Abstract

Big Pandemic Covid-19, In ​​Indonesia Deaths due to the Covid-19 virus up to 144,000 thousand people. One of the causes of the high number of deaths due to Covid-19 cases is the lack of prompt treatment for patients affected by Covid-19 in the cytokine storm phase. Cytokine Storm is a condition in which the release of mal-adaptive cytokines is “out of control” in response to infection and stimuli. Cytokine storms attack lung tissue and blood vessels. In this study, a system consisting of several components was used, namely, Arduino Mega 2560 Rev 3 as a microcontroller board, NTC Thermistor Sensor as a breathing signal generator mounted on an oxygen mask and an OLED display to display the output in the form of "Normal" or "Abnormal". This system uses the Min, Max, Amplitude, Interval and Breath Rate features per 4 cycles of 4 cycles which are then classified using the Support Vector Machine. In system testing related to testing the accuracy of the classification results using the Support Vector Machine, it was carried out 12 times to find the class of the test data obtained and the accuracy level of the classification results with SVM was 91.66. In the computational testing of the system, the classification was carried out 12 times to get the class classification results from the test data and the average computation time was 29.29 ms.

Abstract

Social media is currently almost used by every individual to communicate with friends or collegues. During this pandemic, social media is also used as the main source of information. The ease of access to find information about COVID-19 is one of the reason why every social media user is the main choice to find news. However, the information about COVID-19 on social media is increase everyday and have some bad impact for its users. The impact for cause the users of social media those get too much information can take action to avoid information untul the termination of information sources. From the problem above, the researchers identified the effect of information overload on information avoidance until have an impact on termination. In addition, this study describes the mediating effect of information avoidance on the discontinuance use of social media. This study is using the SEM-CB method by distributing questionnaires to 322 respondents. From the results of the study, all of the hypotheses were accepted with a P-Value of 0,000 and individuals were partially mediated by performing information avoidance actions when experiencing information overload before decided to discontinuous the sources.

Abstract

PT. An Namiroh Travelindo is a travel service company for Umrah and Hajj services plus which has branches in several major cities in Indonesia. However, PT. An Namiroh Travelindo experienced internal and external problems in business processes that arose due to the presence of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia. The traditional system of business processes causes misunderstandings between leaders and agents to cause problems in the marketing process. Based on the problems above, the researcher wants to provide a modern business process solution by designing the user interface of the web-based namiroh marketing application that will utilize the design thinking method for the user interface design process. So with the creation of this application, agents can see the commission correctly and make it easier for the public to register and buy hajj and umrah packages at PT. An Namiroh Travelindo. This application design process uses the design thinking method that uses five stages, namely the empathy phase, define phase, ideate phase, prototype phase, and test phase. This study uses a usability scale system for usability testing with a task scenario that will achieve aspects of satisfaction, learnability, and efficiency. Based on the test results obtained a value of 83.5 so it can be concluded that the user interface design of the namiroh marketing application has a high level of satisfaction based on the data obtained. Based on the criteria for high acceptance, ranking (grade scale) above average, and good adjective ratings.

Abstract

Melon fruit has a sweet fruit taste, thick flesh, and disease resistance. A good quality melon has the characteristics of the outer skin not breaking or cracking, the flesh is free from internal bruising and browning, and the fruit is free from diseases that affect the general appearance. For diabetics, choosing a sweet melon will certainly cause problems. To determine the level of sweetness of the melon, it is first split to take a sample of the liquid and tested on a refractometer. This is certainly not practical, so innovation is needed to determine the level of sweetness of melons by processing the image with a digital image processing process. This study uses a digital image processing process by distinguishing the sweetness level of melons into 3 classes, namely low sweetness level, medium sweetness level, and high sweetness level. Method of Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix used in this study to perform feature extraction using 5 features that correlation, Contrast, homogeneity, dissimilarity, and Energy with variations in the distance d= 1,2,3,4 and angle θ= 0°,90°,180°,270°. In the melon sweetness classification method, Decision Tree is used to distinguish low, medium, and high sweetness classes. This study used 435 data sets with 390 training data and 45 test data resulting in an accuracy of 80% at low sweetness level, 73% at medium sweetness level and 80% at high sweetness level. The best average computing time obtained at the low sweetness level is 3.87 seconds.

Abstract

Every living thing need water to life. One of the uses of water is to fill swimming pools. Swimming pool cleanliness becomes a problem, such as pollution of swimming pool water with urine. Not only that, swimming pool water must also pay attention to the temperature, pH and turbidity of the water so that the quality is maintained. However, the quality monitoring process seems slow and is not carried out regularly and continuously. Sometimes, the monitoring process carried out gets inaccurate results and impratical in practice. Therefore, a swimming pool water quality monitoring system was created with a fuzzy logic algorithm, assisted by the eFLL (embedded Fuzzy Logic Library) library which is used to determine whether the water quality is good or bad by processing the data obtained by the DS18B20 temperature sensor, pH -4502C and also the dfrobot turbidity sensor. Arduino Nano microcontroller is used with Atmega328 as a data processor obtained from the sensor. Then, with serial communication via bluetooth, users can see the monitoring results on an android smart phone. The test is carried out by measuring the quality of the swimming pool water in the morning and evening with an interval of 8 hours to get 40 test data. The results obtained are in the form of monitoring and storing data on smart phones. The accuracy of the DS18B20 temperature sensor is 98.75% with an average error of 1.25%, the pH-4502C sensor gets an accuracy of 97.52% with an average error of 2.48% and also the turbidity sensor test results that when the water is getting cloudy, the voltage value will be smaller . In addition, the accuracy of the fuzzy logic algorithm compared to MATLAB is quite high that is 98.49% with an average error of 1.51%..

