Abstract

According to the Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health, the government is obliged to provide access to information, education, and health service facilities to the public. One effort that can be done by the government is to present health data to the public so that they can educate and increase the awareness regarding the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Along with efforts to develop the smart city concept, Dinkes together with Kominfo, has provided health data through Malang City health profile and Malang City Open Data site. However, the data displayed is difficult for the public to understand. Therefore, it is necessary to devise an interaction design for the development of information systems based on a mobile app to make it more flexible and convenient for users to access. The design process in this study was carried out by applying the Human-Centered Design, which focuses on users and stakeholders. In the evaluation process, testing was carried out using the Remote Usability Testing technique by 21 evaluators and using the System Usability Scale questionnaire. The results of this test are a percentage value of 92% in the aspect of effectiveness and 91% in the aspect of efficiency. In the aspect of satisfaction, the value obtained is 75.71 with the title 'Acceptable' and get a C grade included in the 'Good' category of adjective ratings.

Abstract

LPMI Al-Izzah Batu City is an educational institution that was established on July 17, 2006 by implementing Islamic basic values that ​​integrated with technology and science with the aim that students are able to maintain Islamic sharia. In addition, LPMI Al-Izzah of Batu city also has a web application that can be used by employees in planning daily activities called the Daily Plan. Based on the analysis and testing of the initial design, the results obtained on the aspect of effectiveness of 71.3%, 34.25 seconds efficiency aspects, and aspects of user satisfaction by 41.66. Then the researchers then did the design of improving the interface appearance by applying the Human Centered Design approach, Usability testing method and System Usability Scale. From the evaluation results of the appearance improvement design that has been done, researcher get a percentage of 100% in the aspect of effectiveness, 19.38 seconds in the aspect of efficiency, and 87.83 in the aspect of user satisfaction. From this research, it can be concluded that the Human Centered Design approach is able to produce a product or system that is able to help users and stakeholders achieve their goals.

Abstract

The East Java Provincial Fisheries Office works in the marine and fisheries sector. One of the fields owned, namely the Marine, Coastal and Supervision sector which is responsible for managing marine and coastal space permit recommendations. The licensing has a flow starting from the process of the applicant submitting an application, processing the data by the East Java Provincial Fisheries Office, conducting a field survey and then making a report as a reference in making recommendations. The process takes quite a long time, namely when the process of sending letters to service branches and during the location verification process so that the time required is 30 days or more, while the time limit given by the government is only 15 working days. In addition, the lack of knowledge about spatial data used in regional data collection causes workers to have difficulty in carrying out regional data collection. From these problems, a solution was found by making a marine and coastal space permit processing system equipped with the ability to process spatial data in easy-to-understand stages. The system is built using the waterfall Software Development Life Cycle method. This research begins with analysis and design by making a Use Case Diagram which states that there are 55 functional needs plus 1 non-functional requirement. There are several main features, namely adding a copy of the letter, data collection of areas and adding dispositions, then making Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. System development is carried out using Laravel as a framework, PHP for programming languages, MySQL for databases and OpenLayers for GIS creation. After the system has been successfully built, unit testing with whitebox testing is carried out on 3 main system functions and produces valid value test cases, blackbox testing for validation testing carried out on 55 functional requirements, each test case is valid, and compatibility testing to test compatibility which results in a value that the system can run on a variety of web browsers as needed.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina Mosque is one of the mosques located in Malang that has functions like a mosque in general. The mosque has one of its functions, namely the social function to prosper the surrounding community. One of the social activities and is one of the worship of Muslims is to carry out sacrifice activities that are held every year. The organization of the activities of takmir and remaja of Ibnu Sina Mosque formed a committee to carry out the sacrifice activities. However, there are some problems that occur in the process of performing sacrifices. In the supporting process, namely the recording of preparatory data, sacrifices, equipment, slaughter team, and recipients of the sacrifices, it is often difficult to trace the data in the previous year and it is prone to disappear. Based on these problems, this study aims to build a sacrificial information system that can help the process of supporting and the main process of sacrifice in managing the list of sacrifices, recipients of sacrifices, slaughterers, equipment, and list of sacrificial animals. The construction of this system uses Laravel framework to facilitate development by applying the principle of object orientation. This system development method uses an iterative model approach. Then the system is tested using the validation and the compatibility testing. The validation test demonstrates that the system is valid and the compatibility test result shows the system has a good compatibility score on all web browsers.

Abstract

In today's technological developments, credit cards are seen as an easy and practical way of making transactions, because apart from being easy to use transactions with credit cards only require a few requirements. However, the increasing use of credit cards has resulted in criminal acts that harm both customers and banks. Data mining is seen as the right method to solve this problem, so this research will use the Decision Tree C4.5 method to detect fraud in credit card transactions. Because the occurrence of fraud on every transaction is rare and there are more normal transactions, this study will also add to the SMOTE oversampling method that can create synthetic fraud data with the aim of balancing class. The results of this study produce an accuracy value of 78%, a precision value of 89.65%, a recall value of 85.71% and an f-measure of 87.64% with an N value of 500% in SMOTE and a depth value of the Decision Tree C4. 5 = 15. So, it can be concluded that the implementation of Decision Tree C4.5 in the case of detecting fraud in credit card transactions is best done by oversampling SMOTE.

