Abstract

Leukemia or what we usually call blood cancer is cancer that attacks white blood cells. The healing method which is still being debated in the medical world and the difficulty in preventing this disease, makes this disease a deadly cancer. Lack of experts and information about leukemia often results in delays in diagnosing leukemia. The high cost of medical treatment by doctors has made many people try alternative treatments, which are relatively more affordable. However, even alternative medicine does not ensure a cure for the patient, which in turn requires the patient to be taken to the hospital again and in most cases the cancer has reached an advanced stage. Based on these problems the authors conclude and raise a problem into an expert system study to diagnose leukemia which is expected to help sufferers and doctors in need. The expert system for diagnosing leukemia which is made using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method based on 100 patient training data with 10 attributes, has been tested with expert diagnosis having a success rate of 90%. The difference in the results of system diagnosis with experts from 30 test data is 3 data so that there are 27 correct data from 30 test data.

Abstract

Soybean is an agricultural commodity that is very much needed in Indonesian, because soybeans are widely consumed in various food products, soybeans are also used as industrial raw materials. Soybean farmers need to know what type of soybean plant is included in the seeds to be planted, so that the increase in soybean production is maintained. To facilitate the process, data from various types of soybeans will be used. The research will be conducted using the SVM (Support Vector Machine) method because the SVM method can generalize high without having to have additional datasets. In this study, there were 6 variables and objects belonging to 3 classes, namely early age, medium age, and deep age. The best test results use a polynomial degree 2 kernel, using the lamda (λ) value of 10, Constant 1, Epsilon 0.01 and iter max of 10. Based on various tests and scenarios that have been carried out, the best evaluation value is generated in tests using K-Fold Cross Validation with a value of K = 5 and produces an accuracy value of 56.666%.

Abstract

Industrial work practices (prakerin) are one of the efforts to prepare vocational school students to enter the world of work. Prakerin at SMKN 2 Sragen is supported by an information system that has just handled the organizing function so that it does not cover implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Therefore, these functions are still carried out manually. The Prakerin Monitoring and Evaluation Information System (SIMEP) is present to complement the existing system in SMKN 2 Sragen. The development of a system requires an interactive user interface design and one of the design methods is Human Centered Design (HCD) which involves humans in every process. HCD is able to produce an interface that is able to answer the needs of users and stakeholders. The resulting user interface design, namely the internship information website, admin dashboard, students, supervisors, and industry supervisors. Interface design, apart from focusing on the appearance of a product, is also related to usability. Usability evaluation using the Heuristic Walkthrough method allows researchers to identify usability problems in the system carefully and generate few false positives. The results of usability testing on the SIMEP interface by domain experts and usability experts found a total of 21 problems and 14 suggestions for improvement from the evaluator

Abstract

Alfa Setosa Farm is one of the chicken farming industries located in Bendosari Village, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency. Alfa Sentosa has been established since 2018 and focuses on producing chicken meat. Alfa Sentosa Farm has a total capacity of 7,000 (seven thousand) chickens for each production. The production period carried out by Alfa Sentosa is usually takes about 30 (thirty) to 40 (forty) days to produce chicken meat. Alfa Sentosa itself also partners with PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia for the supply of chicken seeds, feed, and vitamins. However, there is a problem with data recording which is still done manually using handwriting on an existing form. After writing the form, the employee takes a picture of the form and then reports it to the Alfa Sentosa farm owner via the online chat application. The report is divided into 3, namely the DOC (Day Old Chicken) report when it arrives, the daily report for feed and medicinal use, and the report when it is harvested. In addition, these reports are not well documented because they only use photos and are not neatly stored, making it a little difficult to analyze the percentage graphs of Alfa Sentosa farms. So from these problems, the development of an Information System for the archiving and recording of reports was carried out to help maximize business processes. System development begins with requirements analysis by interviewing Alfa Sentosa farm's owner. Based on the results of requirements analysis, it is continued with the design in the form of Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Physical Data Models, API design, and User Interface design. The system implementation is carried out in the form of mobile apps with the Laravel and React native framework. These two technologies will communicate using RESTFUL Web Service. For the testing, the blackbox testing is used, which gets all valid values and usability testing which gets average value 86 that means the system is well received.

Abstract

Twitter is one of the most popular social media among young people in Indonesia. In Twitter social media, there is a tweet feature that is commonly used by users to express their experiences or provide criticism on an event that is currently being discussed. At the beginning of March 2020, Indonesia was shaken by the entry of the corona virus or commonly known as Covid-19. Previously the virus had spread in parts of the world, especially in the Asian continent. The impact of Covid-19 in Indonesia is very large, especially in the corporate and education sectors. In the corporate sector, many companies are experiencing a decline in income and are threatened with bankruptcy, not much different from the education sector also experiencing various problems, to prevent the spread of the virus the government has closed teaching and learning activities. Then the government provides a policy to conduct online or online teaching and learning activities. In this solution, there are still pros and cons among the community. Therefore, the data grouping of community tweets related to the online learning system during the pandemic was carried out, using the Naive Bayes method of community tweets. This test was carried out using Cross Validation and Confusion Matrix to obtain accuracy results. In this study, accuracy results were obtained with 10 trials with an average value of 0.59 Accuracy, 0.61 Precision, 0.60 Recall, 0.58 F-Measure.