Abstract

Health is measuring the human condition itself based on mental and physical conditions. Health conditions can be determined by measuring their vital signs, namely heart rate and body temperature. One of the most important organs for humans that will be fatal if exposed to disease is the lungs. The use of wearable devices to check these important organs will be easy. The use of wearable devices that are used in daily activities will not last long if they use battery power. For this reason, the system utilizes the low power method to save the power used. This sleep mode feature will be implemented in a system that can monitor the state of the human body through temperature, heart rate and blood oxygen levels. In the heart rate reading test, the percentage of error during normal conditions is 9.42% and during exercise is 5.99%. In the temperature reading test, the error percentage is 2.44%. Sleep mode on the system is able to reduce current by 22.29% from 34.36 mA to 26.7 mA.

Abstract

COVID-19 affects consumers' lifestyles, especially in ordering food online. Ordering food online is like using an online food ordering service application. The obstacle faced by this lifestyle is the wastage of food costs. Another obstacle is that there are consumers who do not have time to prepare food independently in order to reduce costs. This can be accomplished with alternatives such as daily meal ordering which prepares scheduled breakfast and lunch at affordable prices. Therefore we need a system that can help bring together daily catering providers and their customers. The system that is built must have high mobility so that it has easy access. In this study, two Android-based applications that are integrated with each other will be built. Determination of functional requirements or application features applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) methodology. The development flow follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. Functional requirements testing using the black box testing method with validation testing techniques. Non-functional testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire method produces an average SUS scale value of 80.5 for usability in customer applications and 66 for usability in vendor applications. With this application, it can help connect daily catering providers with customers in an efficient and integrated manner.

Abstract

The development of information technology has grown rapidly and has influenced human life. E-commerce makes business competition move to network level, products in the form of licenses become a big prospect in business, and notice this as an opportunity known as digital distribution, two digital distribution sites which have similar business processes with knownly quite high visitors namely, store.steampowered.com and gog.com. Aim of the study is to compare user experience on the websites which have same characteristics and business processes in terms of usability.This study is using 2 testing methods, first is usability testing in the form of a scenario test that contains 6 (six) tasks with 4 (four) parameters which are tasks success rate, time per completed task, number of clicks during task completion, and error during task performance and user experience questionnaire which has 6 (six) scales namely: attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty Respondents and test participants have different backgrounds with the range of the age are between 18-35 years old who have never used the two websites. Then study was strenghtened by focus discussion group (FGD) method to seek deeper meaning about user perspective and problems found. From the results of the analysis and comparison based on the methodolgy, Steam's test result is superior than gog's based on 4 test parameters conducted, the respondents from UEQ are giving good impressions which achieved positive (good) mean level on every UEQ scale. FGD and feedback test result from scenario task used for seeking detailed preception and user problems. From both tests performed it can be concluded that the store.steampowered.com site is better than gog.com.

Abstract

Technology and information systems also have potential weakness that can be associated with negative stress. Stress caused by the utilization of technology is called technostress. Extreme technostress can cause employees get tired at work, unpleasant experience or dissatisfaction, and the emergence of a desire to stop working which will certainly harm the company. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing how technostress is experienced by employees and how an organization can overcome technostress. The case study that used is the Education Personnel from Faculty of Computer Science Brawijaya University. Collecting data in this study using semi-structured interviews then will be transformed in verbatim. Data that collected will be processed using qualitative analysis with thematic analysis method. The conclusion of this study, there are eleven codes that explain the technostress experienced by employees and how an organization can overcome it. Codes that describe technostress experienced by employees are information systems to support employee work, information systems to support employee communication, techno overload, techno uncertainty, techno invasion, and techno insecurity then the code that used by organizations or companies to overcome technostress is the provision of technical support, literacy of facilities, involvement of facilities, and providing motivational encouragement. This results has important implications for a company to manage the technostress.

Abstract

Distribution is one of the marketing activities carried out with the aim of distributing products from producers to consumers. This distribution is very important in marketing activities, if there is no distribution activity then the goods will not reach consumers from less affordable areas. Mineral water products almost dominate the beverage industry market and with population growth it is possible that the need for mineral water will continue to increase. At the point when the interest for mineral water expands, the job of distribution turns out to be important. In this distribution interaction, a method is needed that can handle the problems, this research was carried out using the Genetic Algorithm method in finding the optimization value contained in the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) to find the optimal total distance value in this distribution activity. Based on this research, the parameters are the cr 0.1, the mr 0.9, the popsize is 1000th population. The maximum iteration is 100th generation, the average fitnesss is 0.006438, and the total distance generated is more optimal than the route made by the courier of 35.3 km on the first courier, 35.8 km on the second courier and 34.9 km on the third courier.
