Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Batu is a government agency that has the task of carrying out regional authority in the field of ICT management. Based on the results of the interview found several problems such as there is no complete documentation and does not yet have a standardized standard on several IT governance processes and lack of optimal human resource management, so that such problem management and allocation of costs do not have clear process steps. In order for existing IT management to be in accordance with organizational goals, an IT evaluation is needed to find out the solutions to existing problems. In this study discussed the evaluation of IT governance using the COBIT 4.1 framework with the focus of the DS and ME domains. The purpose of this study is to measure the current maturity level values ​​that can determine the current state or position of the organization to then be able to provide recommendations for improvement to achieve the expected maturity level of the organization's position based on the results of analysis conducted from the results of data collection. From the calculation of the assessment sheet filled by respondents based on the RACI Chart, the average value of the DS domain is 1.62 and the ME domain is 1.75. The recommendation given is to make a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in every existing IT process, conduct complete documentation with standard formats related to handling problems and disseminate information and communicate the existing processes to all staff involved actively, so that the management of IT governance is there can be stable and controlled.

Abstract

Environmental health is one of the important components that are very influential for human life and health. A clean and healthy environment will make every individual around him comfortable and improve the quality of his life. Toilets are part of an environment that is very important. The poor quality of the toilet facilitates the transmission of bacteria and the development of germs. Based on these problems a system was created that could be used to classify the quality of toilets based on several parameters. In this study the parameters used in comparing the quality of the toilet are odor and temperature on the toilet. Where for odor parameters consists of ammonia gas, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide. These gases are gases that are often produced in human activities when on the toilet. The process of determining toilet quality through ammonia, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and temperature is obtained from reading two MQ135 sensors and DHT11 sensors by the Arduino Uno microcontroller using the Naive Bayes method. The use of the Naive Bayes method was chosen as a decision making technique for toilet conditions because it has very good accuracy where the class of toilet type classification has been known from the beginning. From the results of several tests the reading of two MQ135 sensors has a very high correlation with the output voltage. Where for ammonia reading has a correlation of 99.13%, carbon monoxide has a correlation of 99.66%, and carbon dioxide 99.22%. Whereas for the temperature reading of the DHT11 sensor it has a presentation error of 0.502%. Furthermore, in testing the Naive Bayes method system with a total of 55 training data and test data as many as 25 data, obtained an accuracy of 96% with an average computing time of 4.59 seconds.

Abstract

Data transmission is one of the technological advancements that began to be applied in various fields such as education, military or personal needs. Data transmission is widely known as sending messages between one point to another which is useful for getting or exchanging information. Data transmission needs technology and tools that can support the process. Wireless Sensor Network is one of technology that supports transmission data based on wireless, making it easier to implement. Ones of module that can support data transmission is LoRa SX1278, support data transmission systems with a wide range of distances and capable of sending large amounts of data. In this study there are 4 LoRa modules, where 1 module function as a master module and 3 modules function as slaves. Using a star topology, data transmission is carried out between modules by passing one master module as the bridge. Where the purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of LoRa module by looking at the results of Delay, RSSI, Throughput and SNR values that are generated when data transmission takes place. In testing, the farthest distance of transmission is 300 m and the shortest distance is 10 m by sending the smallest data 1 byte and the largest is 251 bytes.

Abstract

Evaluation towards the success of MASH Classroom's implementation is required to gain the recommendation that can be used for improving its implementation success' rate. The evaluation is done by using four variables from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, which are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions. Quantitative research method with descriptive statistics in this research includes 1273 MASH Classroom user students at FILKOM UB as its population. The samples are determined with Slovin's equation with 10% of error tolerance which obtained 96 MASH Classroom user students at FILKOM UB as the research sample. The results showed that performance expectancy (50,68%), effort expectancy (53,80%), social influence (62,40%) and facilitating conditions (56,20%) is in the neutral category. Recommendations given according to the research results are emphasizing the delivery of RPS in each semester, provision of task-spesific human resource for daily operationalization of the class, allocating MASH Classroom for non-academic student activities, and emphasizing computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) by the lecturers through workshop and training.

Abstract

DJBC KANWIL JATIM 1 is a government agency that serves the public in the field of customs and excise. Every day DJBC KANWIL JATIM1 receives letters from all sectors of the region waiting to receive orders to take action. Sometimes the regional head of office is confused about choosing which letter to take action first. Because the head of the regional office must give quick action to the letter that has the highest priority in order to get quick action. Then a letter priority recommendation system is needed that is more efficient in determining which letter is first carried out. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighted) methods were combined to determine the priority of incoming letters at DJAN KANWIL JATIM I. The combination of AHP and SAW methods is very well used in decision making. The AHP method is used to identify the weights for each criterion taken from the paired comparison matrix, while the SAW method is used to determine the highest priority entry letter for action. Based on the testing using the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient calculation produces a value of 0.86015. The results show that the system is running well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service quality of the DISBUDPAR Banyuwangi site using the e-Govqual method which functions to measure the quality of e-government services consisting of the ease of users (human) as end users, using Human Organization Technology (HOT) -Fit adding Organization features in replacement service quality and two-way relationship (reciprocity) between the organization and net benefits (net benefits) obtained from the system, and the use of the Kano Model method used to obtain the level of user satisfaction (end users). This study collected data with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research questionnaire consisted of 188 questions with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study concluded that the e-Govqual method was in the high category (80.57%), Human Organization Technology (HOT) -Suitable in the high category (81.57%) and the Kano Model was also included in the High category (80.95%). The results of this study will provide a discussion on each method and choose variables that have indicator values based on the average (average). The e-Govqual method needs to improve the indicator section on the Ease of Use, Trust and Content and Information Appearance variables. Human Organizational Technology Method (HOT) Suitable to improve the indicator part of the Human Factor and Technology variables and the Kano Model method needs to improve the indicator section on Function variables and Route Planning, Visual Design and Content and Member Information Management.

