Search, Rabin-Karp Algorithm. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.1402396

Abstract

Kendari city is still a dengue endemic area. It is viewed from the topography of Kendari City which has a height between 0-472 m above sea level (DPL). The low ability to anticipate the occurrence of Dengue Fever is caused, among others, because the time, place and incidence rate has not been well predicted, the unavailability of index and vulnerability maps of the area based on the time of the incident, and the unavailability of predictive prediction model of DHF incidence. This underlies the need for DHF Prediction in Kendari City.The method used to predict dengue fever rate in Kendari city that is Modified K-Nearest Neighbor method. MKNN consists of two processing, the first data validation training that aims to validate training data and the second is to apply the weighting of KNN.Based on the results of testing conducted, application prediction of dengue fever (DHF) in kendari city using Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN) method is able to predict with the smallest error value 0,04%, for value k = 4 biggest error value 1 , 58 for the value of k = 4 and the smallest error rate of 0.28% for the value of k = 3.Keywords— Dengue Fever, Forecasting, Modified K-Nearst NeighborDOI :10.5281/zenodo.1402838

Abstract

Pendataan persediaan obat merupakan permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh pihak apotek. Pengolahan dan analisa data penjualan obat pada sebuah Instalasi Farmasi sangat penting dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan informasi mengenai kebutuhan obat yang disediakan oleh pihak apotek rumah sakit. Untuk memudahkan dalam memprediksi data persidiaan obat di periode yang akan datang dengan menggunakan data penjualan obat pada periode sebelumnya tersebut maka dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang diimplementasikan dengan bidang ilmu data mining dengan salah satu bagiannya adalah forecasting dengan menggunakan metode Triple Exponential Smoothing. Setelah melalui proses peramalan maka akan dilakukn pengujian kesalahan dalam peramalan. Untuk melakukan pengujian peramalan maka dilakukan dengan cara perhitungan Mean Squared Error (MSE) dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) dengan hasil MSE terkecil = 48,2117 dan MAPE terkecil = 4,25448 % dengan menggunakan alpha = 0,1 untuk data fluktuatif. Kata kunci— Peramalan, Triple Exponential Smoothing, Persediaan Obat

Abstract

As the era develops really quickly, the development of technology in transportation also changing rapidly. One of the most transport demands by the public for a long journey today is air transport. Along with the increase of population, the need for air transportation also increased.The airport Halu Oleo is one example of a company that offers its services in the field of aviation. Therefore, the forecast of the number of passengers have become important factors for the company Lion Air, because by knowing the predicted number of passengers in the future of Lion Air can prepare facilities in anticipation of rising passenger numbers.Least Square method (least squares method) or a simple regression analysis is an effective and simple approach to measure the average change in the dependent variable that is related to the increase in the number of units of one or more independent variables. The least squares method is used to determine the linear relationship of the best ways that minimize the number of errors squared data generated by mathematical functions. This method is most often used to predict Y, because the calculation more accurately.Keywords— Lion Air, Least Square method, Forecasting.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet secara masal mengakibatkan menurunya performansi jaringan seiring dengan bertambahnya   pengguna jaringan. Cara yang dapat ditempuh untuk mengurangi penurunan performansi jaringanyaitu dengan melakukan manajemen bandwidth. Manajemen bandwidth sangat penting dalam pengaturan    alokasi  bandwidth    yang  akan  diberikan  kepada  user  untuk menghindari perebutan alokasi bandwidth yang ada di jaringan.Mikrotik memiliki QoS yang digunakan untuk mengatur penggunaan bandwidth secara rasional. Penelitian ini memberikan  perbandingan  pembagian  bandwidth  dengan   dua metode  yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah Per Connection Queue (PCQ)dan Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB). PCQ pada queue type adalah salah satu fitur dari MikroTik untuk membantu memanage trafficrate dan traffic packet. Hiearachical Token Bucket (HTB) merupakan jenis aplikasi yang digunakan untuk membatasi akses menuju ke port/IP tertentu tanpa mengganggu trafik bandwidth pengguna lain.Hasil yang didapatkan adalah dapat dilihat bahwa kualitas jaringan dengan menggunakan metode antrian HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) lebih optimal, di bandingkan dengan metode PCQ (Peer Connection Queue) hal ini dikarenakan semua client akan mendapatkan kuota bandwidth sesuai dengan rule yang diterapkan pada bandwidth management.Kata kunci— HTB, PCQ, QoS

Abstract

Various kinds of plants are all around us, and most of these plants can be used as medicinal plants. Most people would know that there are many plants that have benefits and efficacy as a healer of diseases. But, there are many people who don’t know how to make those plants so that they can be functioned as a medicinewhich can cure diseases. Traditional medicine whichmade of plants also can cure a variety of diseases, wether the mild diseases or even a disease that has entered the stages of malignancy.In this study, the searchin gsystem was performed using Sequential Search with Sentinel algorithm on 50 testing data. The keywords that used in the searching process to be compared one by one with the existing data in the database. If the data that searched is located in the original index (L [1..N]), then it means that the data exist (found). However, if the data searched is in the sentinel index (L [n + 1]), then it means the data does not exist (not found).The results of this study shows that the Sequential Search with Sentinel algorithm can be implemented in a dictionary of diseases and medicinal plants application. Abstract

Stasiun Karantina Ikan Pengendalian Mutu dan Keamanan Hasil Perikanan Kelas I Kendari merupakan sebuah kantor pelayanan yang berkedudukan di Kota Kendari Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penggunaan internet di lingkungan kantor saat ini memiliki mobilitas yang sangat tinggi, baik digunakan untuk browsing informasi, download data, dan penggunaan fasilitas internet yang lain. Penggunaan internet yang optimum dipergunakan sebuah simulasi untuk manajemen bandwidth jaringan menggunakan MikroTik. Metode First In First Out membagi bandwidth berdasarkan paket yang pertama meminta bandwidth pada input interface.Metode Per Connection Queue cara pembatasan dengan menggunakan pembatasan pada upload dan download. Kedua metode tersebut diterapkan secara bergantian pada mikrotik. Pada setiap metode yang akan diterapkan, akan di analisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi wireshark, parameter QoS yang terdiri dari Packet Loss, Delay, dan Throughput. Pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap client yang berjumlah sepuluh yang terhubung ke access point. Pengujian dilakukan dengan dua skenario jaringan, skenario pertama semua client mengakses web berbasis video streaming dan skenario kedua semua client pada jaringan mengakses web berbasis teks.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Delay untuk pengujian Streaming video maupun pengujian web berbasis teks yang dihasilkan metode FIFOlebih besar daripada manajemen bandwidth dengan menggunakan metode PCQ. Packet loss untuk pengujian Streaming video maupun pengujian web berbasis teks yang dihasilkan metode FIFOlebih besar daripada manajemen bandwidth dengan menggunakan metode PCQ. Troughput untuk pengujian Streaming video maupun pengujian web berbasis teks yang dihasilkan metode FIFOlebih kecil daripada manajemen bandwidth dengan menggunakan metode PCQ.Kata Kunci : First In First Out, Per Connection Queue, Quality of Service (QoS), Bandwidth
