Abstract

XYZ Bank is a banking company with head office in Jakarta. The employment service business process for leave, overtime, and update of employee data at Bank XYZ still rely on paper based, so that the HC area unit (Human Capital) must manually input recap data into SAP (Employee Administration System). HC area unit employees will be particularly vulnerable to input errors that can be fatal for employee salary calculations. The implementation of paper based on some activities of leave, overtime, and data update also cause the process runs less efficient and effective so that the processing time becomes longer. The method used in doing business process improvement refers to the framework of ITIL v3 domain service design. The result of the business process improvement of XYZ staffing service business for leave is an average time acceleration of 58.11 minutes due to loss of PIC (Person in Charge) activity in requesting and submitting the leave leave form, as well as equalization of utilization to superiors, employees and HC area due to loss of role PIC and courier. In the employee overtime business process, the average acceleration time of 370.98 minutes due to loss of PIC's role in manual recording, as well as equitable distribution of employers, officers, and HC areas due to loss of PIC and messenger role. In the business process update employee data there is an acceleration of 22.6 minutes due to loss of activity provide the form and input employee data, and there is a change in resource utilization percentage due to reduced HC area activity.

Abstract

Examination on goats disease periodically is getting less now, so it makes the goats get diseases easily. This makes breeders have difficulty in the first treatment and the don't know what they should do without an expert. The process of diagnosis of diseases on goats can't be done by just anyone because of the type of disease with symptoms have uncertainty. Based on these problems, the author makes an expert system that is able to diagnosis diseases on goats as usually do an expert. This expert system uses Naive Bayes and Certainty Factor method, PHP programming language and MySQL database. Experimental functional test results show all functional requirements can run well. In addition, the results of system accuracy testing using f-measure method is 86,80%. With the amount of accuracy, expert system diagnosis of goats diseases uses Naive Bayes and Certainty Factor method has a good performance.

Abstract

Quadcopter categorized as flying robot that has four motors and four propelers each side. Remote control requires to navigate quadcopter, so special skill and experience needed to navigate it well. Based on that problem, we developed a control system using sound through smartphone and Arduino with text processing method. Incoming sound from user converted into text, and then each text splitted into words. Each word will be matched into database that has been created before, using stopword removal wordlist algorithm. The results will be sent to Arduino to do data processing becoming quadcopter movement. In this research using parrot Parrot Ar Drone 2.0 as quadcopter. From testing result, this system has 100% value at functional testing and user input processing. At quadcopter precision movement testing, accuracy of this system reach 89.3%. At application performance testing, this system average time for sound processing increase ±1 second and average time for text preprocessing ±300 nanosecond along with the increase of words. At quadcopter fliying performance, taken quadcopter angel value of Roll, Pitch, and Yaw within -180 O to +180 O. While minimum value of height is 0.062 meter and maximum height is 3 meter.

Abstract

Pepito Market Sanur Branch is one of the branches of Pepito Group. Pepito Group was established 2001 in Tuban, Jimbaran-Badung, Bali and already has more 20 branches in Bali. Pepito market implements Customer Relationship Management strategy to bind customers giving rewards to customers who have been shopping at Pepito Market by giving points. There are some things that become obstacles for customers and marketing of Pepito. Customers must come directly to the store and meet customer service to check their points. Marketing Pepito prints promotional catalogs in the form of flayers and distributes around the store to provide promotional information every month. This research will develop Information Management System of Customer Based Reward Based on Sanur Market Branch of Pepito Market. Implement operational CRM domain marketing automation and use webservice to combine Reward Management Information System with Pepito Cashier System. The system has several features: checking number of points, exchanging points, viewing catalogs, cataloging, editing catalogs and deleting catalogs. This system was developed using SDLC method using waterfall model. Final stages the system tested using black box method with 88% valid test result, white box with 100% valid test result and utility system for customer with 83% valid test result.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease is one type of non-infectious but deadly disease. According to Basic Health Research (2013), this disease in Indonesia has a value of prevention value of approximately 0.2 percent. But some people are still not aware that they have experienced this disease, and their kidney failure disease has been at the stage of chronic renal failure so that one of the treatment is to do dialysis. Whereas if the person is still in early or stage 2 kidney failure, can still do therapy without dialysis. In addition, some people are still lazy to consult, so it takes a program so that people can know their condition and motivated to do a checkup to the doctor. From these problems requires an early detection that can be done by classification. One method that can classify is Fuzzy KNN, but Fuzzy KNN has a weakness that is determining the value of k and m that yield optimal value. So do the merger with GAs. From the results of the merger the program can produce a fairly optimal accuracy of 98%, with parameters on the GAs of population 40, generation 15, CR 0.5 and MR 0.8.

