Abstract

Balai Besar Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru (BBTNBTS) as a Technical Implementation Unit from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry has management plan centered around TNBTS area that aims to lay the operational foundation for the management of natural conservation areas in a systematic, focused and integrated manner. BBTNBTS has a letter management activity to support the implementation of those program plan. Letter management activities are still carried out manually to this date, causing several problems, such as the increased risk of losing data recorded in the agenda book, as well as difficulties in searching for specific mail data, monitoring the status of mail processing, and recapitulation of letters. Based on these problems, the solution that can be applied is to develop a correspondence management information system that can be a means to facilitate staff in managing incoming and outgoing letters at BBTNBTS. The web-based information system is built using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) approach, using the PHP programming language that utilizes the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. Validation and compatibility tests are also performed to ascertain that the system is feasible to use.

Abstract

“Suzuki Katang” Motorcycle Dealer is one of the Suzuki brand motorcycle distributors located in Kediri City which was founded in 2010. In its business process, namely bookkeeping, before using Microsoft Excel, dealers used the manual method using a notebook. In addition, they have also used the google form but it is not effective because they have to access a different google form for other types of data. If the service process does not run smoothly it will leave a bad score for the buyer. In addition, every month an evaluation is usually held by an official dealer. Which, if the evaluation of service evaluation and presentation of sales reports is not satisfactory, it will affect the capacity of the unit that can be ordered by the dealer as well as the limited cooperation carried out with other authorized dealers. From these issues, it is important to foster a business data framework for better information the executives. The motivation behind this exploration is to foster a business data framework in the form of a web using Javascript and utilize the Firebase Realtime Database service. System requirements analysis session totals 12 requirements functionality and 1 non-functionality. In testing, using validation testing to users for the overall system function testing results are 100% valid. Non-functionality testing uses the Framework Usability Scale (SUS) technique which is acquired from polls that have been replied by respondents from Suzuki Katang business representatives. From the consequences of the tests did, it was tracked down that the classification was acceptable and the adjective rating was OK with a value of 74, 2.

Abstract

Some areas do not have adequate internet connectivity due to large delays and high loss rates on the network. These problems can be solved by applying the concept of Delay Tolerant Network (DTN). DTN has advantages in overcoming networks with low connectivity, large delays and high loss rates. In DTN network there is Multi-Copy routing which can increase data transmission speed and reduce delay, but this routing model requires more network resources such as buffer size. Optimizing the buffer space can be overcome by adding buffer management and Packet Priority, while the Stationary Relay Node can be used to increase the possibility of sending messages successfully. The research applies the Multi-Copy routing protocol by adding buffer management Last In First Out, Stationary Relay Node and Packet Priority simulating it with ONE simulator. Tests were carried out on Spray and Wait, Epidemic and MaxProp routing using three test parameters, namely Overhead Ratio, Delivery Probability and Latency Average. The test results show that the Spray and Wait routing performance is more optimal than other routing protocols with an Overhead Ratio value of 5.1298 with the Stationary Relay and Delivery Probability of 94.93% in a 5MB buffer with Stationary Relay. Meanwhile, the lowest Latency Average value is in MaxProp routing of 993.8513 seconds without the addition of a Stationary Relay Node.

Abstract

Al Ghifari Mosque is one of the mosques in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. Al Ghifari Mosque management consists of activity management and financial management. Activity Management consists of managing information on routine activities, prayer schedules, and incidental activities. Financial management consists of recording the mosque's financial income and expenditure. The problem with the misuse of Al Ghifari Mosque's activity management is the publication of activity information on social media, namely Instagram and Facebook. Lack of information delivery using Instagram and Facebook not all information about activities can be conveyed and only people with these social media get the information. One of the problems in the financial management of the Al Ghifari Mosque is the recording of financial income and expenditure which is recorded using a book. The disadvantage of recording financial statements using manual books is that they are lost or damaged. To solve the existing problems, a web-based mosque management information system was developed. The development of this system uses the waterfall model and uses an object-oriented approach, and is built using the CodeIgniter framework. The system has been tested using unit testing, integration, and validation. Unit and integration testing uses white-box testing techniques, and tests are validated using black-box testing techniques with each test being 100% valid. This system can be run on various browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. The result of this research is a web-based mosque management information system.

Abstract

Soil Physics Laboratory is one of five laboratories that are located in Soil Major, Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University. The objective of this laboratory is to support laboratory practicum and Soil students' research. Management of laboratory equipment inventory, laboratory equipment loan data, laboratory equipment loan return, and credit score is still done manually via microsoft word, microsoft excel, and paper. The problem is the laboratory assistant is in difficulty to recap forms and documents because it is still done manually. Based on the known problems, laboratory equipment management information system is needed so it will ease the laboratory assistant's work in the management of equipment inventory, equipment loan, and credit score. This research uses Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall, so the process of development can be done easier and gradually. Requirement analysis and design phase generates UML diagrams. The framework that is used on the implementation phase is CodeIgniter 4. Result of the validation testing shows that all the features of the system can be run well and valid. Compatibility testing's result shows that the system doesn't have any compatibility problems on various browsers. Result of SUS shows that the final grade of usability is good and can be accepted by all actors.

