One of the most dangerous chronic diseases in Indonesia is diabetes mellitus. This disease has symptoms characterized by high levels of glucose in human blood. Examination of diabetes mellitus that currently available is still invasive by taking blood samples using a needle into the patient's finger. The long period of time and the high cost are the constraint in getting the results of the examination. Research to detect diabetes mellitus in a non-invasive manner, which requires a small amount of money, and saves more time, is needed to overcome the existing problems. This research uses features in the form of urine and respiratory gas. In the patient's urine, the color and the level of ammonia gas will be detected. Meanwhile, in the patient's respiratory gas levels, methane gas will be detected. Data processing in the system using the Arduino Mega microcontroller. The processed data obtained from the output of the color sensor and gas sensor. The sensors are TCS3200 as a color sensor and the MQ-135 and MQ-4 sensors as gas sensors. The results of data processing will be classified using the K-Nearest Neighbor or K-NN method into Normal and Diabetes conditions. Testing using 12 test data and 24 training data with a value of K = 3 resulted in an accuracy of 91.67% because there was 1 data mismatch at the time of testing. The average system performance obtained based on 10 tests is 3061.9 ms.

Multipath routing is a routing method that uses more than one path for transferring data in Network. Using multipath routing can cause not proportional traffic distribution. In a network with different bandwidth, evenly distributed traffic can cause a drop in data transfer performance because of the bottleneck in one of the available paths. This paper proposes a system that controls traffic distribution according to the value of demand (traffic from the user) and path unused bandwidth. The system uses Sflow-rt to monitor the value of demand and path unused bandwidth and uses group action feature of Openvswitch to distribute the traffic. The values from Sflow will be used to calculate the weight of all available paths that control traffic distribution. The test result shows traffic distribution that considers the value of demand and prioritizes path with more unused bandwidth. The system response time that change traffic distribution is effected by the value of Sflow polling. If the value of Sflow polling is 1, then system response time is in range of 1 to 3 seconds. If the value of Sflow polling is 3, then system response time is in range of 1 to 5 seconds. If the value of Sflow polling is 10, then system response time is in range of 14 to 16 seconds with a chance of no change in traffic distribution.

Floods is one of the most common natural disasters in the Asian region. Based on statistical data of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) on 2009-2018, it was noted that the number of dead and missing victims over 11 thousand people. A monitoring system is needed that can quickly and accurately provide information and warnings to the public. Therefore, the researchers conducted a study entitled the development of a water canal monitoring system as a flood mitigation. To realize a monitoring system, a protocol for network communication is required. Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) is a protocol that allows communication between the ESP8266 which uses a client and server architecture with centralized control. HTTP POST request-response method can be used for the communication method between WiFi client nodes and WiFi server nodes. The system stores sensor data in a Firebase database connected to the android application. The android application can provide notification alerts to the user if the system detects a danger. Based on the test results, it was concluded that NodeMCU ESP8266 can communicate with each other using the HTTP POST method. From the sensor test, the average error result is 17.86%. In testing the delay of sending data between nodes at a distance of 5m, 30m, 50m, 80m and 100m, it has an average delay of 242.17ms, 964.4ms, 979.3ms, 988.9ms and 997.0ms. In testing the android application the system can display the results of system monitoring and the user gets a warning notification when the system detects a potential hazard.

The mutation division is one of the BKPSDM divisions that has main service to help realize the implementation of personnel affairs. These services include managing formation, completing promotions and submitting employee layoffs. However, there are still some problems that hinder the running of the service, such as difficulties in collecting the entire record of employee data for the preparation of formation and long processing on completion of promotions and employee dismissal. Therefore, analysis, evaluation and improvement of business processes are needed to overcome the problems and optimize the running of the business process. In this research, business process modeling is carried out using Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN), analyzing and evaluating each activity using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and improving business processes through the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method. After that, the simulation is run between the current business process model and the recommendation to determine the validity and results of the time analysis. Based on the simulation results through Bizagi Modeler, it was found that each business process has a valid value and an increased time on business process recommendation. Business process in managing the formation there was an increase in time 12.09%, completion of promotion 53.68% and submission of employee layoffs 2.41%.

It's important to find out information related to early childhood development.Early childhood development is the responsibility of parents as a family that is the beginning in the development of children before entering a higher level, namely school. However, parents' knowledge and experience of information on the development of young children is very minimal. These problems the authors found in parents who are actively conducting care and supervision of early childhood in conducting interviews. Based on existing and valid problems, it is necessary to do a new innovation solution that can improve the experience of parents in solving problems and the needs of prospective users, namely parents in providing information and activities of early childhood. To realize and enhance parents experience of innovations and new solutions that have good value and usability value in accordance with the problems of parents, user experience design is needed. The design of this user experience uses the human-centered design (HCD) method. The human-centered design method is an interactive approach that aims to make the system usable and useful by focusing on the needs of users by increasing aspects of user effectiveness and efficiency and satisfaction. The design of user experience parenting applications with human-centered design methods results in the design of user requirements, interaction designs, lowfidelity interface designs, screenflow designs, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. The results of the design evaluation using Monroy's heuristic evaluation method produced 18 problem findings on 5 heuristic principles from 9 principles and produced information that the highest average severity rating was found in the heuristic make System Status Visible (MA01) principle, with the most problems found in heuristic principles have the app remember important stuff and not the user (MA06) as many as 7 problem findings with a minor rating severity level. Thus the results of the evaluation produce aesthetic design and minimal design so that prospective users (parents) are comfortable when using the application. The design results also produce a consistent design because the use of location, coloring and shape both menus and icons remain on the design system.

Mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a collection of wireless mobile nodes that are connected through radio waves without a central access point, free moving nodes, and dynamic. But this kind of network still has several problems, power consumption is one of the most important design problems in MANET as a node on MANET that has a limited battery. Based on the problems described earlier, we need a concept of implementing energy saving on MANET and analyzing the effect of energy on protocol performance when reducing energy consumption. This study compares the implementation of the concept of saving energy using the sleep mode method with protocol performance, namely Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), packet loss, and average residual energy using Network Simulator 2 (NS2) in the Destination Source Routing (DSR) protocol. Testing is done by making sleep mode implemented and without the implemented sleep mode for the variation of the total node and data rate. This research successfully implemented the concept of energy saving in the DSR protocol in MANET with the sleep mode method. How to implement energy saving on the system is to configure the source code protocol by changing the MAC protocol using Sensor MAC (S-MAC) and writing the source code to enable the sleep mode feature. This study concluded that the performance of the DSR routing protocol without implementing a sleep mode was an average of 87.5% better than the implementation of sleep mode on the testing parameters of PDR values and packet loss. However, the DSR routing protocol with the implementation of sleep mode was better on average 91.67% than without the implementation of sleep mode on the testing parameters of average residual energy.

Navila Resto is a business dealing in food sector. This business that is founded in late 2018 performs monthly service and management evaluation. The evaluation is obtained through reports recapitulated by the restaurant's employees at the end of the month. The reports managed in the ledger need to be copied to Microsoft Word and Excel and sent through Whatsapp to be reported to the executives. It is highly inefficient and ineffective. Reports data processed by Navila keep increasing, causing difficulties in the data analysis and the reports are prone to be buried by new messages. From the aforementioned problems, a better development of administration information system for data management is required. This research aims to develop web-based and android-based administration information system through the use of CodeIgniter framework and Reactnative framework. The needs analysis shows that the system requirements include 17 functional needs and 1 non-functional need in total. The result of system functionality test through validation testing of the overall system function for the users is 100% valid. The system non-functionality test is done through System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which was obtained from the questionnaires filled by the employees of Navila Resto as the respondents. The test result is 72.1, with a category of acceptable and adjective ratings of OK.

Communication is very important for people like Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) patients who are not able to speak and write, but not with eye movements. At present, there are already several techniques that can read eye movements using the method based on video that has a high price that using signal calculations with input of images called image processing. This signal requires a camera that supports images with a high degree of accuracy and consideration factors that cause noises. One of these factors is lighting so that this method will require a very large cost. Therefore, an alternative is needed that can make eye movements using bio-signals in the body that issupported by movements using Electrooculography (EOG) that supports the direction of eye movements. This research discusses the signal normalization use Differentiation Method. The system can classify of eye movement 8 directions sen ton 8 LEDs. Based on the results of accuracy for eye movement direction is about 100% and based on the results of average accuracy the whole system by taking 5 samples of people is about 79.25%.

The development of information and communication technology in the current era of globalization has a big influence on the world of research. Where research is an activity carried out by researchers of the object of discussion using methods that are appropriate to the scientific field, which obtains results with specific goals and intentions. It is proven by the number of universities in Indonesia competing to publish their research results, one of which is the Faculty of Computer Science which manages several scientific journal publication portals, namely the Journal of Information Technology and Computer Science (JTIIK) and the Journal of Information Technology and Computer Science Development (JPTIIK) . This portal serves as a place to publish research results from students or lecturers. In conducting research, researchers sometimes exchange information, debate or collaborate with other researchers. Although there are many platforms that provide a place to exchange information and knowledge in conducting research, the Faculty of Computer Science is deemed necessary to have a place to collaborate with fellow researchers which is certainly supported by the existing portal system for publishing scientific journals. In this study the authors designed a collaborative application research system that aims to establish communication between teachers, students or researchers at the Faculty of Computer Science. The author uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which is implemented with the Codeigniter framework in the system development process. Then the white box and black box methods are tested to ensure the system runs properly as needed. Browser Compatibility Test which aims to ensure the system can run on multiple web browsers.

Based on studies conducted by Google and Temasek in 2018, Indonesia has great digital economic potential. This will be very good if business people in Indonesia can exploit this potential. But businesses in Indonesia which are dominated by small and medium scale entrepreneurs (MSMEs) will have some problems if they have to develop their own business websites. To overcome the following problem, an e-commerce landing page portal website was developed. With so much data being processed and transferred between servers and clients, the system will be developed using a single-page application pattern. The system will be developed with a prototyping model in the development process. The system interface was developed with the ReactJS library and on the server using NodeJS and Express framework. Communication between server and client is done with JSON. The results of the study found that there were 3 actors, 41 functional needs, and 3 non-functional needs. System testing is done by white-box and black-box testing. The results of testing each need found 100% valid.