Abstract

SMAN 9 Malang is one of the public schools owned by Malang City. Even though it is relatively new, SMAN 9 Malang always tries to implement various uses of IT in schools, such as in the multimedia-based study room and computer laboratory. Based on the results from the interviews conducted by the examiners with Wakahumas there, SMAN 9 Malang does not have a special information system used to manage student data there. The whole process of recording student data is still done manually. Whether it's attendance system, violation record, guidance record, and student achievement record is still done manually. Normally, the teacher takes data from the class manually, then gives it to the TU for further input into the Ms. Excel on the school's computer. This makes it just to see the data, you need to contact the TU or meet Wakahumas. In overcoming the problem above, a solution was made in the form of a student management information system that was built using the agile rapid prototyping method. At the analysis and design stage, a model is built that can be used as communication between researchers and stakeholders in order to find the best solution in system development. The models used at this stage include use case diagrams, use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and physical data models. The system is developed using php with laravel framework for website and flutter for mobile. The system that has been built is tested using blackbox testing and user acceptance test (UAT). Blackbox testing showing valid in all tests and UAT testing scores 96.42% for teacher users and scores 87.60% for students users.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang is one of the PLN business units which has the obligation to serve prospective customers and the public related to the sale of electricity. Postpaid meter reading is one of the important business processes at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang. There are several problems that occur in the postpaid meter reading business process, including errors when inputting data, customers included in incorrect meter reading route, errors in meter reading, and difficulties in taking meter readings because the house is closed or the fence is locked which results in losses for PLN because they do not get accurate calculation results. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the postpaid meter reading business process to assess whether the postpaid meter reading business process is appropriate with performance indicators in the postpaid meter reading business. To evaluate the business process, the root cause of the problem in the postpaid meter reading business process was identified using the 3 x 5 Whys technique. After that, for problematic activities, recommendations are given using the 12 streamlining tools contained in the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method. The recommended business process is then simulated and compared with the current business process to see the average time. The simulation results show that there is a decrease in the average time of 4 hours 8 minutes 18 seconds or 3.26% so it can be said that improvements in postpaid meter reading business process can solve the problems contained in the business process.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and the internet leads to the emergence of applications that aim to facilitate people's work to daily basis. Almost all areas in daily life have been helped by the available applications, varied in buying and selling activities, education, banking, to flat seeking. Therefore, there are still problems in the concerning seeking and managing flats. Flat tenants deal the difficulty of the limited options for conventional searching, manual way of getting around to get information, and problem when do the searching through social media because of the lack of optimal searching features such as filters and homogenous of information. The flats owners also deal with the difficulty due to the limited advertising and flats management such as personal data recording, rental time reminders, and billing notifications. In addition to features, it also requires an easy-to-use and fast interface to learn so that users want to use the application for a long period. Therefore, it is necessary to design the user experience of mobile application for searching and managing flats. This design applies the HCD approach, because it is considered best in knowing the needs of users properly. After completing the design process, this design involves a usability evaluation with scenario task method and SUS questionnaire in 6 respondents for each type of user. From the evaluation of tenant users and owners, it obtains the effectiveness values of 90.5% and 95.8%, efficiency values of 91.4%, and 93.3%, and satisfaction values of 80.4 and 80.

Abstract

The process of managing the goods at Welfa Sijunjung Store is everything that is related to many things. Process of managing goods at Welfa Stores include the sale of goods, data collection of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods, and recording of consumer cash supplies. There are problems that are ineffective and inefficient in the process of managing goods at Welfa Sijunjung Shop because the management process is still carried out manually and conventionally. Data storage of incoming and outgoing goods, storing consumer cashbase data that is stored manually and only uses paper makes it very possible to lose or damage. The stock of goods in Welfa Stores is often left over and requires good forecasting of goods so that there is no accumulation of stock. In this study, a management and forecasting system for goods was developed which is expected to be able to handle the problems of managing goods at the Welfa Sijunjung Store. The system must be able to run on multiple browsers because this system is made web-based. In its development, this system uses the development of the waterfall model. In this study there are several stages, the first is to identify the problem, then study the literature, then carry out requirements engineering, design, implement, after implementation will be tested, after completion of testing the next stage is drawing conclusions and also suggestions. In this study there is a Weighted Moving Average method to forecast the stock of goods to be sold in the next period. This system was tested using unit testing and got valid results in 3 test cases, for validation testing getting valid results for 21 functionals tested, testing methods getting MAD results of 2.3, MSE of 7.9 and MAPE of 20.1 %.

Abstract

In general, the IoT environment consists of the internet and the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). WSN is a collection of sensor nodes that can collect data and communicate with each other. To communicate with each other, WSN requires a protocol, for example is LoRa. LoRa has the advantages of wide coverage and low power consumption. However, LoRa has a weakness. The communication is still limited to one hop and LoRa cannot directly send data to the cloud. To solve the one-hop problem, static routing is used, so that it can send data in multi-hop. Static routing is used because it is suitable for small network implementations. For the problem of not being able to send data to the cloud, a gateway that can communicate with the cloud is added using the Websocket protocol. Websocket was chosen because it has a smaller round trip time than MQTT and lighter than HTTP. Performance testing is carried out with three parameters, successful rate, round trip time and delay. The results of the successful rate test, data from nodes 1 and 2 are sent and stored 100% to the cloud, node 3 is sent 94%,, while sensor node 4 is sent 92%. The results of the round trip time test are that nodes 1 and 2 require 0.2 seconds, node 3 takes 0.4 seconds and node 4 takes 0.7 seconds The more hops that are passed, the more risk of data loss and resulting the longer time The results of the delay test, in the first experiment the sensor node 2 got the longest results and in the second test it got the fastest results. This is influenced by internet network conditions which make different results.