Abstract

Edmodo and Moodle are systems which can be use in learning management. These two systems are popular in middle school and higher educational level. But, not all of the instructors know how to operate these systems caused by complicated design that have an impact in usability and learnabililty aspect. In order for usability reached properly, these two systems need to be evaluated with cognitive walkthrough and heuristic evaluation, six evaluators and comparative research. There are 15 problems in Moodle and seven problems in learning ability using the cognitive walkthrough method. For research with heuristic evaluation methods, there are 16 problems in Moodle with the highest frequency is H-8 (Aesthetic and minimalist design), as well as total severity rating is 2.50. As for the heuristic evaluation method in Edmodo, there were 15 problems with the highest frequencies are: (1) H-1 (System status visibility); (2) H-2 (Suitability between the system and the real world); (3) H-4 (Consistency and standards); (4) H-7 (Flexibility and efficiency of use); (5) H-8 (Aesthetic and minimalist design); and (6) H-10 (Help and documentation) as many as two for each principle, and the total average number of severity rating is 2.30. Edmodo is recommended because of it's user interface design that can be easily recognized by user. While, Moodle is recommended for an expert user that needs a LMS that has complex feature.

Abstract

The need for information at this time is very important in various aspects of life. Yoga's Farm is a farm that runs the process of fattening goats, selling goats, selling cattle medicine, and selling various types of animal feed. This farm has enough benefits but all financial reporting is still not neatly arranged. Financial reporting is only done manually, this results in many finances that are not defined as useful. From the problems that arise, an information system is developed that will facilitate the processing of financial data. Financial reporting systems can also be printed and display the benefits of goat farming. The method used in development is waterfall. Whereas the framework used in developing this information system is Laravel. Testing for functional systems is a validation test, the results of validation testing state that the system is 100% valid, indicating that it is functioning properly and in accordance with user expectations. Testing for nonfunctional requirements is testing browser compatibility, the results suggest that the system can run on 9 different browsers. However, in IE (Internet Explorer) version 11 there are critical issues, 9 major issues from 16 browser versions and 5 minor issues from 10 browser versions.

Abstract

Venereal or Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) are still a public health problem in developed and developing countries. Expert stated that health problems caused by venereal disease are higher in women. symptoms experienced have similarities between one and other venereal disease. Lack of knowledge possessed by patients can cause more severe. Therefore, to reduce the level of problems in self-examination, research is needed to classifying female veneral disease to find out the types of infectious diseases. Various methods can be used in classification. including using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Naive Bayes Classifier. The combination of these two methods has advantages that include no need to discretize more on continuous variables. So that in this study the KNN and Naive Bayes Classifier method will be combined to classify venereal diseases, especially for women because both of these methods have a high degree of accuracy in studying a disease so it is expected to predict probabilities based on testing data. In this study the accuracy test of the combination of the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naive Bayes Classifier methods was 97.5% using an average accuracy and 99.17% using the confusion matrix for the nearest number of neighbors as K = 5.

Abstract

Facial recognition is one of the techniques in computer vision that is able to recognize a person's face from an image. The application of face recognition into the presence system is very important considering that there are still cases of attendance data manipulation by students in the presence system using manual - filling signatures on the attendance sheet. Lack of tight supervision in filling attendance sheets is an event that is vulnerable to cases of manipulating attendance data. Therefore in this study try to present a presence system that uses images to find out the presence of students. The trick is to take pictures using a camera that is placed in front of the class, just above the blackboard facing the student. From the images taken, the system will then detect the faces of students using the Viola Jones method of the OpenCV library combined with YCbCr skin color pixel detection to avoid false detection. And for face recognition students will be using the local binary patterns histograms method from the OpenCV library. Accuracy results obtained by the system showed the level of detection accuracy of 82.33% and recognition accuracy of 50.83% in the morning, 61.11% during the day, and 58.89% at night. The average total computing time for the detection of one student is 0.293 seconds, two students 0.297 seconds, three students 0.317 seconds, four students 0.313 seconds, five students 0.31 seconds and six students 0.307 seconds. While the average total face recognition computing time for one student is 2.17 seconds, two students 2.58 seconds, three students 3.01 seconds, four students 3.38 seconds, five students 3.78 seconds, and six students 4 .12 seconds.
