The implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) in Malang Vocational High School has encountered many problems in the display that is difficult to understand, users do not understand the features of the system so that problems arise in the aspects of Usability and Learnability. Because the teacher has difficulty choosing which LMS is good to use, the researcher evaluated the comparisons of the two LMSs used namely Edmodo and Google Classroom using the Heuristic Walkthrough which is a combination of two methods namely Heuristic Evaluation on Usability and Cognitive Walkthrough on Learnability. The respondents involved were four experts and five teachers in each LMS. The results of the study show that the Learnability factor Edmodo has a total of 14 problems and two 21 for the Google Classroom. In Usability results, Edmodo has 23 problems and has an average severity rating of 2.5 while Google Classroom has 9 problems and has an average severity rating of 2.7. From these results, Edmodo is recommended for new users because it excels in Learnability aspects while Google Classroom is recommended by experts because it excels in Usability.

Thesis is a mandatory thing that must be done by a student to get a bachelor's degree. Based on the PSIK data from the Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University, from 192 data, 96 students completed the thesis according to the specified time 95 other students did not complete the thesis according to the specified time span of 6 months. So based on these problems a system is needed that can explore knowledge - new knowledge and can help make decisions using data mining. In this study using one of the data mining tasks namely Association Rule Mining using the Apriori algorithm produces rule patterns that can be used as parameters for the prediction of thesis readiness. The collected data supports 540 academic program data records of 2013 - 2014 Information System study students and 192 FILKOM APPS data records that contain progress data for student thesis in 2018, then pre-processing to use the usage pattern using Apriori with WEKA tools. The results of testing the system using a black box show valid results so that it can be concluded that the system is made according to requirements. Then to test usability obtained a value of 67.5 which belongs to the predicate D for Scale Scale and Marginal Height for the Acceptance Range.

Malang Regency has a diverse culture and has a variety of cultural and historical attractions that can attract visitors. In addition, Malang Regency also has unique handicrafts that have thick East Java artistic value. But craft players feel a lack of special attention from the government. The lack of attention to craft causes little information about handicrafts in Malang to reach visitors. So we need a media that can provide the right place of purchase recommendations with the desired criteria and easy to do. The recommendation place for Purchases of the Malang handicrafts system is using the Waterfall method, android-based, apply Location-Based-Service to get the user position and using TOPSIS to support the decision making because it has a low time complexity and has a light process. The results of Black Box testing are that the system runs well and convenient with the results of the design. In the validation test, it produces results from the system with manual calculations, TOPSIS produces the same results. Finally, the usability test with the SUS method produces the final value of 76.75 which is in the acceptable category and the Good category.

The Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Malang is the overshadowed body in the data management of all Civil Servants (PNS) in Malang. The main problem currently being faced by BKD Malang is that the process of submitting letters from civil servants is still ineffective. The reason for this is because every file submitted by PNS to each work unit and to the BKD directly is still in the form of paper documents, for example a copy. This causes the BKD still has to do the process of scanning every file submitted by the PNS so that it slows down the documentation process and the process of submitting the legalization of the submission of letters to the leadership. So that causes the length of the process of approving each of the problems raised by civil servants. The current submission process can be completed with an average period of one to 2-6 months. From these problems SIMAS will be developed to facilitate the process of submitting letters by way of civil servants can directly upload digital documents to speed up the process of submitting the required documents. Submissions that exist in this system are Submission of Periodic Salary Increase, Employee Card, Husband / Wife Card, and Model C. From the process of needs analysis, 55 functional requirements and 1 non-functional need will be obtained. After the design and implementation process will be carried out testing will be carried out by testing whitebox and blackbox for functiounal requirements and testing competibility testing for testing non-functiounal requirements. Whitebox testing consists of unit testing to test three methods that produce valid valuus ​​on all existing test pathways and integration testing to test two integrated methods and produce valid values ​​on all existing test paths. Blackbox testing will be done by testing validation of 55 functional requirements and producing valid values ​​in all test cases so that the sistem can run well and as expected. Compatibility testing is done useng the Sortsite tool and produces that the sistem can run properly on various browsers and there are no results that have critical issues.

Bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency currently being favored as a means of investment like stocks. Its nature is not centralized or decentralized which causes the price of Bitcoin can experience inflation at any time. So we need a method to predict the price of Bitcoin accurately to make decisions in Bitcoin buying and selling transactions. The ELM method has better learning speed than other methods and a simple structure, but it has disadvantages in choosing input weights and biases randomly. To overcome these shortcomings, the ABC method is used because it also has a very simple and flexible structure. Therefore, the price of Bitcoin will be predicted using the ELM-ABC method. This research uses Bitcoin price time series data from the Indodax cryptocurrency exchange from 01 December 2017 to 31 August 2018. ABC functions to produce the most optimal input weights and biases for the ELM training stage. Furthermore, input weights, biases, and output weights will be used for ELM testing stages to obtain the prediction result prices. Then, error evaluation value calculated from the results of the Bitcoin price prediction using MAPE. The ELM-ABC parameter test results get the best combination of 12 features, 20 hidden neurons, 20 bee populations, and 5 iterations. The combination produces an average MAPE value of 1,96983% and an accuracy of 98,03017%, while ELM amounted to 2,70401% and 97,29599%.