Abstract

In the era of information technology development as it is now certainly will affect the increasing competitiveness of the business world. Wedding organizer company is one of the companies engaged in the service sector that requires assistance from the advancement of information technology such as websites. Changes in lifestyle and financial capabilities make the bride and groom often do not have enough time in preparing for their wedding. The wedding.co application development is an application that can provide a service for brides who will order a wedding package service in real time. The wedding.co application development acts as a platform to bring together wedding organizer companies in Malang with prospective brides. The application development process uses waterfall method with prototyping model requirements engineering, starts from the requirements engineering phase to the testing phase with an object-oriented approach. At the requirements engineering phase, there are 67 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. The implementation phase of this application is done using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. The testing phase conducted is unit testing with 100% valid data from 3 functionality tested, integration testing with 100% valid data from 1 functionality tested, and validation testing with 100% valid data from 32 functionality tested. Non-functional testing is tested using the compatibility parameter conducted proves that this application can run on 6 browsers, namely Internet Explorer, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, iOS, and Android.

Abstract

The Government of Sidoarjo city built the Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) which was inaugurated on January 29, 2019 and implemented an e-government service called Antrian MPP Sidoarjo to facilitate the people who would visit MPP Sidoarjo. Based on the rating of their application on Google Play Store in 2019, Antrian MPP Sidoarjo application gets 3.1 out of 5 stars, and the information centre stated that people still rely on offline queue. This research aims to describe the acceptance of Sidoarjo Regency community towards Antrian MPP Sidoarjo application based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, which includes performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and behavioral intention variables. Data collection was carried out by distributing offline questionnaires to 60 samples based on purposive sampling criteria. The data obtained were processed with descriptive statistics and the results showed that the acceptance of Sidoarjo Regency community towards the Antrian MPP Sidoarjo application based on the UTAUT model is quite high (66.75%). There are three variables which values are below the average, namely effort expectancy, social influence, and behavioral intention. As a recommendation, the three variables must be improved or optimized for future implementation. A total of 10 recommendations are given for each indicator of the respective variable.

Abstract

Soybean is a top priority crop in food and also includes a commodity that has a high protein in helping meet the nutritional needs of the community at a relatively cheap price when compared to animal protein commodities. Soybeans with a high enough protein must be able to be produced well so that people can get good protein with relatively cheap prices. With the target of increasing production that is able to meet the needs of the community, it is necessary to consider plant growing media in order to grow well. Soybean media media uses soil that has a good nutrient retreat so that it can grow well. So with this we need a system that is able to detect soil quality that will be used as a planting medium for soybean plants. This study will challenge the system that is able to improve the quality of soybean plants using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification method by using soil pH parameters and process moisture through the soil supported by Arduino Nano boards as data processing. The classification process will be carried out by collecting data from several soil qualities, then the conversion of land is approved using a pH sensor and a Capacitive Soil sensor, the pH data of the humidity data obtained will use the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The results of the classification process will be continued through the LCD in the form of ph data and moisture results from the detected soil quality. In the process of testing the system using the K-Nearest Neighbor method with K = 3 has the highest verification that is equal to 86.6% compared to K initiating 5, 7 or 9.

Abstract

In Wireless sensor network (WSN) technology, devices or devices that can support wireless networks in WSN are needed, one of which is LoRa. The device is a wireless communication technology that can be used over long distances and has a low power consumption using the radio spectrum in its communication. By default, there is still a problem with these devices that is LoRa communicate with each other directly in just one hop. To overcome this problem routing protocols will be implemented in it to enable multi-hop application. The routing protocol used is static routing, because it is efficient when applied to small scale networks and the processing load on the routing is smaller. The results of performance testing are based on three predetermined test parameters namely Association Time, Packet Loss, and Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR). The value of the highest association time is when sending to sensor node 4 which is the furthest node with an association time value of 0.614 seconds, because to go to that node needs to go through 2 other nodes. Then in the Packet Loss test the highest percentage value is 8%. The last test Packet Delivery Ratio obtained the lowest value of 92%. From the above data it can be concluded, the large number of nodes that are traversed makes the performance of the system reduced.

Abstract

CV. Wisa Tunggal Perkasa is engaged in selling building materials. The author found several processes carried out accordingly so that the process occurs the process becomes obstructed or less effective. Indications that occur in the process of selling goods and purchasing goods. This indication is that there is no inventory calculation and there is no re-recording of goods from suppliers. Based on the allegations, researchers will discuss business processes and analyze potential problems and analysis of problems that occur and then will evaluate business processes on the CV. Wisa Tunggal Perkasa. This study uses a Bussiness Process Model and Notation (BPMN), while for analyzing and evaluating using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and for conducting business improvement processes using Business Process Improvement (BPI). From the results of simulations of the current business process (as-is) and the business evaluation process (to-be) found when the analysis reached 33.22% in the sale of goods and 24.66% in the purchase of goods. In addition, the analysis of resources with the highest increase was 46.44% in the business process of selling goods carried out by cashier actors and 58.98% by owners in the business process of purchasing goods.