Abstract

Inflation forecasting is complicated. Inflation rate calculated based on the rise in the consumer price index (CPI) is influenced by various factors ranging from volatile prices of various types of goods, rupiah exchange rate, world inflation rate, government policy, fluctuations in the supply of goods and demand. Hybridation algorithm of support vector regression (SVR) with chaotic sequences and genetic algorithms has been successfully applied to improve the accuracy of forecasting in various fields. But it has not been explored the usability of this algorithm in the field of market economy which is forecasting inflation. This journal will analyze the potential of hybridization algorithm that which is chaotic genetic algorithm-simulated annealing algorithm (CGASA) with SVR model to improve the performance of forecasting accuracy. With the chaotic sequence of chaotic sequences, it will be able to avoid premature local optimum and early convergention, especially with the simulated annealing algorithm that increases the search area of ​​the solution. The results of the forecasting test in this study show better accuracy than the previous research which has been studied is the combined ensemble method between autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) and artificial neural network (ANN) algorithm.

Abstract

The President instruction no. 3 / 2003 about national policy and strategy on the development of information technology services at government (e-Government), pushes local government such as Batu City government to participate in its development by providing services through public relation website. However, there are some deficiency in the website based on user experience. This research discusses user's assessment, particularly local people, on website services by public relation department, Batu City government. The users data is collected by spreading the questioner with e-govqual atributes, while assessment analysis is by importance performance analysis (IPA). The recommendation to repair and /or develop will be given based on Heuristic evaluation. The final result of this research points out that the website service is still not macth the expectation of users. The conformity level analysis shows that the final result is <100% i.e <81.89%, while the gap level analysis (gap) is < 0 (negative) i.e. -0.72. From quadrant analysis, 3 attributes that are main priority of repaired and developed and 6 attributes that become low priority of repaired and developed. The above nine attributes is recommended to be repaired and developed based on Heuristic evaluation.

Abstract

Milkfish is a cultivation commodity that contributes quite large on a national scale. But in practice, milkfish cultivation requires high production costs, especially in the procurement of fish feeds. This study will explore how to optimize the composition of milkfish feeds, minimize costs without lowering the production, as well as keeping the nutritional needs of milkfish in check. An optimization method, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used in the process of formulation and composition of milkfish feeds to keep fulfilling the nutritional needs of fish with minimal cost. The PSO algorithm process begins with initialization process for position, speed, and Pbest values ​​as much as the number of specified particles, and Gbest. Then the process progresses to the update stage of speed, position, Pbest, and Gbest as much as a predetermined iteration. Based on the results of the tests conducted in this study, optimal parameters have been obtained such as the number of particles as much as 100, the number of iterations of 70, lower boundary value and upper limit particles of 1,0 - 9,0, and coefficient value of 0,4. Using these parameters, the best fish feeds composition obtained for 10-week-old milkfish with a weight per unit of 0,25 kilograms and total fish population of 500 is 0,237 kilograms fish meal, 1,384 kilograms cassava flour, and 2,129 kilograms white leadtree leaf flour with total cost of Rp. 15.017,625.

Abstract

The growing use of current information technology users, monitoring system is needed to facilitate network administrators to monitor the devices connected in a computer network. Currently network monitoring systems generally display information by polling device data every few minutes. This causes the administrator don't know as early as possible if something happens to the device being monitored. This study developed an SNMP based network monitoring system by implementing MQTT. MQTT uses the principle of publish-subscribe to communicating. MQTT is used because power-saving and lightweight messaging protocol. This research produces a network monitoring system which can monitored device information like CPU, load, and memory periodically and display it in graphical form and table in web interface. System development with implementing SNMP agent on monitored device and SNMP manager on NMS Server as publisher. Manager requested information to agent every 2 seconds. On the client side is implemented a subscriber to subscribe published data by manager and then processed on the web-based interface. From the test results show the processing time data by the server and client takes an average time of 2.029 seconds. For data processing time from server to client takes an average time of 1.210 seconds.

Abstract

Load balancing is a mechanism of sharing on the traffic load to multiple servers in a balance way. An accumulation of excessive traffic load on the server will make system performance decreases. Therefore, the way to implement an optimal and secure system with a large number of incoming traffic so it is necessary to apply a load balancing mechanism. By implementing the load balancing mechanism using HAProxy will make the traffic on network runs optimally because the traffic load will be distributed on two or more connection lines in a balance way. Through the implementation of the system, the server performance becomes more optimal in the absence of overload on a server. In order to generate a secure exchange of data between the client and server, it needs to implement the SSL protocol. By implementing the SSL protocol on this system, the exchange of data between the client and server will be secure Because it is already encrypted. In this system, the number of clients is a very influential part on the performance of server response. The more number of clients will make the server response to the client will get longer while the throughput get a the results decreased and if the system receives a request of more than 500 clients then get the request error of 10.4%.
