Abstract

Google Merchandise Store is a business unit owned by Google in form of e-commerce that sells merchandise made by Google like clothing, bag, stationary, and others. As a business process support, Google Merchandise Store did an investment in digital marketing. Google Merchandise store spend some of money in form of investment to digital advertising service provider called Google Ads to get visitors, reach, or conversion from paid search and or display ad networks. Researchers use web traffic report from Google Analytics to analyze its investment feasibility using Alinean ROI Dashboard concept. Alinean ROI Dashboard combine tangible and intangible benefits with risk factor and calculate them using metrics such as ROI, NPV, Payback Period, and other to represent investment feasibility. Based on the analysis result, investment that is conducted by Google Merchandise Store has Risk Adjusted ROI at 110,57%. But after using periodical report that represented as linear diagram, researcher found there is a degradation trend at 19,5% each period so that company should consider investment influencing factors if they decide to continue its investment in digital advertising.

Abstract

Twitter is often used by users to write or discuss issues and various topics that are currently happening. Twitter, which has many active users, is able to create a Twitter trending topic, where people are able to freely share information as well as the latest opinions on issues that are being discussed internationally. Not only as a liaison for socializing and interacting, Twitter can be used as a means of giving hope and showing about many things that are happening also in the community, such as in the case of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. With the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has caused various opinions from citizens, especially on Twitter social media users, especially the Indonesian people. Information about the views of residents is conveyed very quickly. there are those who defend and disagree regarding the information regarding the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic. Everyone has their own thoughts and opinions, therefore this sentiment analysis can be applied to find out people's opinions on events that occur. In addition, in this study, sentiment analysis can be used to determine the level of accuracy based on data comments or opinions contained on Twitter social media. This study uses a classification strategy based on the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify text into three classes, namely positive, negative, and neutral. The use of this algorithm is also because it is a simple method. The difference between this study and previous research is the object of research which focuses on tweet comments related to Covid-19. From this study, it can be concluded that the results of the sentiment analysis system using the Naive Bayes method for Covid-19 data on Twitter and the level of accuracy with the Confusion Matrix are 87%.

Abstract

The great flood disaster that hit the South Kalimantan region caused conversation and debate among the community and government, especially on Twitter which was trending, and thousands of tweets appeared on Twitter with the hashtags #PrayForKalsel, and #KalselJugaIndonesia. The tweets of the public and the government clashed for their own defense of the truth and gave rise to many positive and negative opinions. Twitter is now a place to chat and complain about various groups. For this research, it is hoped that it can help and make it easier to conduct research using public opinion on Twitter that contains positive or negative opinions. The method used in this study is using Naive Bayes, the process of this system starts from the data preprocessing process which includes case folding, tokenization, filtering, normalization, and finally stemming then word weighting using Raw TF and the classification process used is Naive Bayes. The data used comes from twitter which is taken by crawling and scrapping using the hashtags #PrayForKalsel, and #KalselJugaIndonesia with a total of 520 data. The data was taken using the Twitter API. using the confusion matrix test from the 5 experiments, the average value reaches an accuracy of 0.81, a precision of 0.81, a recall of 0.81, and an f-measure of 0.81, and the highest test value is an accuracy of 0.88, a precision of 0.89, recall 0.87, and f-measure 0.87.

Abstract

In the present era, technology can be used as a means of anything such as a means for the hospitality industry. The sharing economy business model is a technology that is suitable for the world of hospitality or lodging, such as the Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO). RedDoorz and OYO are the two most dominant VHO applications and are competing with each other in Indonesia. The researchers conducted a review on the Play Store or the App Store, the researcher found some problems posed by the users to ascertain both applications. The researchers wanted to do a comparison on both VHO such. Analysis was performed using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) which will find out the user experience after using the application and will determine which one is more convenient to use by the user of the second VHO such. To interpret the results of the UEQ attribute, an analysis was carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which is useful for measuring customer satisfaction and presenting it graphically so that recommendations for action can be made. Data analyzed with Microsoft Excel. The results of the user experience analysis obtained from 30 respondents using UEQ user experience on the application of OYO more superior than RedDoorz of all aspects of the assessment. The results of the analysis of the IPA there are 1 scale on the quadrant I and II for each application, in quadrant III there is 1 scale on RedDoorz and 2 scales on OYO, in quadrant IV there are 3 scales on the app RedDoorz and 2 scales on the app OYO.