Autoworkys is a web-based back-office system developed by PT. Prima Berkat Gemilang to serve automotive companies the requirements in performing their operational activities. Autoworkys system has been used in various automotive companies that are spread throughout Indonesia, including Dipo Angkasa Motor, Eurokars Indonesia PT, Indonesian Jeep Station, etc. Based on the observations there are problems, that are the sparepart input form can not do a search for the description but the keyword id, so the user must input the keyword id as many as 10 digits and when creating a new user there is no command to input a password, the two problems are not in accordance with the principle of heuristic evaluation, namely help and documentation and recognition rather than recall. Given the large number of customers and the problems that the autoworkys system has, it is necessary to evaluate the system's usability. The methods used to evaluate the system's usability are Nielsen heuristic which involves IT experts and John Broke System Usability Scale (SUS) which involves user perceptions. The result of heuristic evaluation showed 53 problems with the most problems found on the H7 (Flexibility and efficiency of use) and the System Usability Scale showed a value of 67,25 which means “OK†for the adjective ratings and “D†for the grade scale. The autoworksys design improvement is done based on the guidelines and expert insight. The result showed a decrement from 53 problems to 1 problem and the System Usability Scale result showed an increment from 67,25 to 86,25 which means “EXCELLENT†for the adjective ratings and “B†for the grade scale.

Lima Sekawan Marine Group is a National Shipping company that conducts planning activities by analyzing and evaluating ship trips from one port to another. During the planning process to evaluate ship trips in a comparison between data trip planning and trip reports, it is still done manually, using Excel. In manual data management, these are several problems namely, data is difficult to read, data is not quickly updated, and data is poorly stored properly. Required for several divisions that require analyzing the data, data is more quickly accepted. Therefore PT. Lima Sekawan Marine Grup needs to optimize the management of travel data analysis in one voyage with a website-based ship travel information system. This information system was built to assist operational divisions in carrying out boat trip planning (trip planning) and ship trip reporting (trip reporting). Then it can help other divisions in obtaining ship evaluation data, complete and accurate. This system can also assist in the process of ordering ships or shipping charters. This web-based information system, in its implementation, uses the MVC (Model View Controller) pattern. In this study, testing was divided into unit testing, validation testing, and compatibility testing.

The Communication and Information Agency (KOMINFO) of Sidoarjo Regency is a government service located in Sidoarjo Regency, which is engaged in communication and informatics and provides public services by utilizing information technology. Related to the importance of information security, the Ministry of Communication and Information issued the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Communication and Information Minister Regulation Number 4 of 2016 concerning Information Security Management System to support the implementation of information security management systems in government agencies, therefore as a service that provides information and uses information technology in its services, an evaluation of the level of information security is needed. In this study the evaluation was conducted with a questionnaire instrument based on Indeks Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) to determine the level of completeness and maturity of information security in five areas, governance, risk management, frameworks, asset management, and technology. From the results of the evaluation it can be seen that at the completeness level get a score of 334 and the average level of information security maturity is at level II. From this, it can be stated that the Sidoarjo Regency Communication and Information Agency needs improvement to carry out ISO27001 certification. These results form the basis of making recommendations obtained from the results of a comparison between Indeks KAMI and ISO27001 controls. One recommendation given is the risk management procedure for non-compliance corrective actions based on control A.18.2.

Based on UU No. 20 tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa pasal 72 village government must inform village finance to public, then the village government must make publication about village finance every year, to achieve it Ngawi regency government make a reporting about village finance to citizen and Badan Pembangunan Masyarakat dan Desa (BAPPEMASDESA). Village finance reporting to citizen carried out using billboards. Billboards has problem such broken, rainy, information not seen at night and etc. Bilboards make citizen go to village government office or BAPPEMASDESA for make complain about disinformation about Village finance reporting. Village in Ngawi regency in 2018 no one reported about Perubahan APBDesa and Realisasi APBDesa to citizen and BAPPEMASDESA. Previous E-Government website were still oriented to the government, that making people not getting information that was actually needed by government. Based this problem government created a system which has the main features finance reporting village consisting of APBDesa, Perubahan APBDesa and Realisasi APBDesa to citizen and BAPPEMASDESA and citizen complains. The system is made based on citizen centric which is based on the perspective of the citizen. The research begins with conducting requirement enginnering and literature study about citizen centric. The results of the requirement engineering get 53 functional requirements and 2 non-functional requirement, after carrying out requirement engineering, go to design phased and implementation phased. System developed by many language consists PHP (Laravel Framework), Javascript, HTML, CSS and MYSQL database. Implementation is complete followed by unit testing, and validation testing. The results of the test produce 100% valid it means all requirement was success implemented.

Kuranji Karya Mandiri is one of the premier furniture manufacturers and commerce in Indonesia. CV. Kuranji Karya Mandiri has never implemented a computer-based information system in doing employee and payroll records. This has the potential to lead to misinformation because of employees who cheat in attendance and employment information. CV. An independent work requires an information system that can help companies manage data. Based on these problems, the research designed a user interface of the payroll application in a human centered design method (HCD). HCD is a method that involves humans as users in every stage of the design process. The stages of this study include defining context by observation, interviews and literacy studies, defining user requirements through business and use case models, producing design solutions through navigation design and prototypes that suit usability guidelines, evaluating the design with brainwashing focus groups to ensure user's suitability to interface and to improve design solutions. The results of the FGD evaluation are standard for improving design solutions in accordance with that which has been agreed with FGD participants. Improving the prototype became the result of this study with the goal of demonstrating a solution for delivery of the payday information with a level of leverage appropriate to the context of use.