Abstract

Natural disasters are an event that could cause damage to the infrastructure of communication networks in certain areas. Thus, it is vital that a network of technology be able to run without the use of infrastructure. Such infrastructure is usually made either wirelessly or wirelessly. Such infrastructure, called MANET (mobile ad-hoc network). In today's the need for users to use mobile devices with a wireless connection is increasing. Selection of different types of routing protocols can affect the workings of package delivery and conditions on a network. With this it will be done a comparative interproaktive routing performance. Where in this matter can use the routing of DSDV and OLSR. The routing performance of the protocol is known by performing network simulations on simulators in network simulators 3 (NS3). This test uses variations in the number of nodes and also the network area with parameters such as average-end-to-end delay and packet delivery ratio. If the network load is greater then average end-to-end delay will be higher, whereas for packet delivery ratio is even lower when the network load is large. With the largest number of nodes, namely 50, the DSDV will produce an average end-to-end delay of 0.0102061ms while the OLSR is 0.457827ms. Then to DSDV will result in packet delivery ratio of 85.39% while OLSR amounted to 91.01%. With the largest network area of 1000m2, the average end-to-end delay on DSDV is 0.0295672ms while the OLSR is 0.0103463ms. Then for packet delivery ratio in DSDV amounted to 65.65%, while the OLSR amounted to 91.77%. Overall, it can be concluded that OLSR is more effective to use.

Abstract

Amaya bakery is one of the middle companies based in Malang City who specialized in sell and produce cake and bread. Amaya bakery uses Microsoft Excel to help them make a financial report, but the problem is some of the processes are still manually for example the process of make financial report, transaction validation by an accountant, and invoice send manually via email. Based on the problem, the researcher wants to develop an automatic financial report system. The Development system uses SLDC waterfall methods with react js library and restful API along with MySQL as the database. The system uses MDB React and material-UI as a frontend framework, and lumen as a framework to build API. The system also uses react hooks and stateless components to manage state in react js. Software testing uses on unit and system testing level with the black box and white box strategy.

Abstract

Sistem Aplikasi Masyarakat Bertanya Terpadu (SAMBAT) Online is one of the electronic services (based on information technology) at the Communication and Information Technology Office of Malang City which still often experiences technical problems rooted in information technology governance issues. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Electronic-Based Government Systems, which states that the SPBE evaluation is the result of absorption from COBIT, this study tries to assess service governance using the COBIT 5 domain DSS (Deliver) framework. , Service and Support) with a focus area on the DSS03 (Manage Problems) process. This study aims to determine the capability level and gap and provide recommendations. The result of the capability level in the DSS03 process is 1 with a gap of 1. The recommendations given are in the form of a road map using ITIL V3 2011 as a guide.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a method used to extract sentiments in sentences based on their content. Sentiment analysis is a method in text mining that uses a text preprocessing process after which there is a process, namely word weighting. Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) is the most popular word-weighting method from the unsupervised term weighting category reported which is not suitable for grouping texts. Term Frequency-Relevance Frequency (TF-RF) is a method of combining TF and RF with the aim of getting better performance, this method focuses on all documents that contain terms or do not contain terms. Twitter is a place for people to express their thoughts about the pandemic they are experiencing. Reviews about employees being sent home on Twitter need to be classified into positive, negative, and neutral reviews, which are useful for companies and government consideration to make decisions in PSBB policies. There are several stages of this research, namely preprocessing for document processing, and using unigram and bigram features as well as word weighting using the TF-IDF and TF-RF methods in classification using the K-Nearest Neighbor classification method. The data used were 246 training data and 90 test data. The best results from the evaluation comparisons obtained are using TF.RF word weighting with the unigram feature in the KNN classification with a value of K = 3, namely accuracy of 0.677, precision of 0.526, recall of 0.654, and f-measure of 0.583. Bigram value does not have a big effect in this study because the best f-measure value is obtained Bigram with a value of 0.591, and the best unigram value is with a value of 0.583.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus pandemic causes new problems in people's lives in Indonesia. The pandemic requires the implementation of all activities to run with a distance limitation or is called social distancing, as a result of which many of the activities that take place are hampered and inefficient. Therefore, developing a system that can work autonomously is an idea that can provide solutions to these problems. an autonomous system that can be used in this problem is a detection system using a Machine Learning algorithm. The detection system uses Computer Vision to get input to detect objects such as open doors, closed doors and walls. this system works autonomously in real time. Computer Vision uses image data as input. Therefore the image data extraction feature using the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) is a suitable basis for processing image data when juxtaposed with a Support Vector Machine (SVM). SVM has several types of kernels that can be used to classify image data, some of which are Linear, Polynomial and Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernels. the way each kernel works is different from one another to classify image data. Therefore, research to examine the comparison of the SVM kernel to the classification of image data was investigated in order to obtain a more optimal system performance.