Abstract

Today, data and information are very important. Data and information are generally processed and stored on servers. So that the data and information can always be accessed by users for 24 hours, a server with high availability is needed that can operate continuously and does not fail. The failover technique is one way to implement high-availability servers. The solution proposed by the researcher is the implementation of a high-availability server using Heartbeat and Keepalive software. This research implements two topologies, namely High Availability Web Server and High Availability Load Balancing. In the implementation of High Availability Web Server using a LAMP server, namely Linux Apache, Mysql and PHP for web content using WordPress. In the implementation of High Availability Load Balancing, Haproxy software is used to act as a load balancer. Tests are carried out in terms of functionality, downtime and failback. The test was carried out with 3 different scenarios and carried out 12 times of testing to find the average. From the results of functional testing, it is found that the implementation of the system has been running according to its function. . From the test results on the HA web server topology and HA load balancing topology, the lowest downtime values ​​in scenario 1 are 4 seconds and 4.05 seconds, in scenario 2 it is 0 seconds and 0 seconds, while in scenario 3 it is 0.88 seconds and 0 .78 seconds. In testing the failback topology of HA web server and HA load balancing, the lowest results were obtained in scenario 1 of 0.68 seconds and 0.48 seconds, in scenario 2 it was 0 seconds and 0 seconds while in scenario 3 it was 0.88 seconds and 0.53 second. Based on these results, the implementation of Keepalive or Heartbeat can be a solution for web server systems or load balancing that require high availability. Abstract

School cooperatives have activities in selling and buying goods needed by everyone in the school environment. These activities make school cooperative officers always provide goods to be sold in school cooperatives. Even so, the number of people who buy goods that support school needs in school cooperatives with limited time becomes an obstacle in carrying out activities in school cooperatives. With these problems, a solution was made that aims to make it easier for buyers and cooperative officers to carry out activities related to school cooperatives. User Experience design is carried out in order to develop applications with high User Experience results. This design is made using the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach where the design is centered on human activities. The design begins by identifying the activities that occur in the school cooperative environment. From the identification results, there are two scenarios that are run by four actors, namely buyers, cashiers, suppliers, and cooperative admins. The two scenarios are the process of buying and selling goods and the process of controlling the goods. The results of the design evaluation using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) in this design received positive scores, especially in the level of Attractiveness, Clarity, Efficiency, and Accuracy. The results of the Heuristic Evaluation show that there are problems in the design that can be fixed. Thus, it can be concluded that the solution design can provide a positive perception in terms of User Experience

Abstract

Salted eggs are one of the foods made from eggs that are preserved by salting. Most use duck eggs for preservation and it is possible to use other eggs. Salted eggs have different kinds such as boiled salted eggs, baked salted eggs, smoked salted eggs and grilled salted eggs. In detecting eggs that have been mashed and not mashed, the conventional method is still used. To distinguish between fried eggs and unmarried eggs, to determine the level of saltiness of salted eggs, the TCS3200 sensor will be used to detect the white and yolk colors. For the Arduino Mega Microcontroller, it is used for the proces implemented by the K-NN method to calculate the RGB result value. The results of the first TCS3200 obtained an average value of 4.05% while second TCS3200 obtained an average value of 8.34%. As for the accuracy of K-NN, the value is 66.67% where the difference is not too prominent so it is classified as good..

Abstract

The development of the WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) concept on the Internet of Things allows communication to be carried out wirelessly so as to help node mobility. Nodes that can move freely to move away from the gateway can cause communication to be interrupted so that a relay is needed as an intermediary for data transmission. Other nodes can be used to become a relay that helps bridge data transmission between nodes and gateways and utilizes multihop communication. So that each relay is responsible for sending its own data and forwarding data to other nodes that are not in the range of the gateway. In addition, this multihop concept can increase the range of wireless communication modules by utilizing other nodes as relays. A node that is not directly connected to the gateway must be able to find a routing path to get to the gateway. The path chosen must be the shortest path, so we need a routing protocol that can collect existing network information and choose the shortest path to get to the gateway. The routing protocol that is created must also be dynamic so that it can adapt to changes in the network because nodes on the network can move freely, so the arrangement of routing paths can change. There are two tests carried out to measure the feasibility of the system made, namely functional testing and performance testing. In functional testing the system can run well where nodes can collect all network information and choose the shortest path, send sensor data, forward sensor data from other nodes, and adapt to network changes such as disconnection of the selected path. Performance testing is conducted to test the ability of the system based on convergence time, packet delivery ratio, and delay with the effect of distance, number of hops, and delivery time intervals. The results of the functional testing of the node managed to meet all the requirements that have been determined. In the results of testing the performance of node convergence time it takes 7,365 seconds at a distance of 50 meters to get network information, while at a distance of 100 meters it takes 10,807 seconds. Then in the packet loss performance test, the lowest percentage is at a distance of 100 meters and the number of 1 hop jumps is 6% and the highest percentage is at a distance of 50 meters and the number of 3 hops jumps is 22%. In testing the delay performance, the lowest value is obtained at a distance of 50 meters and the number of 1 hop jumps is 276ms and the highest value at a distance of 100 meters 3 hops is 755ms.

Abstract

Currently, the industrial sector is experiencing high growth. One of the reasons is the government's role in creating a conducive investment climate, so that many foreign investors invest in the country. Industrialization increases people's income which drives changes in the economic structure in many countries. In running production operations at the factory, the main components must be able to run well, be it production machines, raw materials, or other production factors. When there are components that are not running as they should, it will hamper the production process and can cause losses. For example, what happened at the Baltimore manufacturing plant. The factory made Johnson & Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine because of an error in mixing vaccine raw materials. The factory damaged 15 million doses of Johnsn & Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine Based on the problems contained in the article, a system is needed that can prevent errors from mixing raw materials. A spare component is needed that checks before mixing the raw materials. In this case, a method is needed to become a selection system by entering into certain categories so that it can determine which spare components need to be operated. Grounded on the problems that have been described preliminarily and also assignments learned from affiliated exploration, the authors choose the KNearest Neighbor (KNN) system for opting the applicable category. Here the author uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller as a processor, ldr sensor and also a 5v dc pump. The result is the I2C communication protocol can be implemented on systems with wired library owned by Arduino IDE. System accuracy for rgb detector is 100%. Operational changing from main pump to a backup pump can be executed with the parameters of the main pump operational failure. The implementation of the knn algorithm use the arduino_knn library contained in the arduino IDE.

Abstract

The influence of this growing culture and lifestyle makes people pay more attention to their appearance. One of the factors that affect appearance is the condition of a person's facial skin. Each product used by consumers has different reactions from one consumer to another, thus making many consumers review the products they use. Reviews given by consumers can be used to measure the quality of a beauty product. However, the large number of reviews given makes the review grouping unable to be done manually and sentiment analysis must be done to group the reviews into several categories. One of the algorithms for classifying sentiment analysis is using the Naive Bayes Classifier method which is a simple method that has faster performance in training data, is easy to implement, and has high effectiveness. In the classification process, feature selection will be used using the N-gram algorithm and DF-Thresholding to reduce the dimensions of the features in the data. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of DF-Thresholding algorithm on the accuracy of the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm using the N-gram. The result showed a reduction of 16.312 features to 43 features and the highest accuracy value for bigram and unigram combination, which is 49%, precision is 0,23, recall is 0,26 and f-measure is 0,24.
